Buttery, flaky, and croissant-like--definitely a must-try. The Swiss and mushroom omelet was cooked to perfection, and the bacon, eggs, and home fries were all excellent. We especially appreciated that nothing was over-salted--something more places should do (you can always add salt, but not take it out!). The homemade wheat toast, made with King Arthur flour, was hearty and flavorful--some of the best we've had. You can really tell they use locally sourced ingredients, and it makes a difference in every bite. Our only regret? Not grabbing some baked goods to go. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Ashland!
