I will never use them again after my TERRIBLE experience. Initially used this service for a short business trip with success so tried again for a longer trip to see family between Christmas and NYE. The company sent a sitter I had never met who incorrectly used the pill injector on my sick, elderly cat and forced her to swallow the over inch-long applicator tip. Resulted in $3,000 emergency vet surgery to remove that I had to manage from out of town. So deeply stressful for me but mainly my poor elderly asthmatic cat!! They handled it but SO unnecessary and only happened bc of their bizarre business model where they pick whichever of their employees are available, not someone who knows your house/pet. So if you get one who knows what they're doing you don't necessarily get them again - it's totally random from the customer's perspective. Instead of enjoying my family I had to spend the time managing the emergency they created from afar, stressed and fuming that I trusted this company to send someone competent to care for my sweet older cat. After the first disastrous pill delivery issue they sent the **same person** again a day later who clearly doesn't know how to give a cat medication and she, again, incorrectly gave my cat her medication!!! My cat gets ill if she misses just one day, the medication is a high-dose steroid for her asthma. The employee did not know how to give her the pill, but still marked the medication as administered on their form (I only figured out it didn't happen when I read the notes) and instead of giving her the pill rubbed it on her gums -?!? I am FURIOUS for my poor cat and at the incompetence of this employee they continue to use, along with the management that assured me they know how to give cats medication and yet still sent this individual out after it was proved that they cannot give a cat medication effectively. The other employees seemed to be ok but I had no choice over who they sent over, meaning every visit was a gamble. If you need anything beyond the most basic service, avoid avoid avoid!!!

The sitters care for our fur babies so lovingly - we always travel with such peace of mind knowing our boys are looked after so well. They have an app now which makes communication even easier - they send emails/messages and many photos with every visit. The sitters follow any instructions very well - we used to have an elderly cat that needed medications and they took care of it no problems! Making reservations for visits in their app is so easy and they approve them very quickly or reach out if there are any issues or questions. They get very busy around major holidays but always make sure to give us a heads up before things get full - above and beyond! On our first visit, a manager came out to the house and met our pets and set us up with a very solid lock box for the house key that the sitters use to enter and exit. They check the mail and will water plants if needed too. They always give our boys so much love and treats and make sure they get some play time in every visit. They fill their food bowls, top off the water fountain, scoop the litter, and even sweep up! Great service! Their prices have gone up quite a bit since we first signed up - but what hasn't nowadays? Lol - their prices are comparable to other sitting companies locally and it's worth it for the peace of mind we get - huge ty to all our sitters and to Sitters4Paws for all your love and care!

On the first day of the scheduled walk my dog did not want to have his leash put on and even growled and showed his teeth to gabby. She was so kind and patient with him!! She spent 1 hour trying to get him to walk with her... she truly loves what she does and it shows!! He eventually got acclimated to her and now he loves her!! Erika, the owner, is very responsive, knowledgeable and open. We initially met her at a dog park so that our puppy could meet her, her pack and some of the dogs in her daycare. We had never taken our puppy to a dog park and were quite nervous, but she gave us tips and feedback that were helpful. After 30 minutes, we felt confident that he would be well cared for and in the right environment for a high energy puppy like ours to get the mental and physical stimulation he needs. During his stay, I shared with Erika that I was having separation anxiety, and she kindly shared various videos, provided updates and assured me that he was doing well. When we picked him up, he turned back to look at Erika with such appreciation and care that we knew he'd had a blast and felt safe with her. If you are looking for a caring, happy and fun-filled place to leave your beloved pet, The Pawhouse Estate is the perfect location. She brought a small tan French bulldog with a birthmark on its hind leg that was pinned to the ground and attacked by a medium sized boxer. He'd never had formal training, but he's overflowing with love. At 88 pounds, he would have been incredibly difficult to place in a foster situation or new home. Lindy stepped in and took on finding a foster and the volunteer-training of this dog simply out of the goodness of her big heart. Not only did Lindy find a loving placement for our friend's pup who lets our friend visit him when she wants, she also offered free training to the new dog parent and took on additional responsibilities that are practically unheard of these days, especially from businesses focused almost solely on the bottom line. Lindy and her staff showed a level of genuine generosity and care that feels rare. It was his very first time boarding, and naturally, we were nervous. From the very beginning, Kendra P. made the process smooth and comforting. She guided us through the initial assessment and even suggested a short drop-off visit to help Bolt acclimate, such a thoughtful touch. We opted for a private suite, knowing Bolt could be sensitive. On Day 2, he wasn't adjusting well and had stopped eating. But that's when the incredible team truly showed their heart. They made him a cozy little bed in the front office, spent time with him, and surrounded him with gentle care and affection. Slowly, he started eating again, and soon he was out trotting happily on the grass patch like it was home. The compassion and attentiveness Kendra and the entire staff showed both Bolt and me were extraordinary. Mind you- we have 3 dogs, that will bark to hearts content if there's someone at the door. I'm sure ALL DOG people know this. She's either a scam artist, and/or a narcissist. She refused to apologize, terminated our account and we wasted a day with plans with our daughter because of her mistaken times. She is irresponsible and pretends to be someone she's not. Our community is very small, so I'm surprised she would try to pull a fast one.
