My husband went in with our own financing, they knew I couldn't be there to sign so Simba and the finance department went above and beyond to not only make my husband happy with his trade and new truck, but then were more than happy to send him home with the paperwork for me to sign given our distance from their location and my inability to take time off that day. This is the only reason why they are getting 3 stars out of me. HOWEVER, this past weekend was a whole new experience that has us disgusted with the service. We returned with our own financing again, knowledge of what my trade was worth, and the exact vehicle we wanted. We called long before arriving requesting Simba again and we were told the appointment was made. When we arrived, Simba has no clue we were coming. He had the unfortunate displeasure of passing us to another salesperson, and Kevin was exactly what I feared I would have to deal with. From the moment we sat down, he was insulting and childish. He spelled my name wrong on 3 different documents despite having my license in front of him and my pay stub. He tried to argue with my husband about our pay rates and how we get paid and still put the wrong amounts down on on the paper work. He demanded we seek other financing and submit credit applications. He failed to put my husband's social security number on the documents. Then he went into insulting our jobs, stating "You sound like a couple of Aggie's with the special job titles". No one asked. We didn't laugh. It was disgusting and I was ready to leave at this point. We informed him I hadn't test drove the vehicle yet because there was no gas in it. So he put gas in it and brought it around. Before getting in he told me he had to drive it off the lot because of the dangerous frontage road. Okay. That felt great to be told by a salesperson they couldn't trust me. But I let that go and tried to tell him about another vehicle I test drove at the same location just weeks prior. He begins to insult my taste further about how that vehicle was too boxy for me and I wouldn't like it at all. Nope. I told him I actually loved it and he wasn't hearing that. The test drive was the backroad behind the dealership and around the corner. There was no testing anything else. No looking at anything else in that car. Just rushed and limited. We get back and I was so frustrated. I told him I wanted my phone and keys back (since he took both when we were trying to show him our approval info for our financing). He walked away and I told my husband what happened and he was furious. When Kevin came back, my husband asked if he could go for a test drive and Kevin literally tossed him the keys and said "Go a head buddy". So it wasn't okay for me to drive it off the lot but cool for my husband to go on a full on joy ride?! He then told us he needed a $5000 down payment. At this point we lost it. I demanded my keys and phone. We explained to him all his mistakes with everything and he wasn't hearing any of that. Instead he flat out argued with us and continued to speak to me like I was a child. At this point I demanded my phone and keys again with much more firm tone. He left and my husband walked off to tell someone of our issues. Someone with the finance department came to me to talk about the issues. I only wanted to leave. I was near tears not from having my feelings hurt but from being so angry at this idiot and knowing I could not legally slap the stupid out of him. Jacob took us to his office and we told him some of what happened but all we wanted to do at this point was get my keys away from them and leave. He tried to fix things and smooth it over with us. The man looked sick to his stomach when we left. He was extremely apologetic, even though clearly he was not the person who thought he was a great insult comic. What disturbs me the most is this guy felt it was okay to insult customers so easily to their faces and treat me in particular with such distrust and borderline sexism that it felt like he always did this and it was okay. If this were my first experience there, I would looking to give them negative stars and go full on "Karen" with the dragging and reporting of this guy to all persons. Instead, three stars are what they are getting because of the service we have received in the past and in this visit from Simba and Jacob. At this time, and probably for the foreseeable future, we are going to avoid College Station Ford at all costs.

After owning my previous…read morecar for over twelve years, I was genuinely looking forward to this experience and expected to drive off the lot in a new vehicle. Instead, I left crying and completely broken. This was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything. The main issue was my interaction with Steven, the Finance Director. He was rude, condescending, and dismissive from the beginning. I qualified for a first responder discount, yet he refused to honor it. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he initially refused and stated that he was the boss and that his only boss was his wife. After continued insistence, he eventually agreed to bring over his manager, but not before telling us that we could "just go" and that we were not getting a car from them with a smirk on his face and that there's several other dealerships around. At that point, the damage was already done. The manager did apologize for Steven's behavior and attempted to smooth things over, but the experience had already left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. No customer, especially one ready to make a purchase, should ever be treated this way. Steven should not be interacting with customers at all. Because of this experience, I will never return to Aggieland Chevrolet and will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

We weee given to Matthew -intern but seemed somewhat knowledgeable about my wants and needs in a car from Malek. The car was priced lower online. Upon return and haggling for me to use their finance companies (and to see if my bank was one of their. (Yeah, no!) I was approved already and knew what I needed. I was firm. My first offer was $19k (exactly what I saw online). After he saw what I was approved for, the price went up. Dishonor! Again, my bank was on the phone. We agreed to walk away. I never seen a Trax worth $30k. Especially not that one. It didn't have a lot of bells and whistles. So, nope. Always have multiple offers from several dealerships. Use your bank to get approved. Matthew was stunned to watch us leave his "great deal". By the way, I found 5 other dealerships in Texas that aren't afraid of me using my bank and they never increased their prices. Aggieland Chevy, please do better. Honest and integrity... that goes a long way. Try it.

By the next evening (April 8th), I realized the AC didn't blow cold air unless I was driving. The dealership was closed, so I returned first thing on April 9th and spoke with C, the salesperson who sold me the car. He got with the mechanic the next day and told me to make an appointment. They kept my car from that appointment until April 23rd, trying to fix the AC. When I got it back, the issue still wasn't fixed. I returned on April 24th, and even though B initially gave me pushback, they agreed to look at it again. Keep in mind--I had barely driven the car at all, only to and from the dealership. On May 7th, I finally got the car back. Then on May 11th, the dashboard lights came on. I brought it in again, and they told me, "We're a Kia dealership. We don't know how to work on Hondas." They told me I'd have to take it to a Honda dealership and pay out of pocket--after I already paid a $7,000 down payment on a $22,000 car. I don't know much about cars or mileage. I trusted the dealership to sell me a reliable vehicle and to thoroughly inspect it. But now I'm stuck with car issues immediately after purchase and expected to cover repairs. I do have a warranty, but I still have to pay a deposit to use it--on top of everything I've already paid. The economy is hard right now. I'm a single mom. I can't afford these surprise issues and repairs after barely driving the car. And to be told "oh well" is beyond upsetting. Honestly, this feels unethical.
