Zips feels like a volume-driven operation, not a service-oriented one. I expected more accountability and quality control.

The cushions were ruined. The manager talked with the owner. The owner stated no guarantee with cleaning and did not reimburse for cushion damage. They only refunded cleaning fee. I expected and received the same level of service/attention to detail as well as pricing. Bereavement attire was handled *gratis*--- for which I am glad they had chairs still in place as my knees left me...and I will ALWAYS be grateful for the young Lady at the desk. I have returned thrice since. As of May 2025, New Management is in place (again) with a new name: FABRIC CARE CLEANERS. Same pricing, quoted time-frames were observed, Requests noted and executed properly.
