Jose came out on time as scheduled for an estimate & was able to book me for first thing the next day. Jose & crew showed up right on time, very professional, put cones around truck in street, had safety harnesses and very professional. Had tree trimming done in less time quoted and was very happy with the service & clean-up. Would highly recommend! read more

Another great job by Texas Tree Elite. We had a pine tree in our back yard that was damaged when another tree swiped it and fell during Hurricane Beryl. I guess that stressed the tree enough to the point that it couldn't defend itself: it was infested with pine bark beetles. Within days we watched it go from semi-brown on a few branches to totally brown. Wow. Called Texas Tree Elite as soon as they opened on a Monday morning. Within hours, Jose was here to give us an estimate. Since this tree was perilously close to the power lines, it would be a little more expensive to remove. Received a fair quote, and the next day the crew was here. In about an hour, this tree was gone, stump ground, yard cleaned. What a crew! Excellent service with a skilled crew who were very conscious of the neighboring trees, the power lines and our yard. Highly recommended. read more

Arrived on time as promised. Did the job and cleaned up nothing left behind. Excellent service

As a new customer, I am completely blown away by their service. We had four total bids for this job, and they were the most competitive in price and incredibly flexible with scheduling. Jose and his crew were very friendly, hard-working, and efficient. They removed two very large, tall palm trees and trimmed up the trees in our front yard perfectly. The team was highly professional from start to finish. They left my yard spotlessly clean and hauled away every bit of debris, and I really appreciated their honest approach, with no hidden fees, etc. Highly recommended! -- Don't even bother calling anyone else.. read more

Texas Tree Elite LLC. did an outstanding job of removing two extremely big pines over hanging our house. They also paid close attention to landscaping and left everything clean and orderly when finished. They were willing to pivot on the spot and take out a third hardwood that was damaged last hurricane. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and competitive prices. Happy Customers! We have a sick Live oak in our front yard and had one of their certified arborists come out to take a look. We had one tree in bad shape and one just starting to show a problem. He implied that the very sick tree probably couldn't be saved. He did not tell me what was wrong with the tree, but offered a $500 deep root fertilization and fungicide treatment. We paid them to do this treatment on the tree just showing a problem. After doing some research on my own, I determined that the tree most likely has Oak Wilt, which is 100% fatal and can't be treated. The arborist's job is apparently to sell their fertilization treatment, and not to diagnose the problem. Looking around my neighborhood and area of town, about 50% of the oak trees have Oak Wilt. read more

We've hired Texas Tree Elite twice now, and are really happy with their work. Last year, they removed 3 pines and an oak tree following storm damage. Then, this week, we brought them back to remove 2 pines that were overhanging our house. In both cases, they were considerably cheaper than other reputable firms, worked quickly, and protected our roofs. HIGHLY recommend. read more

They came the same day I got my reasonable bid, did excellent work taking down a backyard tree and thinning out my front tree. Clean up was excellent. I would trust them to do all my tree work. read more

I contacted them to get a bid on having a couple trees removed in my yard. I received an email offering a couple dates someone could come out. We confirmed the date/time, but when it came time for someone to come, they no showed the appointment. I emailed and told them no one came. Then I received an phone call. The lady on the phone said it was her fault, that she forgot to put in the computer. So we scheduled for the following Friday morning. She assured me someone would be there. Friday came and went and once again, a no show. I think I'll be contacting another service. read more

Very pleasant to work with, easy contracting and payment processing. The crew showed up on time and did a great job taking out 3 large trees and grinding stumps. They did a fantastic job on the cleanup too, aside from the missing trees you would never had known they had been there. Highly recommended and I would use them again read more

We hired Texas Tree Elite last fall to remove a large tree in our back yard. We were so impressed that we called them again this week to remove another tree and to shape the big oaks in our front yard. They arrived on time and did great work, expertly avoiding the flower bed directly beneath the large tree they were taking down piece by piece. The oaks are beautiful, the team cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, and the price was very reasonable. We are way more than pleased, and recommend them highly. read more

