Instead, the Kia dealership wanted to charge for unnecessary repairs and way above retail for Kia original parts. The warranty manager at the dealership told me if I couldn't afford their repairs to take the car somewhere else. I'm so glad he said that because it lead us to Franks. I worked with John and he was willing to look for a solution that worked within our budget and made sense for the age of the car.
