Dr. Matthew Do did my bunionectomy. I was unfortunate that I was born with flat feet and hereditary bunions. So I decided to do something about it. The initial visit was for x-rays and consultation. Dr. Do explained everything that he'd be doing and had me fill out some paperwork. The surgery was scheduled a week and a half later. I didn't feel a thing. A follow-up visit was scheduled 8 days after my surgery. At that visit, he changed the bandages, checked the site of the incision, and told me that my foot was too swollen because I'd been on my feet too much. He showed me some exercises I could do with my foot to get the range of motion back. Another follow-up appointment was scheduled for day 21 after my surgery where he cut the sutures. He told me that my incision was healing nicely and that I could start to wear tennis shoes in 2 weeks. I had to walk flat footed until then, but start doing heel-to-toe walking soon after. Recovery has been slow but steady. I was able to walk in my surgical boot 4 days after surgery with pain meds. It's now 28 days post-op and I can walk further and I can walk around the house barefoot in short spurts. I have a final visit with him scheduled at the end of the month. My foot looks so much better than it did and there is less pain now.

As an elderly patient, he felt heard, respected, and exceptionally well-cared for. It's rare to find a provider who combines such high-level expertise with genuine compassion. We are so grateful for the care he received here!

With the discomfort and pain I had been dealing with since they had grown back in 2022, I decided this time I would do the matrixectomy procedure to prevent the ingrown toenails from recurring. I visited Dr. Steven Buchholz's office in March 2024 for consultation for the matrixectomy and he was able to do the procedure the following Monday. My experience making an appointment here was very easy over the phone. The ladies on his staff are friendly and provide such great customer service on the phone and in person. Upon meeting Dr. Buccholz, my experience with him was exceptional. First off, he always shakes my hand every time he comes into the room (initial appointment, procedure day, follow-up appointment). That itself provides a warm environment at a doctor's office. He is knowledgeable, professional, and answered all my questions about the procedure without rushing me, and not once did he try and speak over me (As most doctors do). Post procedure, my toes are in the healing stages now and I am excited to continue staying active with no longer having the pain in my toes! If I ever have any other needs regarding podiatry, I will be sure to make an appointment with Dr. Buccholz and his team!

Miracle of miracles, Dr. Mansdorf is a 5-star doctor just about a mile from our home! The office is cozy and comfortable, staff is super friendly, professional and welcoming. And the star of the show, Dr. Mansdorf, is how you hope every physician will be ... kind, concerned, caring, informative. Took his time with my husbands issues and assessed him for potential concerns that we hadn't considered. His rates are very reasonable, IMHO. He took a good half hour, maybe longer, with my husband. So glad we didn't settle for an appointment further down the road, in both time and distance. Highly recommend this excellent physician.

She had seen so many podiatrists over the years for various issues (orthotics, bunion, bone spur, flat foot, bents toes, you name it) and none have come close to helping her as much as Dr M has. He spent 1.5 hours during her first visit listening to all her ailments, treatments she's had from other doctors, and getting to the root of her issues. He patiently listens to her rambling and going off topic too. He explains everything clearly and gives options within patient's financial means, surgical tolerance and allows as many questions as you want to ask. He is also not the kind of doctor who will suggest things so he can make extra money. We have been back multiple times and have never felt rushed during any appointments. The front desk staff is awesome too! Never a billing issue or booking issue. He is my mother's podiatrist now but if I ever need one, he will be mine too!
