Staff is wonderful.. always takes my cleaning to the car. Clothes are well cared for, so the only problem is parking and they will not deliver to my zipcode. read more

Always pleasant and professional. I don't recall ever having an issue or a problem. read more

This is definitely a Five Star establishment and I strongly recommend bring your clothing to this place and you won't be disappointed. The service is amazing with very friendly people taken care of your needs. I will also say the price is very reasonable and again you will receive any service requested within the means of the cleaning business. Thank you Oaks Cleaners. read more

I have been doing business with this facility the past couple of years. I have had dry cleaning done as well as laundered items. I took in a jacket/coat brand new that I got this past fall. When it finally turned cold I took it out to wear. However I noticed some "ink spots" on one sleeve they actually look like a ball point pen dot about five of them. I took the jacket in on 1/30/2026 and had a very robust conversation as concerns were about when laundered the colors might bleed. So the plan was advised that it will be spot tested to check for color bleeding. I was to be notified of the results. I advised if the color bleeds "STOP" and do not do anything further and return it back to me. I did not want it ruined. If no bleeds were detected then continue to launder the jacket and remove the spots. On Monday, February 2, 2026 I got a text advising my jacket was available for pick up. I stopped in on Thursday, February 5, 2026. I was advised by the cashier that dry cleaning due was 13.46 when I looked at the spots none were removed. I advised that I did not request dry cleaning they were to spot test, notify me and then launder the jacket to remove spots. They failed across the board. She still made me pay for the dry cleaning or they were not going to give me back my jacket. After I left the store the angrier I got. So I called the store and told the associate to have the owner call me as I am not happy. Later in the day he called. I told him of the terms that were agreed upon. He stated they did spot test and found no bleeding but was not aware that I was to be notified before proceeding. He said they laundered the jacket but could not get the spots out. I asked why they dry cleaned it as it did not need to be dry cleaned. He advised me that I do not understand the procedures. Let's be clear here when I bring my dress shirts in I request to be laundered with no starch and I pay a laundered fee do you dry clean these as well? No you do not. When I bring my suits in to be dry cleaned do you launder them before you dry clean them? I seriously doubt it. When a customer states what is to be done to their property you do not change without notifying first or you will eat those cost. You screwed up and covered your ass and charged me for a service you were not requested to provide and still did not get the spots out. You keep the money. Might want to start doing a better job at active listening to your customers. read more

My favorite color is blue. Most of my favorite dresses are blue. I treat them with tender loving care. I used Oaks Cleaners for the first time. On the same day that I dropped it off I received a follow up welcome text. I had never experienced that before from a dry cleaners and considered it a nice way for business to use technology for customer service. When my dress was ready for pickup I received a followup text. The price for my one dress, just a single dress, just my small order was 12 bucks. I had never experienced that before either. About 4 months ago I had taken this exact same dress to a different cleaners in Far North Fort Worth area and paid about 7 bucks so I was surprised. Both of the employees that helped me were both super nice though. read more

I have been using Oaks Cleaners for the past 15 years. Phil and his staff are the friendliest group you will ever have the pleasure of doing business with. While other Dry Cleaning establishments have huge turnover in it staff. Oaks has had the same friendly staff for as long as I can remember. I highly recommend Oaks Cleaners. read more

I originally chose this place because it's on my daily work commute, but I'm glad I did. Their prices are very very reasonable and there are coupons available if you're spending $10 or more. I mostly only take dress shirts here and they have done a fabulous job. I have taken a down comforter in and they do an even better job. They even fold it up nicely and package it up in a zip up plastic bag that you get to keep. Great for storing during these hot Texas summer days. Staff has always been welcoming and friendly. This place is close to perfect, I would have given them 5-stars if they had a drive through. read more

Oaks Cleaners - Storefront as of July 2014. - Laundry Services Near Me - Arlington, Texas

I've only used a dry cleaner once, and my experience was great. I took in Jon's suit and my flowy wedding dress to be cleaned and pressed before our little backyard wedding! I dropped them off in the afternoon and they were ready to go the next morning. Our clothes were spotless and bright and smelled good with no wrinkles. What more can you ask for in a dry cleaner? The customer service is great, the staff is polite. Affordable. I doubt I'll need a dry cleaner again, but if I do, I'm happy to go here. read more

Very quick & professional service. Quite responsive to special needs and projects that are large.

