The service was friendly and attentive. I got the seafood noodles (medium) and the pan-seared dumplings. Food was really good but I got confused with the dumplings I wanted but regardless everything was delicious. The decor is similar to the other location but I like the baskets around. And it has plenty of space for people to sit. This location has a parking lot and has other retail and restaurant options. This place it's really good.

Good food, fresh items plus arrived pipping hot. We enjoyed the steamed chicken dumplings, vegetable bao buns and no spice-beef noodle soup. So good and for an extra treat, the sesame balls. Everything we ordered was delicious. We will definitely reorder from this great Chinese food eatery. Just wish the'd add wonton soup, my husband's fav!

Was craving some soup so thought of checking this place out. The menu online was outdated and was shocked that they had more things! Decided to try the chicken noodle soup and the seared bao bun. The chicken noodle soup said they have seared chicken but it felt like rotisserie chicken with all the skin on. (Attached a picture of skin just floating). The soup was ok, nothing to write home about. Was disappointed after the chicken being all not seared. The seared bao bun was ok. They were pretty fast with the order and the place seems chill.

This little corner restaurant is so cute!! You have to find street parking but after going around the block twice we got the best spot! We were greeted right as we walked in and found a nice high top table. Our eyes were big so we ordered a nice variety of items to share. Our server was very friendly and brought things out to us quickly! We were very pleased with how fast the food came out. Everything was a hit! My daughter did prefer the steamed dumplings over the pan seared because the pan seared were "too oily" for her but they were still delicious. The Zha Jiang noodles were a huge hit and my hubby scooped the bowl clean! The boba was also cooked perfectly. We will definitely make it a point to stop again when we are in the area!

Fantastic boba and popcorn chicken and decent pho, but the pan-seared dumplings were shockingly bad. I was so excited to have some dumplings at a place that to me, was known for them.... but look at the photo advertised on their website vs. the reality of what we received for the pork pan-seared dumplings. They were burnt, seared on all sides for whatever reason, and it ruined the flavor completely. :( I have eaten pan-seared dumplings at traditional spots and it is more of a light sear. Please tell the chef! These tasted like burnt oil.

Great food, customer service is friendly, and everything gets made fast! Highly recommended the spicy dumpling bowl. Also if you're a fan of earl grey, theirs is really good! The food is on the pricier side but it's a great treat!

We found this place looking for a dumpling restaurant close to Mount Juliet. This place is kind of hard to find and is not fancy on the inside, however, the food is great! The Pho had an excellent broth, very tasty. We also ordered dumplings, bao, popcorn chicken and a broth less beef noodle bowl. Everything we ordered was so good, all the flavors were excellent. We ordered in, sat at a high top table. Like I said, it's not anything fancy inside, but the employees were very nice and helped us pick the best things in the menu. Even the pineapple tea was great! I ordered it with very light sweetness and it was perfect. I definitely recommend this place and we will be back again.

Surprisingly good from out of nowhere in TN. We were craving for some soup noodles after a round of golf at the Hermitage, in the freaking cold day, I mean literally in the 30 degree day. Pan seared dumplings, aka pot stickers - Pretty good Shanghai soup dumplings- not bad but dough is on the thick side. Beef noodle soup - on the salty side but not bad Zha Jiang noodle - not bad Shredded beef rice bowl - just ok Popcorn chicken- I am not a fan of popcorn chicken but not bad Hit the spot. Would definitely return if we ever visit Hermitage TN in the future.

I was looking for a place to eat after our cheer comp and saw this place and had to try it. We ordered the soup dumpling because my youngest loves those. It was flavorful and lots of soup in it. The pork and cabbage pan fried dumplings were also good. My favorite was the juicy pork bao. It just burst into flavors. This is definitely a spot that we will definitely come to when visiting.

Just what we needed after a long drive from Texas! The food came quick! The noodle soups were so good on this unusual cold and windy spring day. While the menu is fairly simple it was hard not to try one of everything! We had both a seared and steamed bao and both tasted fresh. My son always orders the pan fried dumplings and he approved. It would be nice if the non-caffeinated teas were called out. I'll have to find an excuse to come back to try their new zha jiang mian. read more

I visited this restaurant twice over the last 2 months. Each time the food was ok. Dumplings were ok, baos were very good, rice with pork belly was meh. Overall I think it's vastly overpriced for the quality and size of the generic Asian street food it offers. read more

This is a place with several well made authentic options. The food is quite delicious. Spicy dumplings sauce really had some heat in it which is exactly what our family likes. The restaurant itself is more like an easy casual nice place, serving delectable comfort food. The place is clean with pretty decorations reflecting on Steamboys' cuisine, and service is quite friendly. If you are looking for some quick easy snacks, or a nice easy boba drink in this hot summer time, here can be your place to go. We enjoyed our little bites out here. read more

First time coming! With open seating, the community tables were my favorite and the customers are great to converse over a small menu. Although the menu is small they have great dished. The pork and cabbage dumplings were amazing, I got full off of just that. Even though I was full I had to try their Bao, which is a must! Will be going back to try their soup. read more

I like Asian style food, what can I say! I was anxious to try this place, after hearing good things about it. I am a private pilot, and after coming in from 4 hours in the air, it was a good choice, I was hungry. It is an "order at the counter" place, and they give you a number to take to your table. The food came out pretty fast, but I wouldn't say it was fast food. It was above fast food in quality. It was ready in 7-10 min, the bubble tea in 3 min. And , it was 2pm and fairly busy. This particular Steamboys in Lebanon did not disappoint: the food was as solidas ever. I ended up ordering 包子 (bao) and 牛肉面 (beef noodle soup). The noodles, for takeaway, were decent, but a bit on the bland side. It came with some hot chili oil, but for whatever reason, the spices didn't quite come through. Where Steamboys really shines, as per their name, are in the steamed offerings like the pork cabbage bao we ordered...which were devoured in less than a minute. Pillowy soft exterior that gloriously encased juicy morsels of dripping pork inside....delicious and not for the faint of heart. Now, during pandemic times, it seems like this is mainly an order-ahead type of deal. Even with an order in, we still waited about 20 minutes more than when the website told us to arrive. There was a bit of a discrepancy between serving staff and the chef team, so a line gradually stretched toward the door. While disorganized, the food was definitely worth the wait. The tea, on the other hand,...not so much. I have never had anything as putrid and vile as the fruit tea I was served that night. In fact, I couldn't get more than two sips down - it was that disgusting. Bitter, acrid, and pungent, it tasted like an order gone wrong. Do yourself a favor and make sure to only order your favorite steamed treats here. Hard pass on the tea. read more

My daughter has been wanting to try ramen for a while now so we tried the roasted chicken and seafood we also got a bao and of course boba tea! Everything tasted amazing!!!! The lady who rang me up explained bao to me since I'd never heard of it. My daughter loved her soup and so did I. We recommend trying Steamboys for lunch or dinner you won't be disappointed! read more

Tonight was our first time ever going to Steam Boys but it did not disappoint. We came in about an hour before close and we were greeted with a smile and quality service. They need to cook their beef longer to make it tender. The website says that their beef in their beef noodle soup is "tender," It is not tender at all. It is so tough that I felt like my teeth were going to fall out. It made my jaw hurt so badly and I got a huge headache from it.
