Located conveniently on Woodhaven Blvd, they offer breakfast and lunch specials. The place is like a bodega/deli store, which offers indoor seating. The staff is very friendly and seems to know the patrons of the neighborhood. They have closed caption T.v. For done in. Plenty of lighting. Coffee and beverages are available. read more

Stephen Grill - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Rego Park, New York

1 star is too much Visually unappetizing, careless prep, and an overall waste of money. Ordered a bagel with scallion and bacon cream cheese -- there was zero bacon, and the scallions looked old, dry, and sad. The vegetable cream cheese on another bagel literally looked like coleslaw without mayo. Honestly, it was so off-putting I couldn't even bring myself to taste either one. To make things worse, the "fresh juice" was packed so poorly that beet juice leaked everywhere, soaking the delivery bag and ruining my brand-new carpet. I hold both the delivery driver and whoever prepped this mess responsible. Not just disappointed -- I'm annoyed. Definitely won't be back. read more

A real gem!!! I just arrived in Queens and was looking for a sit-down restaurant to have breakfast. I stopped on the sidewalk before entering and saw a few tables to the front of what looked like a convenience store, deli/ grill. Not quite the vibe I was looking for because I wanted to burn some time. However, I entered anyway. The aroma was enticing, and I received a warm welcome upon entering. I immediately knew I hit a hot spot. When I saw 4 cooks on the grill, 2 cashiers and a host of locals with smiles on their faces as their orders were placed on the grill (without hesitantation). Some were sitting down to eat, while others were rushing out the door I ordered a vegetarian wrap that was delicious . I really enjoyed that new York style ambiance with a warm and welcoming vibe. This place has great synergy, great ambiance, great service, and great food!!! read more

**Stephen Cafe / Deli** offers one of the most delicious Tuna Melt sandwiches I've had in years! The flavor is elevated even more with their packets of Cholula Original hot sauce. The cafe has indoor seating/tables for about 10 people and sports playing on overhead TVs. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to offer great recommendations. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I've only ordered breakfast from here and they never disappoint.. at times my hash-brown comes out soggy due it not being on the side but other than that my order is always on point. Great customer service over the phone and they come in handy being located on a busy boulevard. read more

I ordered delivery through Yelp. I rejected the first few restaurants I saw because they had 15-20% service fees, for delivery, in addition to delivery fees, delivery tips, and "other fees." Stephen Cafe/Deli doesn't do dumb stuff like that. Yelp estimated 40-60 minutes; the food arrived in 45. Portion sizes are slightly unusual. The sandwiches are smaller than I expected, but the sides are larger. It's not the best food I've had, but it's good enough, and it's reasonably priced. read more

Overhyped. Not worth it. Don't know how to make a decent sandwich. Sad. Not coming back and gave it a few chances.

The absolute best deli around! You cannot find a better place that is cleaner, friendly or with these prices. Abdul is the best! All the wraps & salads & juices are all so fresh! I have never had a bad avocado or one complaint! I will forever come to this place. Overall great atmosphere & prices read more

One of our favorite places to grab a quick breakfast or lunch on the go while in the car. They are Convenient to the LIE highway. With rising prices all over, their prices are inexpensive for good hot and cold sandwiches. read more

I ordered the Philadelphia hero. what arrived was a very old roll with meat that was substandard and looked old. Did not smell good. I would have never accepted the food if it was in person. i didn't know they ruined my order until after i received it from the uber eats deliveryman. I understand its just a deli/café but the Department of Health should seriously take a look into this place. the sandwich looked so horrible i didn't even want to give it to my dog. The sandwich made its way into the trash, don't waste your money there. read more

Binny is a liar. His father owns Andy's deli next door & they can't compete with Stephens. Stephens bacon egga is a million times better. Love this deli. read more

Living in Queens for the past three months, this place is a great breakfast go-to. Customizable options, prices haven't shot to the moon like some other delis nearby, and quick service--this place is fantastic if you're looking for that late night breakfast fix read more

I've ordered here a few times but lately they have been extremely late and when I contacted them to see what the issue was the an who answered the phone was extremely rude. On one occasion they left my order on the dirty floor of my apartment, not even in the lobby. When I contacted the delivery person to ask why they didn't wait the 2 seconds for me to come down when they called they told me they had other deliveries and didn't care and then hung up on me. The food is good but I wont be ordering from them again. read more

Stephens is my #1 Order in spot. Food is outrageously delicious. Great size positions. Friendly service & delivery personnel. Always extremely happy read more

Food was good. However, but you can find cheaper elsewhere. Also the pancakes where kind of dry. Other than that, if you're close I would stop in to grab something quick read more

Love this places , recommend it to all. Been ordering never had a problem, food is always fresh and well done. Deff my to go places.

Pretty good eats and selection for an otherwise typical bodega. My friend and I order from here on Seamless a lot. The sandwiches are always super hearty and big, so no complaints there. Also, in the store, but not on Seamless, they've got some banging empanadas. Sometimes it's a little hard to communicate with them if you have a special request, so it's something to keep in mind. read more

I have been ordering from here for a long time and have always liked there food, enough to even order multiple days in a row. However last time we ordered the burgers were bland, and the bread was stale, hard as a rock. We ordered through Seamless and I complained and we got a refund. I ordered from them AGAIN tonight because like I said I like their other food, and they cancelled my order on me. When I call, I was told that the manager called his employee and told him to cancel my order and to not deliver to my address. I asked why, he proceeds to tell me his manager says I cancel my order like 7-8 times already so they won't serve us. WHAT?! I NEVER cancelled. I only have 1 issues out of the 20-30 orders I've received from their. And THIS is how they treat their customers? Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never order from here again and if you know me, DO NOT order here. They are rude and the manager didn't even have the decency to call me himself! This has been the worst experience ever. read more

So the first time they sent me coffee basically just with milk, disgusting. So i gave them a second chance, and somehow they think light ice means no ice, in an ICED COFFEE and again no sugar just milk. Such a waste, very last time giving them a try. read more

My new go to fav deli 24hrs near me. Their hot sandwiches are supberb! Their service is impeccable! Must try when in the neighborhood!!

