I have tried to reach this business several times to discuss the problems with their work. The…read morehave done severe damage to the Green space behind my neighbors and my home. Pictures are available!!! Driving in this space is illegal and totally unnecessary. It seems that they were trying to avoid carrying tree limbs to the street. They were planning to dump the tree debris in this Green space until I caught them. The Green space is park land and was very wet, so naturally the got stuck !! They had to bring in a bobcat and another truck to pull out the truck that is shown in the advertising. These vehicles did sever damage that could have been repaired by their crew. They will not return calls to address this issue. The issue has been reported to The Woodlands Township and San Jacinto River Authority who jointly manage this space.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I will post pictures of their serious destruction of this greenspace. Do Not rust these folks to care for your property ZERO Stars this company advertise to protect and care for your property!!! Each time, the price was lower than anyone else who bid the job. It's easy in Kingwood to be ZIP coded, receive a high price, and they hope you're dumb enough to agree to it. Neil has never done this to me. On all occasions, the team shows up when Neil says they will. They have literally ever piece of equipment needed to do the job....dolly's to move the large logs, a shredder which makes short work of the limbs, and multiple stump grinders. They're fast, everyone is nice and respectful, and they clean up the mess which has plagued me in the past with other companies. The large trees I had taken down really gave me heartburn with the way they were situated over the house. The team expertly climbed the tree and took the tree down in small pieces swinging everything away from the house with no problem. Trust me when I say they've done this before and are really good at it. Neil is quick to give a quote and leaves his insurance binder with the bid. This may seem trivial but I hate having to ask for insurance for a service that demands that the provider actually have insurance!!
