There is something seriously wrong with this restaurant, or nobody in Nashville know what the fuk Chinese food looks like. Wife had cashew chicken....shit had celery in it, tasted like tomatoe sauce. Daughter had sweet n sour chicken....ok it's kinda hard to screw this one up, so it was ok....chicken pieces were tiny tho, weird. The shocker?....my Mongolian Beef combo! I've had Chinese food in just about every city across the US, and I always order the same meal. This shit is just beef strips and onions, in a brown curry sauce!!!! CURRY!!!! Staying at an Airbnb overnight in Nashville. Ordered Chinese food online. Big mistake. If I had driven by the dilapidated strip shopping center beforehand, I would have ordered elsewhere. It's in a very sketchy rundown area. The food was the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. The "beef" in my Mongolian beef order, if it really was beef, was absolutely disgusting, like dog-food level disgusting. It was something like little fake "beef" strips that were all the same, exact shape. I threw it out after one bite and just ate the rice. This was a very affordable option with large portions, easy online ordering, and delivery available. This could easily feed four for only about $40. Not super at all. The "fried" rice wasn't fried at all, it was steamed rice with yellow coloring. Weird. Chicken wings were the flat part of the wings with a couple of small thighs. No flavor whatsoever. I know wings are expensive, so just don't offer them if you can't buy them. I love Super Wok! It's affordable and has fast delivery. I don't think the 2.5 start Yelp review it currently has does this place justice. We order from here at least twice a month, if not more. Their Crab Rangoon is really good and they always give you extra duck sauce. They also have AMAZING General Tso's chicken, so delicious! Lovely people eager to please, business-savvy, extremely clean restaurant, and among the best menus i've seen in town. I wanted to love it! I hope they straighten up! We carried out Moo Shu Pork -- served with real Chinese pancakes, not tortillas -- yay! Good, but spice level is way too low. Shrimp Toast which was great. Hot and sour soup has great ingredients but a) too thick, and b) not at all hot.. not at all spicy! Bean Curd Szechuan Style was ordered extra spicy (out of mild, medium, hot, and extra) with extra veggies (not sure what comes with it as basic order, because this was first time here). The tofu and sauce were freezer-burned. Veggies were fresh and plentiful, and for that reason, i will try it again. Spice level - I wouldn't even call it mild, let alone extra spicy. Very disappointed that the spice level was ignored. I can understand the accident of occasional freezer burn, but I hope it's not routine. Having carried out, I had to settle for a bland veggie platter. Rice -- meh! Dry, not sticky. I'll add that I got home with the order and there were no pancakes or plum sauce with the Moo Shu, and they OFFERED and drove it to our house without delay - just outside of their delivery area. That says a lot about their service-orientation and desire to please and succeed. (Too bad I hadn't yet tasted the Bean Curd.) We'll try them another time hoping the second chance will pay off. Meh. Super Wok delivers to me, and is my go-to for quick chinese food. In fact, it is quite quick, usually arriving at my door in a half hour, and for a great price. This being said, the food is not overly flavorful. The egg rolls, spring rolls, and wontons are standard, with little flavor. The rangoon taste like cream cheese, which can be good, but ehhhh. The chicken isn't great. The general's chicken is pretty good, but hardly outstanding. This applies to pretty much everything I've had from here. The egg drop soup was thick and gelatinous and they had put some kind of pork dumplings in it and I don't eat pork so my soup was ruined for me eating it. Last night I had a craving for Chinese food but I was feeling way too lazy to get out of the house. I searched through my file (yes, I have an actual file folder) of places that deliver and I discovered a menu for Super Wok that had probably been in that file for several years. I'm always a little skeptical of Chinese places just because you always hear horror stories of people getting sick off Chinese food, "they use dog meat", etc. I decided to risk it and called to place my order. The lady who answered the phone was nice and pretty easy to understand. Delivery took 50 minutes which I thought was a little long considering this place is only 5 minutes up the street. I ordered a small chicken lo mein, a small wonton soup, and a combo dinner of sweet and sour chicken that came with pork fried rice and an eggroll. I ordered a lot on purpose to meet the $10 min order delivery requirement and to be able to eat on it for a few days. It ended up making 4 meals. Everything was good with the soup and lo mein being the 2 standouts. Was it the best Chinese food ever? No. Was it good enough that I may order it again in 5 years? Sure. *Oh, and I never got sick or suspected dog meat was used. So that's good. read more

I wished I listened to people comments on this restaurant. This people really don't know how to cook. All of the dishes that I ordered were end up very runny such as orange chickens, sesame chickens, crunchy beef, and shrimps cashew. They were horrible! I also confirmed with the lady about the crunchy beef and she said yes, they do have the crunchy beef and the beef was soggy. I probably could have cooked some Uncle Bens rice and it would have been better. The chow fun noodles are, interesting? I've never, ever encountered noodles like these before. This is a very mediocre place. The location itself is in the same dirty strip mall as Mozzarella Pizza. The inside has that "we don't really care about the looks" feel to it. It's not dirty, per se. It just doesn't look very clean. Everything looks like its falling apart. It probably gets its business from suburbanites like me craving what we think of as Chinese food. All that said, the food I had was palatable. Nothing outstanding or amazing: it was just all right. This is the most disgusting Chinese food I've EVER eaten...for real! I ordered the BoBo platter for variety and house fried rice. Not one thing was good, Nothing in the full order. Not even the rice. How can they not cook rice or egg rolls, which btw had a horrible smell?! I waited for 50 minutes for some bullcrap to feed my trash. I'm really upset about throwing my money away on inedible food. The Fried Wontons were really good, the wonton soup, while lacking flavor, wasn't bad--it was really to only thing I could eat. So I have no basis for comparison but I can say it's kinda what you would expect for Chinese delivery. It tasted good and was very filling but at the same time it's pretty standard.