A little while later, Jose is at the door asking if they could perform the work today since they already had a crew in the neighborhood!!! Ummmmm. Yeah! This crew was in and out lickity-split! And they cleaned all the debris in the process. I took pics of our trees before the crew came. Tomorrow morning, I will take one of how it looked AFTER they left. Amazing. Jose came out and did a walk through and sent the crew over on the day and time we requested. This team really exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond by ensuring every tree was trimmed as we requested and when we asked to remove 4 smaller trees near the foundation of the house, they spent a significant amount of time digging them out and ensuring there was nothing left to grow back. They cut down one very large tree and did it with ease. All this said, they cleaned up every leaf and left our yard as if they had never been there with the exception of all perfectly trimmed trees and removal of those we asked for. I don't review often, these guys are really good, professional and very fair price. read more

We needed two large pine trees removed that were causing issues with our patio and down the road would have done significant damage to the foundation. I had three quotes provided. Not only did Mike give the best price he was extremely professional and explained everything to us in detail. On the day of removal our neighborhood had last minute sewer work happening that we were not made aware of until the night before. Mike and his team accommodated the situation, returned in the afternoon to do the most prompt and efficient tree removal I've ever seen. They left everything the way they found it, aside from taking away the two trees. Our roof and patio were blown off and the yard raked of debris. Based on this experience, we will continue to use Texas Tree Elite for future needs with our trees. I would highly recommend them! read more

I had a huge live oak that had grown over the years to less than 7 feet from the back of the house. It had started to slowly die and although it broke my heart to lose it and the shade it gave our back yard,- to say nothing of the danger in case of a bad storm - it had to go. Chris, the arborist came out and verified same. The crew that came out a week later was on time and professional. Watching them for the several hours it took was frightening for me - just seeing them so very high up - it was just another day for this fine group of workmen. I can't say enough good things about their proficiency. Just when the cleanup was starting a huge summer storm began and they had to leave but came back early the next morning and finished the job. I thought the price very reasonable as well. I can't say enough good things about Texas Tree Elite. You won't be sorry. read more

Chris is easy to work with, transparent in services and offers options of what to do. In addition to fertilization we had a very large tree removed in addition to tree thinning. Day of service finished in 3 hours in what I thought would be a days work. They removed limbs and rigged all in order to not damage anything. 5 stars only because there isn't 6. You need tree work call them - if you have tight spaces you really should call them due to the safety they demonstrated and insurance they hold. read more

We had a large pine tree and a medium pine tree that had been struck by lighting and was between our house and our neighbors house (very close together). Good price for work. Texas tree elite was able to get out quick (a day or two after estimate). They did a great job, worked fast getting 1 big and 1 medium pine out, especially considering how close they were to our houses. They also removed several other smaller yaupon trees and some oak branches over or house and our trampoline. They worked quick, great job on cleanup. Overall very satisfied, would recommend. read more

I called this company recently, when we had a downed tree. They arrived shortly after the phone call, with a large crew of men, and all of the necessary equipment to complete the job. They worked very fast, and did a great job for us. We had them remove three trees. I feel grateful to have found Texas Tree Elite. They responded quickly to my phone call and request for a visit to assess the issues we were having with our tress. Chris, the ISA Certified Arborist, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and took time assessing the health of our trees. We had a concern with the health of our Oak tree and the exposed roots. He gave us a recommendation that would fix our issue and maintain the health of the tree. The work was then scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Chris was on site the whole time the work was being done. I would recommend Texas Tree Elite, and Chris to anyone. read more

I used Texas Tree Elite recently for a large trimming and tree cutting job at my house and could not be happier with their service. From quotation to execution to cleanup everything was done professionally. Jose Rodriquez came by and gave a competitive quote and upon my request, came back again to address some questions that i had regarding the scope of work. Then the crew showed up at the agreed time and went to work right away. They worked quickly, efficiently and with the right equipment, taking care not to damage my property as well as those of my neighbors. They also made sure that they went and cleaned up any branches that fell across the fence in my neighbors' yards. It was a large job so they returned the next day to finish it and then cleaned up after themselves. They left my yard in a better condition than when they initially arrived. They also agreed to my request to trim another large tree for the same price although it was not part of the original scope of work. Linda from the office stopped by each day to make sure that the work was being done properly and Jose Rodriguez also remained engaged during the job. Based on this experience I highly recommend Texas Tree Elite for your next Tree Trimming/Cutting job. read more
