Their pricing is very fair--because let's be honest, no one enjoys paying for car repairs--but their 3-year/36,000-mile warranty (whichever comes last) really helps ease the sting. That kind of coverage is practically unheard of. The service advisors are always friendly and take the time to clearly explain what's going on with my car, which I really appreciate since I'm not very car-savvy. They said it's likely valve seals and they don't do engine tear downs and would have to replace the whole engine assembly and would cost 3k-7.5k. We picked up the car to take to another shop and didn't make it half a mile before my son pulls over. The engine light was on and it had no power (we didn't drop it off in this shape). We called and were told they only pulled spark plugs to diagnose (for nearly 200 when we already told them the problem) and said it was coincidence. The new shop said they cracked a spark plugs when they put it back in. This is the 2nd time I've had issues and wouldn't recommend for so much as an oil change.
