If you are having any kind of foot/toe issue, this is the place to go ‼ I'm a 24 year old guy with ADHD and have procrastinated getting my toe looked at. I've been dealing with a really painful ingrown toe nail that turned into a skin infection over the last few months after no luck with urgent care and difficulty with referrals from my doctor. I finally was able to come in and see Dr. Jensen and immediately he took one look at my toe and showed confidence of how he can help treat it as well as minor fungus on my other foot from sports calluses I've had for years. He treated both and was able to very quickly remove the ingrown nail and was top notch professional and a nice guy overall. He also has a ton of knowledge in the sports/PT world too which is unique! Everyone else in the office is extremely sweet and welcoming and you feel right at home walking into the office. Can't recommend them enough!

I am back to running and exercising with no pain and I am well on my way back to being 100% again. Every person I interacted with through this journey were extremely kind and helpful. When I say every person, I mean every person. From the front desk, to post surgery haze, to the cast room, to getting my stitches out, to scheduling, and billing. I felt like everyone is happy and loves their job. It felt welcoming to be in that kind of environment when I was scared about surgery and how my life would be after having a full rupture of my achilles but the staff made me feel at peace that everything would be okay and they were with me every step of the way. After rupturing my achilles, I knew I had to act fast before the situation got worse. Dr. Kaplan was available to fit me in for an appointment and very clearly communicated the options of surgery vs no surgery for recovery. Based on the information provided, I opted for surgery. I ruptured my achilles on Saturday, had my appointment on Tuesday, and received the surgery on Thursday. It felt like I was an NBA player getting VIP treatment. Post surgery was rough for me mentally. It's not comfortable sleeping in a cast dealing with the pain. I don't do well with pain pills either. The nausea really gave me some trouble. Dr. Kaplan and the team at Orthopaedic Specialty Institute were extremely accomdoating in helping me be as comfortable as possible with any issues that came up, even during off hours. I'm thankful to Dr. Kaplan and the team at Orthopaedic Specialty Institute. I would gladly recommend them to my friends and family.

Their office and staff are efficient and organized, all professional, for having to have foot surgery, this has been a great experience. Highly recommend this skilled surgeon, thank you Dr Kaplan!

Finding a great doctor is hard to come by. I was referred to Dr. Do by my buddy Dang who also had foot pains from years of Military service- fighting the war. He highly recommended Dr. Do for curing his foot pains and also he told me he got into a FREE Bunion Study; thus, receiving free surgery and money for being a part of it. I looked into the study on the doctor's website gentlefootdoc.net. I have never heard of getting free surgery and money...I have to see if I can get into that! I am so glad that I made an appointment and I was able to get in really fast! That's a big plus. When I went to my appointment I did not have to wait very long and got to meet Dr. Do. He was a very knowledgeable and personable; furthermore, he is board certified which is a big plus! We talked like we were old time buddies about sports, fishing, hunting and the pain in my foot. He made some recommendations and he treated me over a few visits. My foot pain is all gone and I am forever grateful! My treatments were cortisone shot and custom made orthotics! I had shots before and his cortisone shot was so gentle that I barely felt any pain. I am all cured and ready to live life without pain! Thank you Dr !!!! Update: I went in for a check up to see Dr. Do since I was playing some Basketball and tripped; thus, causing me to hurt my foot. Once again I was very pleased to be treated. Dr. Do was so personable and we spoke like we were old friends. He told me he plays basketball himself and is quit the outdoorsman. Really a cool doctor! Always a pleasure to see him.

Dr Reed was great when I started going there. I even suggested her to our providers when needing a…read morepodiatrist referral... But unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to be good enough to make up for the office staff. They must be family members or friends etc, otherwise I don't understand how they stayed employed. ONE of the women at reception was very kind but I only spoke to her once. Jack and the woman that works the front desk most often were HORRIBLE. They would not return calls, hung up on me one time, lied about forms being filled out and submitted. When I repeatedly told them my insurance did not have the form, Jack INSISTED they were lying. When I asked for a copy of the form for myself, it was 90% blank and the rest was wrong. Jack had obviously just used white out to change an older (different) forms date. Then Dr Reed stated that since they had "already done the forms" they would then be charging me $30 for any forms/records that were needed to be done/faxed from that point on. Meaning I had to pay for them to do the forms (that they insisted were done) THE RIGHT WAY and to RE FAX THEM AGAIN. Their laziness, incompetence, and apathy resulted in 8wks of disability with NO INCOME coming in. PERIOD. I would beg on the phone to please help, I couldn't work and needed to pay rent. They told me they 'did their job and didn't need to do anything more.' Then stopped returning my calls. And would hang up on me if they heard my voice when calling. Jack very quickly back tracked when they couldn't provide copies of the things they had supposedly done...(because they never were)... and then charged me to do them. He even went as far as insisting visit notes were sent in, then admitted the visit notes weren't even IN the chart yet (so, faxing notes that didn't exist yet...) Jack will raise his voice to speak over you, cut you off, gaslight you. I don't think he understands what an Office Manager actually does. It makes me really appreciate our office and my coworkers for how far they will go to take care of patients and their needs. If we acted in such a manner as Dr Reed's staff, not only would we probably be out of a job - but I, personally, wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing that's how I treated someone. She would be AMAZING --- if she ditched those two.
