I used their services to clean shower tiles and also a kitchen floor. The shower tiles were cleaned very well. The kitchen floor, however, was a different story. The technician was helpful in that he explained the cleaning process to me, but he did not disclose that my kitchen floor's travertine tile floor may become damaged - which is what happened. A "Z" shaped pattern is now visible on my floors from where the cleaning agent was applied. The "manager", who I spoke to on the phone, was not very helpful. He continually attempted to deflect the blame, even though I explained that I certainly would not expect my floors to be worse off after his services. Additionally, I was not made aware before the work was completed that this was a potential issue. So, I asked for a solution ... his response was that he would send the tech back out to my house. It took over a week for the company to send the tech back in order to evaluate the floors. Two techs arrived and evaluated my floor. They both agreed that this was an issue. They stated that they would discuss with their boss and get back to me. I have not heard a response from the company and another week has gone by. I have reached out to them, but no response. Their customer service is very poor - so if you have any issue with their work - be aware that you are most likely on your own. read more

Although it took a few tries, in the end this company did a good job on our carpet and tile. Both were long overdue for cleaning and we needed service quickly. Avi obliged and sent someone the next day. We did not inspect the job immediatrly, but once we did, we found the carpet cleaninng to be quite inadequate. The tile job looked better, but there too there were spots that hadnt been cleaned well. We called the company and Avi immediately sent a second technician who was simply excellent. He completely redid the carpet, which with the exception of an old pet stain that we were peruaded could not be entirely removed, looks almost liike new ( the carpet is 25 years old!) They promised to get rid of the smoke smell in my upholstery and $800 later nothing changed. I was assured they would take care of it over the phone. They were at my apartment for an hour (which seems a little too quick in my opinion) and told me to wait 6 hours for everything to dry. I noticed immediately that it still smelled and when I texted he said to wait until it dried. I waited and after it dried it still smelled. He then blamed it on the rest of my apartment even though I already had a maid service come clean. I ended up going through a different company and they were able to help me! I want a refund but the owner of the business stopped replying to me! You can't promise customer satisfaction on your website then completely fail to follow through when you didn't do what you promised. I'm out $800 dollars and I'm really upset. He walked the area, did a calculation based on square footage and gave me the final estimate. My carpet is over 10 years old and has never been professionally cleaned. I have short Berber carpet, which is apparently easier to clean, but I cannot believe I didn't do this sooner. SteamPro did such a great job cleaning my area rug which was reeling of dog urine. I didn't envy them having to carry it out but they did and actually washed it 3 times because that's what it took to get the smell out. When my dog did it again, they came out for a spot treatment! They also sell mats which was really convenient because I had to throw the old one away because it smelled too. They moved the furniture to get it out and expertly replaced it under the furniture without me lifting a finger. Also, they came the day I called and had the rug back within a few days! I used this company to clean a high end RH Truffle couch that my kids have absolutely destroyed. After the couched dried, I noticed the same stains and discoloration in my couch. I immediately reached out to the owner/manager and to share my unpleasantries with the service. Fast forward to 5 days later and speaking with 2 different people within the company, I still have yet to be followed up with nor have they came out to rectify the situation. I contacted another company and they came out and not only cleaned my couch but my rug for $270 verses the $400 I paid. They would not refund my money nor did they ever try and fix the situation. To clean a 10ft sofa it was $300. The gentleman and owner who scheduled the appointment was very kind. Unfortunately when the sofa was cleaned the employee of steam pro said our sofa was not dirty and this is more of a sanitation. I was confused as to why I paid $300 for a sanitation. The email upon booking stated they will clean the fabric. After he was done cleaning he didn't remove any of the stains on the sofa. I then called the owner for a refund and to discuss and solution. The owner refused to refund my money and was raising his voice on the phone. This was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional encounter. I have allergies to scented products. Recently after a plumbing issue in my kitchen,during which a rug was damaged, I found this company who advertises that they remove odors from damaged carpets. I'd made a very clear point of CONFIRMING that the odor (a spilled cleaning product) was my sole reason for bringing my rug in. They assured me they could remedy the issue and indeed, their ads speak to effective odor removal among others. They are advertised as eco-friendly as well. Unfortunately, instead, they just replaced the ONE odor with ANOTHER - a heavy coconut-scented synthetic cleaning product of theirs. Now, the rug was WORSE. I suffered severe allergic reactions all weekend when they were closed. When I reached them on Monday, they assured me they would they'd fix the problem. The product they used was "pina colada" but that they did have an unscented product. SO...given my very emphasized directive for why I was there, did they not use that but instead, that scented product?! The original staff and mgr. had been really nice. When I brought it in and questioned the above, I got defensive testy pushback from another manager who scoffed at my issue and then offered testy options: he'd refund my money or else he'd just fix the problem, sayiung that they WERE capable of this. I wanted my rug back, properly deodorized so if they said they could follow through and remedy the situation, I figured, ok, just opt for the fix. The friendly manager (Joseph) was there and said they'd just used too much of the coconut scented product. AGAIN, I asked, why was an unscented product not used, given my stated reason for BEING there? Anyway, they steam-cleaned it and I THOUGHT the issue resolved. But...nope. That to-me nauseating synthetic coconut smell had totally permeated the fibers of the carpet. . He said upon my return where I requested (and got) a refund after a mild pushback which they immediately recognized was unreasonable on their part that there was nothing else he could do for me. And while I will try elsewhere, I believe the carpet, unfortunately, is ruined. It had been a custom-cut and edged carpet for a particular space as well. Pretty upsetting. Manager Joseph is friendly and professional, as is the sweet front-desk person. Both were apologetic, at least (unlike the other obnoxious manager mentioned previously). So - here's my take. The positives: my rug WAS bright and clean upon its return. They reliably (other than the "bad" manager) got me my carpet back when it was promised to me. Joseph and the desk staff were friendly which is also a plus. And HE tried hard to remedy the situation. But these people did NOT listen to my request from the get-go which therefore caused major hassles (and considerable added waste of time and expense to me, with commuting back and forth several times, trying on my own to deodorize out that disgusting synthetic coconut smell (to no avail. I've tried a lot of otherwise usually successful and typical trieds-and-trues so far). All of this now continues as of this writing as I try to resolve matters around something that should NOT have been the case for a professional company of apparent longstanding and good reviews. The rug when first handed back was beautiful and bright, I'd been really happy, before all the drama ensued. So, my advice is that if you have allergies to scented products, based on my own experiences with SteamPro as noted, I personally advise that you shop around more for your rug cleaning needs. read more
