I sent SteamPro some before photos, they gave me a price, which included picking the chairs up from Wertz Bros., doing the cleaning at the SteamPro site, and delivering the chairs to my dining room. He cleaned two carpets for me, a 10' x 10' white shag carpet that I didn't even realize had become dirty over time until he worked his magic and I saw what looked like a brand new rug in front of me. The other was smaller with four urine marks from a friend's dog I cared for last week. Eric was really up front and honest about what he could do to get the smell and stains out (I don't think I helped the situation with my own cleaning methods before I called SteamPro). I am changing an old 1 star review to 5 stars because Avi and Joseph at SteamPro really excelled in their customer service and delivered excellent results. A tech came to my house yesterday to clean my couch and after an hour said he was done, however there was still quite a bit of extraction needing to be completed. He redid one area and it improved dramatically, so I asked him to redo the remainder of the couch and he declined. The steep price for one hour of work was really unacceptable to not do a more thorough job. After talking to Avi about what happened he sent Joseph out to get the cushions and do a more thorough cleaning at their facility. The couch now looks great and I am very appreciative of how they handled the situation and treated me. Everyone was extremely respectful and it was clear their goal was to do the best job they could and make the customer happy. Thank you for making things right! read more

Gus was fantastic! He arrived early, was professional and courteous. His assessment was very honest: my puppy had had an accident on my platinum grey vintage velvet couch, but thankfully there were two thick blankets between him and the couch cushion. Still, the cushion was damp and a very faint stain was left in its place. My primary concern was an odor developing over time. When Gus first looked at and smelled the couch, he told me that he didn't think it even needed to be cleaned as it appeared to be in excellent condition. There was absolutely no pressure or need to sell me on something he didn't think I needed. As the light shifted in the room, we both noticed a very faint stain and I expressed my concern about the potential for it to smell. Once we both agreed that it made sense to go ahead with a light steam and enzyme treatment, Gus got straight to work. He brought his equipment up and carefully, but quickly and efficiently cleaned the entire couch. The sum total at the end of the day was exactly what he had quoted me and the couch looks like it did when I first got it. Not a huge difference to most, but as someone who is extremely detail oriented, I definitely notice how much cleaner and fresher it looks and feels. Also worth noting that I emailed the company for a quote on Saturday night, got a call Sunday morning, and the tech arrived early Monday morning. I'm sure some times are busier than others and this may not be possible for everyone, but I was incredibly grateful that they were able to fit me in almost immediately. This company was able to come out nearly right away, Brian was delightful, friendly, diligent and hard-working. The carpets have never looked better. He was even so proud of one highly stained area that he came upstairs to show me before and after pictures! The price was reasonable, the service was great, and the owner is super friendly and cares about the customers. Then, the very next day, my dog was sick again and got stains all over the couch. They had 2 big machines going in my 2 storey condo wih a big living dining area downstairs, a big masters, and a second bedroom updtairs, with hallway and filthy carpeted stairs. They were done in about 2 hours. Very fast, very thorough. And the dirt. OMG! ! 20 years of it. The water that came out of the machines looked like used oil. They were very personable nice guys with lots of good advice. Very accomodating. Honest, down to earth, no surprises. The most important thing of course was the carpet. Didn't really do spot cleaning (I guess because spots weren't super obvious). - Pricey, IMO: $150 to clean a very simple loveseat feels steep. - The scent of the cleaner isn't great, IMO. Kind of a pineapple smell, which ends up smelling sickly sweet, to me. Hoping that fades with time.. Personally, I'd prefer a more neutral / citrus scent. - When I requested the quote I mentioned I found them on Yelp, so I could get the discount.
