This company damaged my property while trimming my neighbor's tree. Instead of using the proper method to keep limbs from falling on my fence and landscaping, they just let the cut limbs fall onto my property and do damage. When I caught them in the act they acted as if they didn't understand me. They clearly understood because they started using the right method of roping the limb so it couldn't fall on my property, then using a long hook to bring it in and lower it slowly. Finally, I was able to get one of them to talk to me and he didn't seem to care about the damage he caused. All he said was that when they finished they would come clean it up. My banana trees are damaged and they broke my backyard lights that were strug on my fence. When all this was happening I had my pets (chickens and dogs) in my back yard. They could have easily killed one with their carelessness. I do not recommend using them for anything!!! read more

My palm tree died due to the freeze. It had a huge crack in it, and then the top part of it broke off and fell right next to my house. Fabulous work for trimming two trees in front yard and removal of roots. In addition, removal of two dead cypress trees. Care was exercised for not destroying landscape lights and sprinklers during the entire process. All debris, which was substantial, was cleaned up and loaded into their truck. Had them also remove some large metal stakes that proved incredibly difficult and not in original scope of the work. After great effort, they were able to extract all of them. Much appreciated! I was extremely happy with the job, communication, and honesty of Sticks Tree Service. I called for several quotes of having my large oak tree trimmed and cleaned up. Some of the quotes were so ridiculous I had to laugh to keep from loosing my mind. When Trey came out he helped me understand exactly what needed to be done and surprisingly gave me a much more reasonable estimate than all the others. We agreed on the job to be done the following week. I was blown away with how quickly the guys completed the job. They were a respectful and courteous crew (which means a lot when you are a single women hiring men to come in and do a job). They were all business and VERY polite. I felt more than comfortable watching them preform their expertise. Amazing and at the same time... nerve racking how they climb to the top of the tree with no hesitation. They cleaned as they went never leaving a large amount of limbs in the yard. Upon completion of the tree trimming they had the yard cleaner than it was when they arrived with their equipment put away in minutes. Sticks did a fabulous job trimming some of our trees and raising the canopy on a large oak. Very pleased with their work and price.

They were in the neighborhood cutting my neighbors trees so I asked them for an estimate. They were able to do my tree that same day which I appreciated. Did a good job however a couple heavier branches fell on the cover of our spa that I was not at all happy with. It could have been an expensive "opps" but luckily all was ok.
