I almost bought a used car today. I took it here to have it checked out because there was a lot of vibration in the front end and the seller said the brake light stayed on, although when I test drove there were no warning lights on at all. The main mechanic here, James, plugged the car into the diagnostic computer and flat out asked the man selling the car, "Who cleared all these codes? There are 5 codes that have been cleared off." He openly accused the seller of wiping the codes so they wouldn't trigger warning lights for 30-100 miles... the seller denied the accusation saying he "knew that trick" but he hadn't done that. I am not here to judge the seller, he'd only had the car a little while and very well may have been unaware... I guess. My point is, James saved me possibly thousands of dollars on a cash-car that may have been a heap. I loved the way James stood up to the seller, looked me in the eye and said, "I wouldn't buy this car if I were you." Made me feel like he was in my corner. When I asked what I owed him he told me there would be no charge since all he did was check the computer, I was full well expecting to have to pay him $65 dollars still. Even though they are out of my living area I have found my mechanic and will be bringing any car I get as well as my wife's car here from now on! read more

They go over and above to fix any problems that you might have. They replaced the engine in my husbands van and we couldn't be happier with the work, customer service, and price we received. We have an Acura MDX that's almost 20 years old with about 300k miles; it's beat up on the outside but an absolute workhorse for hauling remodeling materials, pulling small trailers, and teaching teenagers to drive. It took three tries last summer to get the transmission and associated bits to cooperate because code lights were going off and on and seemingly random, but James and Kurt were fabulous to work with (in spite of my husband trying to self-diagnose via the Acura forums). They really took it personally that doing what the codes dictated wasn't fixing the issue and were bound and determined to fix it RIGHT, even if they put in more (complimentary) time than the original quotes entailed. The guys couldn't be nicer (even though I'm just the intermediary and rarely have all the info they need) and all of the work was thorough and as quick as they could make it happen. They even met us at the shop after hours a couple of times because that's when my husband could be there to discuss and get info - who even provides that sort of fabulous customer service any more?! Prices were more than fair, everything was clearly explained and there were no work or pricing surprises, the work done and customer service were really great, and I can't recommend these guys enough. We love their small-town garage feel and really appreciate them both, and I just called for another service appointment. HIGHLY recommend! read more

This is the worst mechanic that has worked on my car ! I went to get my belt repair and the next day it started making a loud noise when driving the noise got worst and worst by the day of course I would not take my car back to this place so I took it to a real mechanic and was told the belt was put on incorrectly causing the band to make a loud noise and was not gona go away unless it was corrected Wich they did !!!!! However that was an extra $100 I had to pay on top of that every time u pass by this Complete auto shop the mechanic is always outside DRINKING !!!! However I wanted to give the local business a try Bc of this Covi-19 worst mistake ever !!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Did not fix the problem but charged a fortune and then refused to honor his "work" or any parts. He was rude and condescending and literally sat back in his chair and waved his fingers to shoo me out the door as I was mid-sentence. I will be contacting the BBB and if you don't like to waste money I would not go anywhere near this place. Go see Jonathan at Collinsworth off of Glenbrook in Garland. I wish I'd see the similar review on Google first because I never would have gone. I wish I could give less than one star. read more
