Ernie and Patty were both great! Excellent customer service, competitive pricing and amazing work. Ernie -thanks so much for your services on my Honda Pilot. Will definitely return, if needed in the future. I highly recommend this shop! read more

I went there a while back to install my sound system in a rush through. It didn't pull out my old wires. They just bypass everything they even ground. Anything I had to go to another place and have them redo it all and they charged me 1700 to do a messed up job stay away from this place. read more

My back window tint started bubbling up after 10 yrs of the Corona HEAT. The owner honored the lifetime warranty and fixed it for free. Still had my receipt. Great service and excellent workmanship! read more

These folks have tinted the windows on three of our Jeeps and our old Ram truck. They use quality film and always deliver a perfect installation. I know I can count on their services. read more

I had an incredibly disappointing experience here. My receipt clearly said lifetime warranty, but the front desk lady would not honor the lifetime warranty because of "ownership changes." But another customer in the store at the time said the lady and her husband has been the owners and working there for years. The lady was also very rude and unprofessional. I called the shop back after leaving because they didn't remove all the tints on my car as we agreed upon initially and I wanted her to take responsibility for the unfinished job that another tint shop had to take care for her, but she yelled at me saying I didn't pay enough when in fact we agreed on the price together, and she refused to take accountability and hung up on me mid sentence. As a paying customer, I expected better professionalism and customer service, as well as at least some form of resolution to the problems I encountered. read more

Poor quality tint and damaged my glass. When you try to show him the damage, he claims it had been there from before. I'd never go back there even if it was free. read more

I gave them a try because I stopped in about 6 months ago after my car key stopped working, Juan replaced the battery for free with one he just had laying around. That same day (since I was having good luck) I told him my speaker was rattling & he replaced a wire. Just yesterday, I only needed 1 window tinted & they fit me in super quick & cheap. The lady there was a little blunt so I can see how sensitive people might get in their feelings, but I appreciate straightforwardness. While waiting the other patrons were talking about how happy they were since this place has the best prices & is quick. I'd have to agree. read more

Patty and Ernesto are awesome to deal with. Great prices and great quality. They back up their workmanship 100%. They have done tint and audio on 3 of my vehicles and I highly recommend. Will come back for more services. AAA+++ read more

They don't honor their work I did my tinted windows like four months ago they're bad al ready the lady that works she wasn't. Nice I don't recommend that place. read more

Read Tracy V. Last posted a month ago. It's true. Extremely unprofessional when it comes to honoring their "life time" warranty. Lady is horrible and I can only my hope that the workers are ok in there. REMEMBER YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I'll recommend going all the way out to Superior Tint by Vineyard & 4th street, they keep ALL documents there and email too. read more

Horrible experience. Lady at the front desk was rude and told me i wouldnt be able to speak to the mechanic without paying. Recommend Going somewhere else, they are very money hungry. read more

Best family owned Stereo shop in Corona drop my car with them in the morning they tell me it will be a couple of hours and he means just that very prompt and business like. I had bad wiring done elsewhere at a local shop in Santa ana not far from were i work, he found the problem fixed it and i haven't had a problem with it since. I would recommended them to anybody who ask for a good Stereo shop and Installation in the Corona area. read more

I came into this store looking to get a stereo installed and was looking to purchase one from here. First off, the radios are way overpriced, almost 100 dollars more than everywhere else. I then made an appointment a week later after buying my stereo elsewhere for 9:30am. I showed up at 9:30am and the store is still closed. (Open at 9am is on the door). The guy doesn't get there till 9:50 and doesn't even apologize. Will never be coming back here. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!!!! This is the worst stereo shop I've even been in. The guy behind the counter is a total a$$hole. They can't even get something as simple as an install kit right. I asked for a kit to fit an 05 Excursion and he assured me he was giving me the correct one. Even after asking if he was for sure, cause it didn't look right from what I remembered about the Excursion, he continued to assure me it was the right one. Well, it wasn't right. The next day when I tried to return it the a$$hole didn't want to give me my money back. He argued that it was the right one. News flash fool, the correct one looks nothing like the one you sold me. This place doesn't deserve a star but the app makes me pick one. read more

Stereo Depot - Dark tint all around - Car Stereo Installation Near Me - Corona, California

Got my car tinted here about 4 years ago for a decent price, I guess. It was good, but only lasted until last summer. After a crazy heat wave in June 2015, the back windshield started to bubble. Fast forward to the end of last year/beginning of this year with whatever El Nino brought and now all my windows are peeling. I was sure it wasn't their problem, but I called anyway to see if I could make a Saturday appointment (I got it done on a Saturday originally and I live in Orange County now - but was still willing to drive out there since they did a good job the first time! I like going to places I know) and explained to the guy who answered what happened. I asked how much it would cost to replace or if they had any kind of warranty for stuff like that (aware that since it had been a while, if there was a warranty it might be expired by now) and he said he didn't know and to bring my receipt from the original installation. He was insensitive on the phone and said I could only bring my car in on a weekday. I told him that I'm sure they're busy Saturdays, but I live in Orange County and work M-F and would not make it there in time since I finish at 5:30. I said I'd be willing to make whatever the next Saturday appointment was available and drive out there, even if it was several weeks out. He just said no because they are only open on weekdays.. What..?? Maybe their hours have changed and they need to update their Yelp page? I remember them being pretty friendly and accommodating when I was there in person, so maybe they just suck at customer service on the phone? read more

Really good work at a good price. I have done business on 3 different occasions all good experiences.

The folks here have always done well for me. Today was no exception. They could not have been more helpful dealing w a third party who was 100% unresponsive. They waited on hold for nearly two hours to get the required result. Incredibly helpful was Ernie. Two thumbs up for him, the female manager, and the entire business. read more

Got my car windows tinted yesterday and they did amazing at a really good price too. My so i took my friend to do his tint because the y have a sigh saying "hundred dollar tint" when we walk in the guy said he could do it for 140. My friend fine lets do it tohe turned in his keys, the guy said to come back in an hour. My friend was abit excited so we went back early and just waited in the parking lot for about 20mn, while we waited the other guy finished and reversed the truck out of his shop and didnt stop completely and poped the truck in drive and grinded the gears in the tranny. When we went inside to pay the guy had a nasty attude , he charged my friend $150 and not $140 like he told us. When we checked the truck all the seats were dripping wet. We confronted the guy and he told us that its normal. This place is garbage dont recomend for anayone to go here if u need stereo or tint go somewhere else. read more

Went there with an appointment that I made 2 days ago to get my front windows tinted. I show up on time and the worker tells me he just booked a walk in job that arrived right BEFORE me and won't be able to do it today. Worker asks me to come tomorrow or book another day. This place would've gotten ZERO stars. By far worst customer service I've ever had. Went in for tints, and when I went to pick up my car it was nothing like I had asked for. I then asked if there was something we could do and the "owner" Patty Cortez stated it was my fault and that she wouldn't do a thing to help the situation. I explained to her why I felt she was in the wrong, she laughed, rolled her eyes and raised her voice. She has no intentions of satisfying customers at all, and no remorse for customers being unhappy with her work/ shop. Waste of $100! I should've known when I walked in and saw different pricing all over the store. The company lost a good loyal customer! I almost got 3 cars tinted AND purchased 2 stereo systems with installation, all in one day! DONT SHOP OR DO BUSINESS HERE! read more
