AVOID! Oh my goodness! I Dr burke said there was nothing going on with my foot but then Disney doctors looked at my MRI and saw over 4 issues with my foot and tendons!! If you work for Disney AVOID AT ALL COST! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! please you will save your self the heart and headache of just getting the run around. Nobody returns calls. They don't leave voicemails, the girls working the front counter are (excuse my language) shit talkers about patients (first hand experience) wish I had asked for a provider list before just going to where they recommend. Disney doctors went in depth and explained what was happening with my foot and and ankle they looked at the same MRI results at doctor burke said everything thing was fine and nothing was wrong, when infact there was indeed something wrong about 5 different sprains to my tendons . read more

Dr. Burke and each member of his fantastic staff ensured that I had everything I needed to get back to work at 100%. Any question I had, no matter how silly I felt asking it, was fully answered and met with solutions. Every visit to the office has been productive and I've never left feeling remotely ill-informed or uncared for. My recovery took longer than we originally expected, but Dr. Burke was nothing less than kind and reassuring about the extended timeline. I was treated by Aaron Chambers all of my other visits and he was caring and also listened. They encouraged me and felt they help significantly in my speedy recovery. I have several workmates that have also been to see Dr Aaron Chambers and they also told me they have had great experiences with this office. Most incompetent doctor I've ever met and let me tell you... unfortunately I'm experienced with them. He's old and probably needs to retire. He refers to his assistants for advice. They're afraid to put their names on any documents and are deathly afraid of workers comp. This doctor does not care about his patients, he just wants his cut from the insurance. I've always been there for an hour or more even though my time with the doctor himself is at most 7 minutes. He has time for the chisme with his staff in between patients. Back here at Dr. Burke's for the right foot this time. Have been experiencing foot pain on the ball of my foot and top as if someone stepped hard on it. Even went to Urgent Care who ruled out any stress fracture but said I should see a specialist if it gets worse. As Dr. Burke did such a great job on my left foot with the torn ligament with surgery (2 years late no pain and the scar has smoothed itself out to be barely noticeable ). I waited forty five minutes after my scheduled appointment to see Dr. Burke. I was never told the reason for the delay. However, when Dr. Burke finally showed up, he appeared unprepared, had not read my chart and immediately offered me treatment (a shot) for my Plantar Fasciitis to which I had previously received by another doctor with no success. He would have known that had he read my chart or he just didn't care. I don't think he cared!! Of course, I refused and he became angry, insulted my intelligence, told me to look up my diagnosis online, and offered me no other options, until I asked. Needless to say, I've had my symptoms for two years. Dr. Burke was grumpy, rude and uncaring. He is the worst doctor I have ever visited. HE NEED TO RETIRE! I've had appointments with the doctor a couple of times already. He is generally nice and helpful, although a little flighty. Despite that, I believe he is knowledable and has helped me tremendously with my recovery. I have had to sit a little while waiting, but as long as I'm there early, I'm out fairly quickly. I was recommended to this doctor by work and I was warned by other friends who have been to him about how rude and condescending he could be. I thought I'd give him a chance anyway but my whole experience was way worse than the warning. First of all... I walk into the office ten minutes before my appointment at 10 am. His office staff was super friendly and excited so I thought, ok this can't be bad. Seriously, so many smiles and make you feel like you're at home and in great care. Time Kees passing.... It's now 10:20... 10:30.... 10:40... When I go up to the front desk and let them know I need to be at work and since my appointment was at ten I didn't know what was going on or if I should reschedule. They told me the would take me to the back and start on my chart and consultation while the doctor finished up other things. I went to the back and still waited another 15-20 minutes to just be seen by the nurse. They kept peeking in to apologize and saying they would be with me shortly. The whole time all I could hear was chaos! "No doctor, this room!" "Doctor you need to finish this patient" "no doctor that's the patient with this not that" "oh that's the wrong chart" like without his staff, he would be lost... Just sitting back there was STRESSING me out. Finally the nurse came in and was asking me about my injury, which is plantar fasciitis, and about my history. She was writing things down and kind of asking me how I should word it. Then I took more x Rays. The doctor finally comes in around 11:05 (an hour later). Shakes my hand, examines my feet. I had a history of a bunionectomy and he blames plantar fasciitis in that.. Hello, this is not my bone that is hurting... And what about the other foot? Why does the other foot hurt? I'm not going to lie and act like I was the best patient. I definitely got lippy and questioned him A LOT because he was making no sense to me. Yes, he is intelligent, knows feet, whatever. Then he has the nerve to cut me off say "STOP. You're not listening to me" so of course that's when I got defensive and told him he wasn't listening to me. He twisted my words, made me feel like I was lying or faking what was going on, was super condescending and definitely tried to show his power over me. I began to cry and left the office. yes, I was angry and showed it. Hello! I'm in pin and just want to get to the bottom of this and feel better. This two hour experience was miserable. So rude. His staff is great, but Dr. Burke you are a jerk! If you want to keep a patient, learn to listen to them and not just read what's on a paper that someone else wrote about what I said. When I twisted and fractured my ankle at work I was sent to see a specialist, Dr. Burke. I cannot express how happy I was to meet a cool Doc who really seemed to know his stuff! Right off the bat he was super friendly, shook my hand (I love that!) and talked me through what was happening and what he saw happening for me in the future. His entire staff too is awesome, friendly and I got to know them pretty well. The doc seems to have a great repertoire with all his staff and there is a pretty jovial atmosphere in the office. Super convenient location nearby major highways but off the street enough that you can always find parking if you got a bum foot. I have already recommended him to several work friends who are also suffering injuries and I will continue to recommend him whenever possible. Hopefully he doesn't want to retire any time soon. The staff was great but Dr. Burke was not. He was very argumentative and couldn't understand where I was having pain. Go somewhere else. He's a cheap workman's comp Doctor. He doesn't have compassion he just wants in and out.. I asked him not to share my documents with with work because I wanted to get a second opinion and he just walked out on me. Let me begin by saying that prior to my visit with Dr. Burke and his staff, I had just about lost all hope and faith in Doctors due to Dr. John Gonzalez in Riverside. But I'm pleased to say that Dr. Burke and his friendly staff have since restored that faith. They took the time to listen to my concerns, the kind of pain I was in, and also the physicality of my job. Dr. Burke treated me with respect and dignity, never judging me by my line of work or level of education, unlike the previous doctor. They are now looking at different ways to relieve my discomfort and are taking a proactive approach in the treatment of my injury. At last there may be some light at the end of this long tunnel and it is my hope/belief that this light is Dr. Burke. He and his staff are friendly, courteous, answer questions and return calls in a timely matter. I might never get back to 100% again but I know that at least with the expertise of Dr. Burke and his staff that I will get as close to that number as possible. I had X-rays taken and Dr. Burke came in to do my assessment. He was very friendly, thorough and explained what was going on, as well as some options for treatment.
