Dr. Travis is such a great find! If you are looking for a podiatrist, he comes highly recommended. I have a medical practice myself and his new Fountain Valley office is great! Lupe at the front desk is so lovely and helpful. Dr. Travis has helped me multiple times with foot issues. He explains everything well and always has a positive and kind bedside manner. Now that he is in his new office, he really shines. read more

I don't care how skilled a doctor is, if his staff doesn't even return patients' calls, the practice aint worth a darn. At least 5 times they have not returned my calls. Last time the excuse they gave is their phone system was messed up. Pffffft! read more

Dr Travis is a kind, caring, extremely knowledgeable doctor. He knows all the latest treatments and I am very, very happy and blessed to be treated by him. If you need treatment for your feet and you're in this area you won't find a better doctor... The office staff is also very supportive and efficient. read more

I have been going to Dr. Travis for many many years. He did my first first surgery for my plantar fasciitis. The last couple years I've had some issues with the Morton's neuroma. He took a very conservative approach to managing it, which was in alignment with my philosophy. We recently reached a point where we agreed that I should have it removed . I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Travis. I have recommended him to a number of my friends and family, and everybody has been exceptionally pleased with him read more

Dr. Travis truly sets the bar high with professionalism, bedside manner and competence. His empathy for his patiences is so apparent that you feel like you're his only concern in the world. A rare gem in this world. I couldn't have had a better experience and I'm walking strong today because he was my ankle surgeon. I am so lucky I decided to see him. read more

I saw Dr. Travis many many years ago for plantar fasciitis. He recommended a Tenex procedure that has been good ever since it was done. I recently started having numbness in my toes. I had a number of suspicions what the possible cause could be and he said I had a Morton's neuroma, he presented the options, we briefly reviewed the advantages and disadvantages of the treatments. I asked him for his recommendation, and went with what he recommended, because I trust him based on my previous outcome. He treated me on the spot and hopefully I won't have any more issues with it. He's by far one of the nicest doctors I've ever met and I meet a lot of doctors in the course of my business. I absolutely recommend him. I've recommended him to a number of friends and they always come back with raving feedback about Dr. Travis read more

In my opinion, after 2 botched unnecessary surgeries done at the same time on both feet by Eric Travis- and I am still suffering immensely 7 yrs later trying to correct his surgical mess, I would not recommend Eric Travis to anyone! Go to an orthopedic surgeon! read more

I wish they would add Zero to the rating. He did surgery on my foot, part of my foot is numb and I have more on my toes more than before. Awful and painful experience. No other doctors can fix this. I can hardly walk. Think twice before seeing this doctor. read more

Dr. Travis has come to my rescue several times with my many foot issues. Being a dancer all my life, I have some major problems. I recently had an accident causing me to have five stitches and a broken toe. I was told by urgent care to see a specialist. I immediately called Dr. Travis and he was able to see me that day. He cleaned me up, reviewed the prognosis l, put my mind at ease and was so gentle. His bedside manner is like no other. His knowledge is top notch. I will continue to refer him and would never see anyone else. read more

Dr Travis is one of the best podiatrist I have seen through the years. For 35 years I have suffered with a Morton's Neuroma and was told there is nothing to cure it. Not only did Dr Travis eliminate my Morton's Neuroma, on the bottom of my foot, but he also fixed an ingrown toenail issue that arose from another podiatrist. I highly recommend this Doctor. He and his staff are very professional, generous, friendly and accommodating. read more

After reading all of the great reviews about Dr. Travis, I almost feel guilty about writing my review. I feel like someone should hear my story though. Dr. Travis was referred to me by a very close friend whom he was able to help with his heel pain. I went in with high hopes that he would do the same for me. He diagnosed my problem as plantar fasciitis after looking at my heel via ultrasound imaging. Like others have mentioned, he had great bedside manner and told me what I wanted to hear. I really liked him, and he seemed to really want to help me and assured me he could. He performed the first procedure called, RFNA, on me in early December of 2021. This is a procedure where a probe is inserted into the damaged area of the heel and heated to 80C to 90C to shock the facia. He was very confident that it would cure my problem. I told him I played tennis 3 times a week and he said he would have me back on the court in no time. Well, after the numbing medicine wore off the next morning, my heel pain was back. When I tried to play tennis the following week, it hurt worse than it ever had. I went back to him three weeks later and he tried another procedure where he injected something he simply called "medicine" into my heel. Once again, he was extremely confident that this would be the magic cure. Things were going well until approximately 5 weeks later when the "medicine" wore off. I later found out that the "medicine" was simply another form of cortisone which "masks" the pain but does not fix anything. I was now back to square one and had spent over $2000.00 on these two "in office" procedures. At this point, I was not thrilled about the possibility of having another procedure done by him, so I called his office three times to try and talk to him to ask if there was anything else we could try or if he felt like he was out of options for me. To date he has never returned my call. That is why I decided to post this negative review. Had he called me and admitted there was nothing else he could do for me, I would have been fine with that. I have since gone to see an orthopedic surgeon and am going to be scheduling gastric slide surgery in an attempt to fix my issue. read more