Our go-to for ordering delivery. Looks like any other corner deli from the outside but the food is great, they never disappoint. I usually go with a burger, you'd think they have an entire diner in the back room. Friendly people too. They do great work here. read more

Thank you Stephens Cafe for being the only available place that delivers at 2am... According to seamless. Most of the time I have no problems with my order or the quality of the food served. Rarely there will be something not as described or missing (from an item, not the entire item itself) but at 2 or 3 am you have to expect some substitutions or omissions. Also, it's 3am with no other options in the area... Just be happy you can even get anything. They're usually pretty quick with delivery times as well. And to the yelper who complained that they're delivery guy wasn't friendly... His job is to deliver your food in a timely manner and that's about all. But to those who would be upset about this, I've never had an unpleasant delivery man experience. read more

We get delivery from here. Good for what it is -- deli food. Not quite diner quality or portions per se. But still hearty in its own right. Cheeseburger deluxe - Small thin patty, and very dry. No juice or moisture in it at all. Reminds me of the nuked burgers at Burger King, maybe a hair thicker. Not appetizing. French fries-- must have used old oil, because they were tough and brown. Mozzarella sticks 8pcs -- Were kind of cold by the time they arrived, but I don't hold that again them considering they had to deliver them. *****One HUGE issue is that the marinara sauce semed as if it had gone bad. It wasn't tangy or acidic from the tomatoes, it tasted so acidic it seemed rancid. Not sure what they were serving, but I ended up using my Raos marinara pasta sauce for dipping. BARF! Buffalo wings 5 pcs. -- Liked the seasoning. Not just sauce tossed onto the wings, but it seemed liked spices caked onto the skin and then baked? Weren't crispy wings, but still delicious. French toast 3 pcs. -- Smelled really good, and slices were thick. I wish it had a little more egg batter covering the entire piece of bread, but overall it was good. Sausage -- pork sausage links similar to the ones you would find in the freezer section of the supermarket. Hungry Man sandwich -- breaded chicken seemed dry. I took a bike and needed a drink to get it down. Panini sandwich -- did not match it's description: Sicilian panini, prosciutto, ham, mozzarella cheese, sun dried tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette. ***Yes, it had the meat and cheese, but I tasted NO sun-dried tomatoes or balsamic vinaigrette. No tangy notes from the dressing. Just salt from the cured meats. BLEH. Part of the desire to get the sandwich was for the sun-dried tomatoes and dressing. Took about an hour to get the food. That could explain why some things weren't as good, like the mozzarella sticks. Those are always best hot, fresh, and gooey cheese once you bite into it. My husband put 'No Sesame seeds' on the burger and sandwiches -- we got a call from them asking us if it was OK to substitute with Kaiser rolls. So we appreciated the call! Communication is always nice from businesses. Great hours -- but not sure I would want to get delivery from here again, even if I was starving at 2AM. read more

I found this shop through Grubhub and just wow by their sandwiches. My favorite is philly cheese steak and their old fashion French toast! Wow so good! Delivery is fast. read more

I'm a pretty big fan of Stephen's. I'm a new neighbor and the service is always friendly, prices are always reasonable. This is very important but what is better is that it is open 24/7 and they will deliver. The food is above average for deli food (I actually love their falafel) and they have a good amount of offerings. They also sell a lot of other things you might need last minute (that even CVS doesn't sell across the street), so I'm grateful for that! read more

Very good good place to eat very good Cuban sandwiches deliverie right away you get your food nice and hot

Why has it taken us this long to find a place open 24/7 + delivers!? We were up late and wanted food at 3 am and after searching all the food ordering apps, we finally found Stephen's café! We each ordered a falafel wrap & shared an order of mozzarella sticks. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised how good the falafel wrap was (and I can be particular about my hummus & falafels!) and how reasonable the price was! Definitely keeping this place on our radar for future orders! read more

Really disappointed! First our food took more than an hour to be delivered. And nothing in the food was what were ordered/expected. The Santa Mack-stay away from that one -tasted as horrible as it looked wonderful in paper. Asked for plain bagel and butter (don't like garlic) -i got garlic butter! Asked for 3 coffees - got 3 cups of sugar syrup with coffee flavor and full of milk -i didn't ask for milk! read more

Our company has never had any dealings with Stephen Cafe, but we found that it used our Corporate Debit Card number to put through a bogus charge of $83.59 on March 15, 2107. Just ordered delivery for the first time and wow! The low prices had me skeptical at first, but dam they definitely "delivered!" First of all, the order came super fast! Like 20 mins..Second, the food was tasty and hot! What more can you ask for? I got the Philly cheese steak and it was good. Slightly dry, but cheap! Not too many veggies. Good ratio all around. The sweet potato fries were decent, but need a bit more..girth, shall we say? They were rather flat, but still yum. And the moz sticks were bangin! Def a weird marinara sauce, but still we ate every bit. Mans got the prosciutto panini and he said it was hearty and delicious. They def didn't skimp on the meat. It's nothing gormet, but it's good and cheap, Open 24/7..this place is def our new fav! read more

This is just a great little deli! Stephen, the proprietor's son and the store's namesake, is such an adorable little boy.
