It's also a perfect option for intimate birthday parties and small gatherings. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and responsive, and the food was fresh and delicious. Everything about the experience was pleasant, and the pricing was very affordable. One of my favorite things was being able to give the kids a place to get exercise, burn off some energy, and step away from technology--especially during the 105-degree heat! The facility was cool and comfortable, which made it an excellent way to enjoy the day without being outside in the extreme heat. I would highly recommend iPlayology to any parent looking for a clean, safe, affordable, and fun place for their children to play. We'll definitely be back!

The facility is always clean, organized, and well-maintained. Every time we visit, I see staff actively cleaning and making sure everything is running smoothly, which I really appreciate as a parent. When it came time to book my children's birthday celebration, I didn't even think twice. We've attended several birthday parties here over the years and have always had a great experience. The kids love it, and the location has plenty of convenient parking for guests. I recently attended a tasting event and was pleasantly surprised by the food. The pizzas were delicious, the turkey sandwich was amazing, and the sides were great as well. It's wonderful to have food options available for birthday celebrations and other special events. I also want to give a special thank you to Vickie. She has been incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the planning process. I've probably sent her more questions than I can count, and she always replies quickly and is happy to help. Working with someone like that makes planning a birthday celebration so much less stressful and gives you peace of mind. If you're looking for a clean, fun venue with great food and excellent customer service to celebrate a birthday or special event, I highly recommend IPlayology.

The only thing to keep in mind is that if you visit during a busy time, you might end up waiting a bit behind the group ahead of you before starting the next hole. But overall, still such a fun spot to come to with friends!

The entry to the venue are between JCPenney and Macys parking lot area. When you enter the doors, you walk down the set of stairs to enter the play area. Prices are listed and easy to follow for everything they offer. They have a worker there to assist with payment for whatever you decide. Arcade game cards are purchased at a kiosk. Mini golf prices are reasonable per person. Escape rooms are for 6th & up based on information I was provided when I last went Saturday since my kids wanted to do it and we needed to know what ages were allowed for their rooms. (Our kids are 2nd & 4th grade so we weren't able to do it) There are 27 holes for the mini golf. Each course is short but fun for small kids and themed differently. Only downsize is that if there's a huge group ahead of you, it takes a while to wait there for them to finish before you can head onto that course. So that's the only negative of each course when it's busy even though we went as slow as possible and played the same course multiple times while waiting for the group ahead of us to finish. There's only so much you can do while waiting before another group comes up behind yours. The arcade is small but they have some fun games. The kids had fun playing them. Pricing is a bit high & credits needed to play the games are kind of high as well compared to other arcade places but the games allow tickets to be won so it was worth it for us since kids had fun.

We went on as many rides as we can, my son is too short for the bigger rides and unfortunately my nephew is too tall for the kid rides. I couldn't believe how much fun it was when there isn't so many people crowding! A few rides weren't working at the time or they said it's been closed such as the gravity one, sawmill, and a boat one that was covered with a tarp. We had so much fun at the arcade, the prizes are the same as any ticket prize location, lots of games and on a hot day it's such a nice place to sit and relax. We didn't try the mini golf or the buccaneer water play area, it wasn't crowded so we definitely could've gone but we stayed at the rides and the arcade. The only downside is we cannot bring any outside drinks or food, we weren't sure if they would allow us to bring dietary restricted foods if we mentioned allergies or intolerances, but we were fine without our snacks.

When we entered the park, we double checked with everyone if there are rides open for his height and we were told there were plenty. Especially for the bumper car because that's what he's really looking forward to first time at an amusement park. So we spent $100+ to get in. When we got bumper car place, there were people in there already playing. We were the only one waiting there, and i asked that staff lady if my son was tall enough to ride the car. She glanced at me and yelled, 'I'll check later'. Even when the ruler was hided next to her, even when there's no one else in the line, even when she's doing nothing just standing there looking at the adults driving bumper cars... she just had us waited and got my son hope so high. When their turn was done, she slowly pushed the car to the side, took out the ruler behind her stand and told us oh he's not tall enough. I held it in, and asked politely if my son can sit at the passenger seat and I'll drive since there were seat belts. She said no way. Only because my 4 years old was so excited to get in there, I tried again, asking ' There's no one here yet, you don't need to turn on the machine, can he just sit on it and feel the bumper car for one minute?' Again, she said 'no way'. We understand you may have a rule to follow, but you could have tell us the second we ask you if we our height meet your requirement instead of getting a kid's expectations so high, letting him watch others playing and having fun, then turn him down while you are not even doing anything except watching bunch white adults riding the bumper car. Castle park could have a ruler showing at front saying below 42" are not gonna have any rides, instead, they charge full price for kids over 36" while have nothing preparing for them. Our first amusement park experience leaving with tears and upset, my son was crying he said 'I waited. Why can't I play bumper car?' I told him, 'sorry baby, to make sure you are safe, you need to be tall enough to ride that.' And he cried, 'but I waited...'

There are many places for kids to bounce around and test their skills, they even had a dodgeball area where they could play with the other kids which was a lot of fun. i loved that they have a snack bar with many different items like pizza, mozzarella sticks and chicken strips. There's a lot of kids, due to the holiday week. But it doesn't feel over crowded Staff was friendly. And the place looks clean and smells fine. Normally places like these smells like feet and musty kids . I love the fact they have an area for parents to sit and do work if needed. Therese plenty of seating and outlets if you need it. This is my first time actually sitting down. The concession stands seems reasonably priced and decent food.
