Dr. Kobaissi has excellent bedside manner and as someone who suffers from severe anxiety, he has always made me feel at ease. I remember my first time getting a toenail procedure done, because I was so nervous, I had my eyes closed and my music blasting and he asked me "are you ready" and I said "yes...I guess" and he was like "well good because we're already finished". It has always been the little things that he has done for me that keeps me at this office. This most recent time when I had to get a pretty intense surgery because my ingrown toenail battle just would not go away, he assured me that everything would be alright and he would take care of me. Sure enough, he took care of me and made sure I had a good recovery. I am grateful for Dr. Kobaissi as he has always taken care of me and made me feel like no matter how long the battle would be for my toe, we would get it taken care of in the end. I scheduled an appointment for my grandmother's foot care and was made to wait two weeks, only for them to cancel at the last minute because the doctor was "unavailable." A week later, they called again not to fix their mistake, but to cancel completely and say there were no appointments available at all. This is grossly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when dealing with elderly patients who need timely care. Because of their incompetence, I am now forced to find another provider while my grandmother's condition continues to worsen.
