One person told me over the phone and another person said it when i asked again at the counter. i asked a third time when handing the keys over and they laughed. i left with all 4 scraped on the outer lip, deep knicks in three out of four tires, about a hundred small deep scratches total from them trying to remove a wheel weight with what looks like a flathead, and marks from their impact drill when they removed the lugnuts. Extremely lazy job. It seemed almost intentional since there is scratches almost 4 1/2 inches away from where the weight was. Total i asked about 5 times before handing my keys over. I went above and beyond to avoid all this. After nearly a two month back n forth, in which there was a time where i had to call three days in a row and each time they said theyd call me back, we came to a conclusion. I voiced my concerns very frequently to them about the long term durability, time spent doing all this nonsense, and the most important part.... the finish and color matching OEM quality. they decided they will repair instead of replace my rims. i asked what theyd do if something went wrong or if the paint/ finish didnt match and they said they would "repair it and be done with it." i would avoid this place at all costs they are a headache to deal with. Very poor communication i would go days without hearing back having to call each time and still not hearing back from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Even if u do your best to avoid damage, it doesn't matter!
