Started with a beer and a cocktail called the "French Pig" and ordered the Pig Wings and Onion Chips. The French Pig is a bit on the sweet side for our liking. The pig wings were braised then finished with a tasty sweet and peppery sauce. The order came with just two wings (three would have been better for $17) but, they were delicious. The onion chips were perfectly battered, crunchy, and tasty but not greasy. Service was great (although we were pretty much the only party there) and the décor was a tasteful pig motif. All in all it was a very pleasant experience, I would recommend a few more pork related items on the menu (pork rinds for example?). We will return.

Seating was available at a 4 top. We both chose the Friday Night Special, 10oz cut MR, Salad, Grilled Yellow Corn and Garlic Toast Salads were cold and fresh, waitress was timely, serving the dinner after we finished our Salad Our 10oz Rib portions were generous, medium rare, Smoked to perfection. The Grilled Yellow Corn charred and sweet. Garlic Toast made a tasty backstop for the Corn. Wait staff was attentive, thank you. Good friends joined us after dinner for some laugh's. I came here while staying in Joseph and I'm so glad I did! They surprised me in many ways…read more First, the food. The menu is your typical list of burgers and such. That looked good. But their specials caught my eye. They go far beyond their menu so be sure to check them out. After two hard days hiking in the Wallowas, I wanted to eat something healthy so I had their Spinach Salad with grilled chicken. It was perfect and the fresh berries in it were amazing! I was also surprised to see this place also serves craft cocktails. I didn't have it but they had a special that was very creative and looked quite tasty. The greatest surprise was the live music. I was here on a Thursday night and it seems like a few places in town start music on those nights after a quiet week. Two bands played. They were both awesome. A few folks started swing dancing. I stayed until closing. So fun! And service was super friendly, especially towards an obvious outsider that I was that night. I hope to return to Joseph someday soon and will definitely return here!

Sorry, I live one town over. My tip was good because I don't rip off servers, but given how bad your service was, think about how much better that tip might have been if you had exercised any care whatsoever. It's had plenty of seating, many tables for 6, a pool table, a bar & several TVs. I had the Rodeo burger & it tasted fresh & was excellent! My husband had the 12oz ribeye & it was cooked perfectly to his request. I didn't try it but it looked sooo good! We came here late September & it started getting crowded right about 5:30. We will definitely come back in the spring on our next stay!
