An oil change is basic maintenance, and failing to add the proper amount of oil is unacceptable and negligent. This was not a pre-existing issue--my engine was functioning normally before the service. Now I'm facing extremely costly repairs that could have been entirely avoided if this shop had done its job correctly. I attempted to address this with the business, but accountability and resolution were lacking. Management has been extremely unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility for what clearly stemmed from their service. I asked for a full service oil change and they acted like they never heard of such a thing. I think they did change my oil, although I can't be sure. The attendant mumbled and I had to ask him to repeat things to me several times. One would think that if a person is told the customer cannot hear them they would turn toward the customer and speak clearily. The worst thing was I asked them specifically to check my tires. They didn't do it. I looked and the tire I thought was low was still low, when I checked it it was around 15 PSI. Awful. When I arrived they said they didn't have an appointment and then went and found appointment only to say that they emailed to cancel appointment (which they had not). I drove an hour for the service and took time off work. The only options they could provide were to have me drive 3 more hours and take off work again. Further, staff assisting claimed to be GM but then in the next breath indicated he was unable to contact owner, so either he was lying about position or about ability to resolve the issue. Either way unreliable & unable to tell the truth becomes a no go in my book and a very bad option for service when there are so many other great conpanies in the area.
