Updated review. From 5 stars, to only one. Very disappointing customer service. Once your items are installed... good luck. Had a very nice, expensive gps, low jack, fully loaded 7 inch pop out deck installed, hasn't worked correctly so have been calling to make an appointment to have it checked or serviced, I'm told to "just bring it in" and they'll take care of it. I come in, and they always say they're too busy that day to do it. Keep in mind, I needed this to work properly before purchasing the additional $600 of internal speakers, the mirror cameras, or the additional sub woofers and amplifier that I was going to purchase. Due to the complete lack of customer service, they have now lost out on an additional $1,500 of products that I was going to buy, let alone the 2,600 rims I was considering ordering. I suppose I'll have to take my business elsewhere to pay for better installation and the other goodies I wanted for my mussel car project. What a shame. My factory car stereo wouldn't turn on. Stereo Pros said they would check the fuses for $40 and if this is not the problem I can use the $40 towards a new stereo. So I said go ahead and bought a new radio. But they lied to me, they didn't check my factory radio, my factory works fine. I went to another stereo installer and they said my factory radio works fine. Then after stereo Pros installed my new radio that I didn't need, the factory antenna will no longer go up and down with the factory power antenna. I went back to complain and they said the factory antenna won't work with the new radio and they offered to sell me a new antenna. Crazy crazy crazy. Why can't businesses be honest. Why must they lie just to sell you a new radio that you don't need. Please never go here. Find an honest business. I will never go here again. A month ago I walked in and purchased a remote control start/alarm system, I purchased a new horn, a 11" in-dash tv along with two 9" tv's in the headrest. Wasn't looking for a cheap deal I was just looking for good quality stuff. I spent about 3k and they were happy to accept that money and assuring me that the remote on the alarm system I purchased would beep if someone bumped my truck or tried to break it so with confidence I cashed out. A month later, i have video surveillance of 2 men walking right up to my truck, and let me add in that the alarm was flashing on the truck in the video indicating that the alarm system was ACTIVATED, but guess what they still broken into my truck, no alarm went off and everything I purchased from STEREO PRO's was stolen, plus another vehicle was stolen in the same incident ALL BECAUSE STEREO PRO's EXPENSIVE ALRM SYSTEM DID GO OFF OR THE KEY DIDN't alert me at all. My neighbor had to ring my doorbell to let me know my Trunk was open. Once the security at my property sent me the video of the encounter of my truck being broken into and my other car being stolen and I noticed that the alarm was flashing the whole time, it lead me to think they're are selling DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT, so I immediately went up there to show them the footage and confront them on this matter and ask to speak with the owner and the guy that looks like Favio says,"im the owner for the day and you have a warranty just report it". They did not try to make this right on my part at all, they just made me feel like they took my money and sold me some faulty equipment that cost me more than i spent on everything I purchased. I will never go here again, pieces have disappeared off my rims while they were installing things, i had to turn my radio to an staticky am station just to here the dvd play then turned around and gave them more money to upgrade the setup just to eliminate the static sound. I brought my car In for a stereo installation I purchase a Crutchfield They charged me 220 bucks with backup camera. Well the installer said the RCAs We're bad and caused the stereo to become unresponsive when put into reverse. I asked them to box it back up and I'd send back to Crutchfield for a refund. Which the installer just threw everything in the back of my car. ( First warning sign) I then asked if they had anything comparable to the unit I was going to put in they said yes we do a chameleon. I 'd never heard of this brand but they assured me it was good saying they'd installed several and they were good units. For 1000 bucks I said it better be! They installed it and it didn't work Apple CarPlay which is all over the box didn't work on the first one they tried so they tried another one this time it worked until I turned the car off. ( secound warning sign) So the guy Omar said I don't know why these are good units to which I replied well 2 out of two units bad they don't seem like they are good units. No I asked Omar if there was anything they could do he replied well we could put in this pioneer unit on in dash 7" screen the others we 10.1" screens the 7" unit cost less then the 10.1 units and I said well you can refund me the difference to which Omar said no! No way can I give you a refund! What the &$ck why not ? I asked he said it's company policy we don't give refunds I asked him but I just paid you 1000 cash And I haven't even left the premises? Why not? So long story short I'm screwed! I'm filing a complaint with the BBB against Stereo Pros and we will see what they have to say about this, so now my only option is to buy the Alpine iLX-309 for 1400 another 400 and that unit doesn't work right I can't get multicast in HD Radio which it clearly states in the manual and I don't even want to return to this store ever ever again. And the reason why the inserts fell off the rims is not due to us hitting a pot hole. It was due to once again the ppl not knowing how to do the work properly and doing it half assed. They didn't put them on properly. Junior kept saying that he was going to replace the inserts for months and when we would call he kept giving us a bs story. Needless to say we never got them. We purchased a new Nissan NV3500 and were shopping around for a good deal to install 2 flip down overhead DVD players. I called many places around the area and stereo pros had the best price. I was very hesitant based on some of the negative reviews on Yelp but then thought what is there to lose to just check these guys out and see how I feel. First, my initial impression is that these guys are legit; Extremely helpful, have a large inventory selection, very friendly and know what they are talking about. I was worried given I just purchased this new vehicle. Junior showed us where and how he will set up the two DVDs. I was originally shopping for 11" and he gave us an amazing deal on two 15" screens. Everyone else we called said it would take 3-4 hours, Stereo Pros called me 1.5 hours later saying they are done. When I saw the work I was blown away by the quality of service, the car was also super clean and well taken care off given it was new. I had a minor technical issue so I called the store the following day and they immediately responded and were more than happy to resolve it. This is evident that these guys are not into one time transactions and instead want a long term client relationship. I will be recommending them to friends and family for sure. Thank you . They tried to swap out the products we bought for lower end ones, left holes in the car's rear doors, and did not complete the sound quality using the crossover amplifier. I have complained on Consumer Affairs, BBB, and will be taking them to a Small Claims court if we don't receive our money back. DO NOT GO HERE. They specifically tell their workers to swap products, one of them informed us of this and it was confirmed when we had to go to another shop. Omar is the biggest scam artist out there. So I have to write another review. Just got done taking my suburban to two auto shops and the Chevy Dealership, paying several hundred dollars, because they taped wires into the OBD2 sensor and they dealership said it's their wiring. So, I took it to another stereo shops just to see what they say and they are all saying the same thing. I went in to tell Junior about the issue and of course it's not their fault. So I called the mechanic at the dealership and he was explains to Junior what it was doing so Junior asked what he was supposed to do and the mechanic asked him "you want me to do your job" cause it's the radio shops job to fix it since I paid them to install it. Junior then replied for him to go F himself. I told Junior not to talk to him like that. Then he said F you to me and threw my keys in my suburban and said I'm not fixing Sh!t. Then got in my face cause I was pissed at that point and it got heated from there and words were exchanged. I can't believe this guy owns a business and why anyone would still do business with this company. Maybe cause they pay people to do fake positive posts for themselves. So I guess since they won't fix it, next step is the BBB and small claims court read more

