Is there anything more you can share about this place? College Station Ford "I cannot recommend College Station Ford enough. Car repairs are usually a stressful, exhausting experience filled with lots of anxiety, but this team completely changed my perspective. From the moment I walked in, Lucas was incredibly straightforward and knowledgeable. He listened to exactly what my concern was and fixed my truck, respected my budget, and didn't try to push any unnecessary recommendations but did let me know what I need to do for my 60k service. The price I was given up front was exactly what was on the final invoice, no added fluff, no extra anything when cashing out with the cashier Ashley. Even after the service, they followed up to make sure I was completely happy with my service on my F-150.. If you are tired of being treated like you do not matter and want an honest, stress-free service experience, go see the service team at College Station Ford!"

Look at all the one star reviews. Here is my experience at College Station Ford. I bought my F-150…read morefrom a different Ford dealership out of state. A large, top notch, professionally run dealership. It's a night and day difference here. A couple years ago, I took my 2020 F-150 in for a routine oil change. They called me when it was done, and told me that there had been an accident back there. They had crashed my truck. Somehow, from the garage to the parking lot they managed to literally drive it into something and smash the front bumper and take out the lights. (It was paid for under warranty). Another review said they left their car for service and found a cup of old alcohol in it. Makes me wonder. Also makes me wonder if they care who they hire. So when I got the truck back, there was a super obvious deep dent right in the middle of the driver side door. No one knows anything about that of course. They take it back again for more repair. I could not believe my eyes when I got it back from "repair". It looked every bit as bad as it did before, if not worse. The dent was still there, maybe it was a little less deep, but this time the paint did not match at all! It was a dark gray almost black, on a medium flat gray. It was a complete joke. They explained that it was an attempt to fix without having to replace the entire door. I don't know why they'd even think it was acceptable to present it back to me. It was that bad. I politely demanded an entire new door. I waited again. Keep in mind they really did not want to give me loaner vehicles either, which is an unheard of level of tacky for a dealership in this situation. I got the loaners but not until I told them I absolutely needed a vehicle, especially since it wasn't my fault I was in this position in the first place. By the time I finally got my truck back, I think it was maybe around a month. I recall it taking a long time. Then... it came time to pay off the lease. The dirty finance manager overcharged me by I think it was almost $2000. I caught it and ended up calling the store manager, who told me they'd have it taken care of. I found out he gave it to the finance guy to handle his problem that came around to bite him in the rear, and by that time I'm sure neither he or I wanted to see each other so he left me a check at the front desk. You know it's bad when the local dealership is a reason you're looking into a different make of car next time... Seriously. You can't even make this stuff up. I'm using the warranty for service, but after it's over I will never go there again.

After owning my previous…read morecar for over twelve years, I was genuinely looking forward to this experience and expected to drive off the lot in a new vehicle. Instead, I left crying and completely broken. This was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything. The main issue was my interaction with Steven, the Finance Director. He was rude, condescending, and dismissive from the beginning. I qualified for a first responder discount, yet he refused to honor it. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he initially refused and stated that he was the boss and that his only boss was his wife. After continued insistence, he eventually agreed to bring over his manager, but not before telling us that we could "just go" and that we were not getting a car from them with a smirk on his face and that there's several other dealerships around. At that point, the damage was already done. The manager did apologize for Steven's behavior and attempted to smooth things over, but the experience had already left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. No customer, especially one ready to make a purchase, should ever be treated this way. Steven should not be interacting with customers at all. Because of this experience, I will never return to Aggieland Chevrolet and will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had no complaints regarding the sales part of the experience, although afterward, I received no response to a question emailed to my salesperson. But the real. unpleasantness began when I walked into the office of the finance person. I wasn't given any greeting by Lucas. And we'd never met before so I was taken aback when the first thing he said was "well, are you going to keep this one longer than two years?" (my trade in was a 2024). It was not a joke. In fact, he was completely silent throughout the approximately 6 minutes I was in his office, except for the recitation of the extended warranty which he did not sell me. Likewise, when the transaction was completed, there was no handshake, no pretense of courtesy. Just rude silence. Maybe that is the way he treats all female senior citizens. A day later, I ordered a cargo shade for my new vehicle and when I went to pick it up, I got the same treatment at the parts department. No greeting, no offer to help me carry a rather large box out to my car. I've learned my lesson. I will not return to this dealership. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because of a satisfactory sales experience.

So I request another vehicle under my budget -keep in mind that my bank was looking at the same website and assisting me with what was in my budget. Each time, the manager sent Jermaine back with either a higher price or something used with high mileage. But never with what we requested and required. I arranged to have an Uber to pick us up. Finally made a deal with them over the phone today, was told to drive back over to sign paperwork. Left to drive to College Station and 30 minutes into the drive received a text that car had sold. Would definitely advise to steer away from Jermaine as well, he is simply a messenger and had zero sales skills, definitely did not represent us and take care of business. Question their added fees and they will remove them, don't let them sucker you into overpaying. They will definitely try to pull a fast one on you.

By the next evening (April 8th), I realized the AC didn't blow cold air unless I was driving. The dealership was closed, so I returned first thing on April 9th and spoke with C, the salesperson who sold me the car. He got with the mechanic the next day and told me to make an appointment. They kept my car from that appointment until April 23rd, trying to fix the AC. When I got it back, the issue still wasn't fixed. I returned on April 24th, and even though B initially gave me pushback, they agreed to look at it again. Keep in mind--I had barely driven the car at all, only to and from the dealership. On May 7th, I finally got the car back. Then on May 11th, the dashboard lights came on. I brought it in again, and they told me, "We're a Kia dealership. We don't know how to work on Hondas." They told me I'd have to take it to a Honda dealership and pay out of pocket--after I already paid a $7,000 down payment on a $22,000 car. I don't know much about cars or mileage. I trusted the dealership to sell me a reliable vehicle and to thoroughly inspect it. But now I'm stuck with car issues immediately after purchase and expected to cover repairs. I do have a warranty, but I still have to pay a deposit to use it--on top of everything I've already paid. The economy is hard right now. I'm a single mom. I can't afford these surprise issues and repairs after barely driving the car. And to be told "oh well" is beyond upsetting. Honestly, this feels unethical.
