You always hear the bad stuff but never the good stuff! I see a lot of bad reviews but I have never had a bad experience. I love Super Wok! My boyfriend and I order from here almost once a week, and we have never had a bad experience! The restaurant is small, but clean. And, when we don't feel like getting out, the delivery never takes too long! I get the garlic chicken almost every time, and he gets the beef with broccoli & sweet and sour chicken. Figured I'd try it since they delivered but food took 90 mins (they said 45) and they messed up the order and would not refund for the missing items. I have a problem with the way this business is run, obviously, but the food didn't even make up for it. It lacked flavor and the meat used was chewy and disgusting. Never again. read more

This is an update from my last stellar review of Super Wok. We will not be going back to Super Wok after what I experienced the last time I went to pick up food. The actual restaurant is not the prettiest nor cleanest place I've ever been in...I waited inside for them to finish our food. There were bugs crawling all over the floor for one and the person that delivers the food goes out to a already running vehicle with some random person seating in the passenger seat....can't imagine we got delivery from this place on multiple occasions.... read more

I've been eating at Superwok since I moved to hermitage 8 years ago. Even now that I live in Donelson and there are several other options, we always prefer Superwok!! We ordered tonight and our food was delivered within a half hour and the food was piping hot.. I can't get service like that at some of the dine in places we've eaten. The lady who has worked there for years is always sweet, and I've never had my order messed up even one time. If gourmet Chinese is what your after then maybe this wouldn't be the spot for you. When it comes to reasonably priced delicious food, Superwok just can't be beat!! read more

I've been once and will never return. The fried rice was a neon color that rice just shouldn't be and the sesame chicken tasted so bad I had two bites and threw the rest away. If you decide to give them a try, you've been warned and you do so at your own risk. read more

I quite enjoyed it! I placed an order at 9pm on a Friday night and there was a knock at my door at 9:30, with hot food, and I enjoyed it. Is it fully authentic? No, but it's much better than the other 2 Chinese delivery places in Hermitage. read more

Ordered delivery from here a few times. It's always pretty good, there's a variety of stuff on the menu, and delivery is generally pretty quick. Obviously not a Michelin star restaurant, but for what it is and how it's priced, it's very good value for money. read more

Standard American take out Chinese. Can be hit or miss as far as food quality but it does the trick. I've had a few real misses with them. For example, I always order their coconut shrimp which is like sweet and sour shrimp with a sinfully delicious coconut sauce instead of the icky red stuff, but one time they tried to sub chicken for shrimp on the sly so we dubbed it coconut shrimpkin. Some times it's absolutely awesome, fresh and super tasty. They even threw in extra food one time when our previous order was messed up. We didn't even ask they just remembered our last order. It is nice to know that they remember their frequent customers. They even throw in freebies every now and again. Overall to my go to when I've worked late or after school activities with the kids ran late and the greasy Chinese food craving beckons. read more

The Chicken Lo Mein had a weird greasy taste plus the rice is a yellow rice not the traditional pork fried rice that I am used to. Sadly I will not return since New China in Donelson is better. read more

We get cravings for "fast" Chinese food some evenings, and we call, place our order, and it's ready when we get there. (No sense in waiting for delivery when you live close by) LOVE their egg rolls, pork fried rice is awesome (love yellow rice) and they will leave out ingredients you don't want, like onions, peas, etc., all you have to do is tell them. Called in an order and asked for fried rice with 2 Dinners instead of white rice. I was charged 3 dollars more for fried rice. We've ordered from Super Wok for years and the food isn't as good as it used to be and was never charged more for fried rice. The rice was white with a few carrots and peas , no pork. I asked for soy sauce and duck sauce and none was put in our bag. When I called about the rice the guy wanted to argue that a driver worked their and could tell me the rice hasn't changed. Will be finding a new Chinese place. Very dissatisfied since this place use to be very good. Chicken and beef lacked flavor. read more

Delivery from them last night was like a bad practical joke. The WORST food, period... not just Chinese, but food without exception, that has ever touched my plate. Mongolian beef, covered in a mucus like substance. I am almost certain the "Crab Ragoon" was flour deep fried in won ton wrapper.