Love this doctor. I've been seeing dr Travis for almost 3 years now. He's extremely personable, easy to talk to, very accommodating and always pleasant and optimistic. At this point I'm probably mostly in a maintenance phase for pain and activity. But I'd recommend him to anyone needing to see either just a podiatrist or someone with major issues needing surgery or even complete pediatric care. read more

Dr. HoHai Van is the Gold Standard of doctors and is the Hallmark of great Cardiology. Dr. Van is everything one would wish for in a doctor. Dr. Van is smart, patient, kind, (handsome-my husband let me say that) and really listens to what his patients have to say. Upon first meeting Dr. Van it is very evident that he truly has your personal needs held in the upmost of importance. There are not enough ways to say how wonderful this doctor is to his patients. Dr. Van's staff is also wonderful. Vanessa is very good at her job and clearly takes great pride in herself and great pride in taking great care of patients. Vanessa is so sweet as are all of the girls in this office. I am so happy that my PCP Dr. Alan Lo referred me to Dr. Van. Seems Dr. Van has a huge reputation as one of the greats. I just adore Dr. Van and feel that he is taking great care of my heart. How nice to have had my first visit with him on Valentine's Day. If you want the best of the best in every way give yourself the gift of meeting with Dr. Van and his wonderful staff. Stephanie did my echo-cardiogram and she is an angel and oh so thorough at what she does. I saw Dr. Van in the Laguna Hills, CA office at: 24022 Calle de la Plata, Ste. # 500. Phone: 1-877-430-7337. I have been searching for a great podiatrist for several years and have been very unhappy with all that I have seen up until this week when I experienced care by Dr. Eric Travis in Laguna Hills. He was able to diagnose and treat my painful issue on the spot and assured me that it would never come back! Finally I can wear shoes again instead of flip flops! His office staff is friendly and helpful and you start your appointment with a bubbling foot bath as a bonus! read more

Dr. Travis performs MAGIC!! I am 89 years old & have been battling Diabetes and related symptoms caused by this condition for years. Mainly, Neuropathy in my lower legs & feet, along with a little fungus in my toe nails. Sleeping became very uncomfortable due to shooting pain and throbbing going up my legs and my toe nails were not looking so great. Dr. Travis uses the newest kind if "electronic laser" technology, which does not hurt and works to regenerate the nerves & stimulates cells growth... MAGIC! Laser therapy has worked miracles on my lower legs and I no longer suffer from sleepless nights and the level of pain went from a 9 to barely any. Additionally, the laser also helps treat & clear toe fungus, which has also shown tremendous improvement. I am so impressed with Dr. Travis and always look forward to seeing him. Dr. Travis is extremely personable, punctual and patient...he really takes his time and has genuine regard for my situation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Travis and one more thing, he has also treated my Granddaughter for nerve damage in the toes. More impressively, her MRI reports were misdiagnosided but, based on her complaints, he knew what to look for and confirmed that both toes did indeed suffer from nerve damage. After a few months of therapy, the numbness & tingling went away and her toes feel normal again. BEST DR!! His office staff is also very nice... clean, timely and very grateful for his expertise, vision and insight to modern technology. read more

Dr. Travis has been treating for me bilateral neuromas intermittently for about 2-3 years, and he has helped tremendously. Prior surgery with a different podiatrist resulted in short-lived improvement. I consider Dr. Travis to be an excellent physician. He has treated the recurrent neuromas with non-invasive lazer therapy and the relief has been for longer periods of time than I had following the fore-mentioned surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Travis and his friendly, efficient staff. read more
