She neglected us and didn't check in on us while we waited or keep us updated on the delay for our food. One dish came out and she essentially just said we are lucky we get to eat because we already ordered but something is happening in the kitchen. No explanation like down a cook or anything, just an awkward comment while we waited for 4 other meals that came out one by one. When it came time to pay she stared us down. There were a couple people at the bar and maybe 1-2 tables while we were there (not busy). We were there approximately 2 hours due to how long the food took, which I can see being the kitchen issue she referred to, but a little bit of personality, attentiveness, and keeping us informed on the delay would have saved this visit. The long wait for the food would have been a non-issue had it been better explained rather than "you're lucky you'll get food".

After 6PM it is time for steaks, they close down the other menu items and you have a choice of steak (Ribeye) or steak (Ribeye). You can choose your temperature, I chose MR, and it was probably Med, but that's okay. Comes with a baked potato, a roll and grilled onions and mushrooms. But what stands out was the flavor, so good, place got a little smokey as they grilled. I really like mushrooms and grilled onions, but the steak didn't need em. I took mine off and enjoyed the steak as it was. I did finish the mushrooms and onions as a side. Highly recommend steak night. The salad was plain with cheese and croutons, nothing special. The Potato was cooked perfectly with a cooked crunchy skin, soft potato goodness in the middle. Came with butter and sour cream, I would have liked some cheese, bacon and chives, but it was still good. Lots of food, didn't try dessert. My wife enjoyed her steak too but would have liked some other options, it was a lot of food for her. But lunch for me the next day.
