They were incredibly responsive when I called, and answered all of my questions. I paid $238.25 for the mobile service, which included glass clean up, the replacement window, labor, and taxes. The technician came out to my apartment later the same day, was very communicative and the install took less than an hour! After installation, he went through everything he did, what I could expect (i.e. hearing glass in the door is normal, keep an eye out for glass coming out of the drain at the bottom of the door), and told me I can call to get a full itemized list of everything I was charged for. After a fairly upsetting day dealing with my car being broken into, contacting Auto Glass Discounters was the easiest part of my day and quickly eased my stress about getting a replacement installed. Hopefully I will not need auto window replacement service again anytime soon, but if I ever do I'll definitely be calling them again!

The "let's make a deal price" was agreed upon between Jeff and my Fiancé with him stating the full warranty would be honored with the receipt from your company, yet no one will take our calls or have enough respect to call us back to resolve the damage caused by your technician.
