They are Incredibly clean, incredibly large, incredibly inexpensive! I walked in on a Monday morning with two loads. An extremely nice gentleman behind the counter explained to me how things worked, I put money on my card and got to washing. They have washing machines of every size to choose from, which again are very clean. They also include the drying time for you when you purchase the washing?! Who does that? Within a few hours I was in an out. I highly recommend this laundromat as it's the nicest I've been to in a very long time.

The business is in the shopping center with the Shell gas station, SOUTH of I20, directly across the road from McDonald's, on the west side of Duncanville Rd. The signage facing Duncanville Rd. was different than the business' name; and the signage in the shopping center was hard to read at night, as well as being smaller than the signage identify the type of business. Very pleased with the cleanly appearance, inside and outside. With the wave of the hand, the door opens to not only make life easier for those with disabilities, but all customers carrying in their laundry. This feature is spectacular during Covid-19! The upside for everyone is that the machines are clean with a variety of sizes. The downside FOR ME, was the spin cycle didn't remove as much water AS I PREFER. Some may appreciate this since the wrinkles are reduced. (Maybe someone could manufacturer a machine and add a setting for this preference?) They have Lots of machines, all super clean, various sizes and prices, front and top loaders. Several washers are coin operated but there are also some that take credit (towards the back). I used the Extra large machines in the back for some quilt and blankets. The Machines are very simple to use. The wash cycle is 24 minutes. Thankfully for this first time user they have step by step instruction listed right on the machine. The Dryers are $0.25 for 8 minutes and some take credit as well. Two Large TVs mounted on the wall, soda and candy machine. Another machine with single use laundry items, seemed like reasonable prices. The office had larger bottles of laundry items for sale, not sure of those prices. Workers were helpful, I had some packaging that I could not rip open, went to the office and they cut open the packets for me. This place offers drop off service so some of the workers were busy on those orders. I went in the morning, during the week and maybe 8 people were in there and that's including the workers Would definitely recommend. Only issue I had, is that I was approached twice by a woman who first asked for laundry soap and then came back to ask for money.

At the beginning of 2020 I picked up an 800 dollar sweater I got from Nieman Marcus and it was shrunk so small the bottom of it wouldn't go past my belly button. Could barely get it on or over my arms. When I took it back and said they clearly washed it instead of dry cleaned it, or did something else to it, they said they would put it in their stretch machine. I said I would still like to talk to the owner about this and they said I would get a call from the owner and I never did. Well then Covid hit and then I got stuck overseas as well so I couldn't pick it up until early fall. I finally got back, tried it on, and it was still two sizes too small and they said too much time had passed. I reminded them that the situation was remedied in time, it was already put through the stretcher within days of them shrinking it, I just couldn't pick it up until later because of Covid and being stuck overseas. They told me the owner would definitely call me and I have never received a call. I was going to go back in there and complain but now I'm just going to have to deal with the fact that they ruined an $800 sweater and have no care to fix it. I'll be telling all my friends who use this place to beware. What they did was just plain wrong. Very unfortunate and it really angers me.
