I have no history of dry, brittle, or hardened nails, and no doctor has ever diagnosed me with such conditions. Dr. Ebony Vincent is amongst the best doctors I've had in my entire life! She genuinely cares! She took the time to answer ALL my questions, and explain to me what she found on my MRI and CT Scan. The appointment was not rushed (a pet peeve of mine)! She was slightly late, giving another patient the same type of respect she was giving me, but it was worth the wait. I'll also add, I drove an hour and a half to see her. I was comparing prestigious doctors in Santa Monica and at Cedar Sinai, and a friend who watches Dr. Vincent's show recommend her. I am choosing her over the other doctors because she is not pushy and didn't talk to me like I'm just another number (like the doctor in Santa Monica did). I'd date her. She has a pleasant personality and is not overly nice (so she comes across as genuine, and not fake). She's very down-to-earth, not arrogant, and I feel comfortable talking to her. I don't think you'll find a more caring, personable doctor. She has my trust. I'm always skeptical when I see a lot of 5-star reviews. After years of putting off a visit to the podiatrist, I was excited to finally have my feet checked out; in hopes of eliminating constant foot pain. OC podiatry had the best reviews in my area, so I decided to give it a try. The visit was mixed with a few positives and a few disappointments: Positives: - Reception was quick and welcoming. - Wait time was non-existent. I was called in literally moments after I arrived. - Facility was clean and organized. Negatives: - My attending doctor rushed through the entire consultation/exam. the Dr. seemed to have no real concern of how I arrived at having constant foot pain; totally downplaying the legitimacy. I was prescribed a steroid treatment that I did/do not feel comfortable taking based on the rushed nature of the appointment. I went to another podiatrist shortly after and their assessment was the total opposite and a tear was discovered near my heal. - I specifically requested Dr. Kolodenker and was seen by another Dr. with no advanced notice. My decision to choose OC Podiatry was based upon his specific reviews. -No real pricing breakdown (new patient/moderate urgency..etc) I honestly felt like I had wasted time and money. The opportunity cost of choosing this place over others, or simply not going to the podiatrist, was not worth/too high it in hindsight. read more
