He was very professional and gave me some extra information which was helpful. While you are waiting on your vehicle, they update you via text message. We talked about a different dealership "work" that they could not fix. He said they could definitely fix it properly. So I said ok, order the parts. They should come in within 2 weeks. I thought this was fair for the workload and I figured it would be repaired right, however they forgot to reinstall my windshield wiper motor and put the cowl back very sloppy with some rivets not even in place. They also didn't plug in my windshield wiper fluid. So since it was raining and I needed my wipers, I fixed it myself on the side of the road with a few tools. When I called this morning, there was no offer to make it right but to notify the tech who made the mistake. I haven't had issues here before, but I did expect more of them to do the job right the first time and remediate.

They called me and recommended we replace the radiator and the ENGINE. No lie. I told my daughter to just leave and they charged her $200.00 on the way out. (She was there an hour). She drove the Jeep back to Baton Rouge and we took it to a shop here and they ran some test and determined it was a faulty sensor. They replaced it and have had zero problems. UNREAL. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THESE PEOPLE. I don't live there, but my father is the head track coach at Texas A&M and it made him pretty mad and he plans to tell everyone he knows to avoid "Christian" brothers.
