This is our first choice when looking for organic food in Union County. Buying and consuming organic food has improved our quality of life. The largest life hack I can share is to stop eating processed garbage food. Eat real food and know what you eat is actually good for you. Everything you consume does affect your health. Also consider fresh milling your grains and make your own bread. It's easy and you can make bread for weeks by freezing half loafs. The smoothie bar is pretty cool as well.