I've used this business for over 15 years and been very happy. However, in the age of Covid, shocked the owner and peer worker were not wearing masks when I picked up my dry cleaning (9/15/20). If you are a science denier, you will be extremely happy with the service. If you are concerned about your health, find another provider, they don't care about your health. read more

I've had numerous issues at surrounding cleaners with shirts having to be re-ironed, buttons missing, and tears in the fabric. However, I've been coming here for about 3 months now and I have had 0 problems (knock on wood)!! Really like the place and worth the longer drive for me. read more

Fast, affordable, and sweet people! I was in a pinch and they were able to help me out last minute.

How to lose customers without really trying. OK, so I started using this place after a job change sent me in a different direction of my old cleaners. Drop off clothes, go to pick up the next day...uh, sorry sir, you don't have anything here. I politely beg to differ but am told nothing under my name. I go to the car thinking I might have a ticket or something to prove them wrong when another employee runs out after me saying they found it, their mistake, whew, thought I was out a couple hundred bucks in clothes. OK, I can move on from that, no harm no foul. Second time I go I drop off, when I go to pick up I see a pink sweatshirt (hoodie) and I don't recognize it as belonging to my family so I give it a closer look. The hoodie is full of holes (like moth eaten holes) and I say I can't believe they would professionally clean something in that condition no matter who it belonged to. Well, the heavyset ginger haired lady informs me that they can't question what is dropped off. I tell her sure they can, they have my phone number, just give me a call to verify. She assures me folks drop off gym shorts and t-shirts to be cleaned all the time. I call BS saying all it would take is a minute to go through as drop off is being done or a quick call to make sure before I spend $5.99 (what they charge to clean a "coat"). She insists they CAN'T do that and tries to argue the whole point with me so I guess she's insisting they can't use simple judgement and conversation with a customer to verify something like that (guess as long as they are getting the money for it who cares!). Take away - I found out later it was my daughters hoodie she left in my truck after we went fishing, I scooped it up with all my other stuff. My fault? Maybe, but I think the argumentative counter woman didn't think long term and sacrificed a new soon to be regular customer for a quick $5.99. Guess they never heard the customer is always right, even when they are wrong. Enjoy the $5.99 you charged to clean an old worn out hoodie, it's the last you'll get from me. read more

We recently moved from Amarillo and tried a few cleaners before I found Oaks Cleaners. We love it! They are fast, courteous, friendly, reasonably priced. We are happy with the way our clothes are done. And most importantly, they are Ranger fans! Go Rangers and Go to Oaks Cleaners! read more

I would've rated them a lot higher but I believe I was overcharged. 10.99 for a dress to be cleaned and 5.99 for a dress shirt? I was given 30% off but I know they overcharged me...I will find another laundry service....Avoid them unless you want to be overcharged... read more

I came to Oak cleaners because my husband has used them before but the experience I had was very bad. My husband had taken one of my dresses once before and it came back creased and wrinkled, but I decided to try them again. All I wanted was for them to steam another dress and my daughter's wedding vail, but they couldn't do it because they send everything out and the only option was to have it dry cleaned. I made it known about the last time and wanted to make sure it was done right but all I got was an attitude from the girl taking the order. When I picked the up the dress it was creased and wrinkled. The owner was there and was extremely rude and uncaring and didn't accept any responsibly. He told me everything was sent out in a van and has no control of it. When I asked him how long it would take to get it back he said he did not want or need my business. He suggested I go to Bond cleaners, and so I did and was very happy to find a family owned business that does the cleaning on site and care about quality and service. I don't know or care how long this unprofessional man has owned this business but I will make sure I tell anyone to NOT GO THERE! Unfortunately, I have to give them a star to have this posted, but they don't deserve even one. read more
