The owner yelled at her upon our arrival and told her to "look busy" even though she was clearly about to serve us. The owner then made fun of her for saying the wrong term when asking if we wanted our ice cream in a cone or cup and humiliated her. It was so hard to watch and the environment was so hostile because of the owner. When we asked if they accepted tips, the owner was extremely rude and condescending toward us, saying they did not accept them. Lastly, when the poor girl was handing me the chance, the owner was forcing her to count out every coin and then counting over her. It was so odd. I will never go back and I will be sharing this experience with every friend and family member I know. Let this be a lesson to the owner to treat people, especially her employees, with KINDNESS.
