That being said, the cold brew is some of the best cold brew I've had at a coffee shop. There are a ton of really good-looking desserts as well. I brew cold brew myself, and I would say that it's on par with mine. Most of the time, when I buy it out, it is what I would call gut rot. This service has been really good. The servers are very young, but very polite and very quick. I like the ambiance of the shop. It is clean and well lit. There's a comfortable seating area in the back inside, and there's also seating out front on the main street. I'm in Joseph for another four or five days. I know where I'll be coming to get my cold brew fixed.