I went to Stereo Pros on 8/8/2020 to get a bid on tinting side and rear windows on my F-150....Omar was professional and advised me they could also do the windshield with a 50% film. He quoted me a reasonable price and advised they could do it that afternoon. The windows were tinted and I am very happy with the results. Omar's recommendation on the proper film was spot on. They don't do the job you pay for and when you try and tell them the job they did is wrong they blow you off like nothing. i paid good money to get my truck lifted and they put on the wrong rims (color and size) and when I asked about it they said they were the only ones they had. didn't even bother to call me and talk to me about it they just went ahead and did it. my truck was rubbing when I made tight turns and the owner jr said it was normal. i couldn't figure out where it was rubbing so I took it to a different shop and they showed me the inside of my rim was rubbing on my control arm. when I brought it up to their attention the owner said it was my fault for taking it to another shop. well he told his workers cause he didn't even bother to give me the time of day. i for one will not go back to that shop and will be going to court to get the money for the rims they're refusing to replace. read more

At first it was great experience with cool people. But now, I've had my stereo a year and it is all junk. I've been in numerous times because my fuses kept blowing, then my speakers keep blowing, the base won't work, the stereo is an absolute shit show. And every time I come in it's something else. "The speakers don't work you need to buy new ones, oh this fuse is too small you need a new one". Go somewhere that's going to do quality work and give you quality stuff. I paid a lot of money and I'm definitely not satisfied. On 10/31/ 2017 I went to a different stereo shop because my speakers have been cracking and sounding fuzzy. They went through the whole entire set up and were appalled that an actual stereo shop that is still in business did this to my car. The amps were not screwed down to the floor, Wires were frayed and not inserted properly into the amp, they spliced wires together and just put electrical tape around them, and the wire was eight gauge and not big enough to hold a load of both amps. They said that my car was a fire hazard. They said that they were shocked and embarrassed to be in the same industry as the shop. They shouldn't be in business, I would recommend anybody go here. Their customer service is crap, their installation is even worse. Pay twice the money and go somewhere else Went back today 12/19 to show them why my speakers were still not sounding right. It's because they poked a hole in one while screwing it in. The manager/ fool said he has always taken care of me and that i don't have proof they did that. "I should go Yelp how i feel". POS. They wired my 2010 Camaro and I always had issues with the system and the over charged me for what was suppose to be top of the line setup. First of all if you are a women, be aware that they will treat you like you are clueless and have ZERO knowledge on cars. I know about cars so I knew he was being dishonest from the beginning. I had an issue with a sensor being turned on when my car got fixed here. I asked him to fix this since it was never on before, so I took my car to their shop. When I picked up my car, the light on the dashboard was still on and he said the fuse would turn off within a few miles of driving (which I know won't happen) but giving him the benefit of the doubt, I drove home and the light is still on. Their service received a 1 star because they are not honest, and do not do what they say will get done. If he would have charged me to change the fuse, I would have happily paid. read more

Got floor lights installed as well that went out after a couple months and since going here my power seat on passenger side stopped working. As soon as I arrived, the guy at the counter goes to ask what kind of car I have, then another male employee starts to speak in Spanish (as if Mexicans are the only people who understand Spanish) saying to try to sell the more expensive one and to pretend like there's was extra work to be done with the wiring so they he could charge even more,which is obviously complete bullshit! Terrible service had my radio and lights in stalled on my Polaris battery always dead now one the lights burnt out after 6 months wire melted one of my amps wasn't even bolted down installed a generic speaker box in the rear and left a hose loose and vacuum line disconnected and took 6 weeks for installation work was so sloppy and terrible that I just ended up paying another installer to go through it and fix everything correctly also took 6 weeks to do the job wires to the lights was zipped tied every where added a spare battery and both batteries go dead if razor sit for a week installed blinkers and the rear blinkers go opposite direction than the front blinkers but the guy was super nice but there work get a straight FAIL read more

Horrible service for Window Tint. Not professional at all whatsoever. Also, Omar the guy who works there promised me a price over the phone and wouldn't honor it when I went in. Also, I saw the window tint wasn't going to be good for the beginning and told him, but they still refused to clean it up right there before it became a problem. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM OMAR!!!!
