We've been part of the TLE Eastvale family for several years now, starting when my oldest (now 6) was just 3 years old. He's since graduated to Kindergarten, but our journey continues with our twin 3-year-olds, who have been at TLE since they were just a few months old. As they've grown, so has our appreciation for the incredible staff who've supported them through every developmental milestone. A huge thank you to Zully, who lovingly guided our twins through their adventurous climbing phase--often requiring what felt like hostage negotiations to keep them off the furniture! Her patience and care made a world of difference during those energetic months. We're also deeply grateful to Zoila and Ericka, who have been instrumental in navigating the potty training phase and helping our twins learn to express their emotions constructively. Their dedication and nurturing approach helped transform tantrums into teachable moments, and we've seen such growth in our kids because of their efforts. Go Ms. Robbie! She happens to be the teacher of the month. She is also one of the many amazing staff at The Learning Experience, Eastvale. Since the very beginning of our journey in searching for a school for our kid, TLE Eastvale was communicative and accommodating. We are also grateful for Ms. Kristen and Mr. Rob. We've been with the school for a few months now. Even though we are still getting acquainted and getting used to the routine, it has been a smooth process. All of our questions are answered, phone calls received and even other teachers and staff that we came across are respectful and helpful. The curriculum here is also wonderful for my little prepper. He's excited to learn new things, make friends, and have fun at school. Horrible place to have your kids. (1) NO SAFE! This daycare received the highest-level Type A CITATION from the Community Care Licensing Division, the California state agency overseeing childcare centers, for creating an immediate SAFETY RISK by leaving two children unattended in the hallway. They were also fined $500. If you choose to enroll, the daycare is legally required to provide you with this Type Acitation. (2) TEACHERS GET $25 GIFT CARDS for POSITIVE PARENT REVIEWS! During major holidays, this daycare sends emails encouraging families to post five-star reviews on Yelp or Google Reviews, and to MENTION TEACHERS BY NAME. In return, teachers are REWARDED with $25 GIFT CARDS. (3)Kids Left Watching TV If you can't pick up your kid early, they'll be stuck in another room around 4 PM watching TV utill you get there. Meanwhile, teachers just chat with each other. Their app rarely shows new pics, and no cameras mean you have no clue what your kid's doing--especially if they're too young to speak up. (4)NO VIDEO PLAYBACK！ This means there is no way to review incidents after they occur, which seriously compromises child safety and transparency. Every child deserves a safe and transparent environment. I highly do not recommend this daycare. Please don't take chances with your child's well-being. read more

My child was on the waiting list for a year but I'm glad she made it in! The school is amazing! It's very clean, organized, and structured. They have small classrooms with the 12:1 student to teacher ratio. The teachers are experienced, which is very reassuring. The staff turnover rate is low, which tells you that they treat the staff right. As a parent, I am always kept up-to-date with events through email, posters, or the school app. The teacher knows what's going on with my child and informs me of anything that we can work on. My daughter attended TLE for just over a year and I am so thankful for her time here. The owners, Ms. Kristen and Mr. Robb have created such a wonderful and safe space for these kiddos to learn and grow. Ms. Yoshimi and Ms. Arianna are spectacular teachers and it's very evident that they care for the children in their class. They were always so kind and respectful to her (per my daughter!) and she felt very comfortable with them. Their communication is great and they are sure to add photos of your child and updates in the app daily, which I really enjoyed. The curriculum is impressive and I genuinely enjoyed hearing about what my daughter was learning and seeing the work sent home from the week. She was born during the COVID Pandemic and wasn't around many adults and children which led her to have social anxiety. She is now thriving and feeling less anxious in public. When searching for a daycare, you hope to find a place where your child is safe and happy. As their first "school" experience, it will leave a lifelong impression. TLE has been truly amazing for my daughter. She is so happy to go to school in the morning. There is no dragging her out of bed, or hesitation to get dressed in the morning. All I have to say is "Miss Heather is waiting for you at school," and she is up and out of bed. The entire TLE staff is always cheerful and smiling. All of the kids are also happy. I never see kids crying or whining when I take her to school. All of the kids are quiet when they are learning, and of course running around having fun on the playground. The school is always super clean, and they also serve the kids nutritious meals and snacks (my daughter is vegetarian, and they cater to her needs as well). My daughter didn't speak a word of English when she started there, and now- she speaks English, and can even say a few words in Mandarin and American Sign Language. TLE has been a God Send for my daughter! If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Thank you to Miss Heather for being my daughter's best friend, and showing her that school is a great place to be!! We had tried other preschools and our daughter would not stop crying. When we came here she immediately had a wonderful time. She was slow to start talking, but TLE has opened her up! They take the time to get to know the parents and their children. Consider how big the facility, Ms. Kristen will still make you feel like you're her only client. After two years at TLE I can say we are still just as happy with the school as we were. Our son has participated in their TK-level program this year (P3) with Ms. Lana, Ms. Aliya, and Ms. Alyssa and I feel very confident he is ready for Kindergarten this fall. He is reading, writing, and even spelling things out loud without any assistance! He's made so many friends here and I know he will be sad to have to say goodbye in the fall. My son's speech therapist recommended this school and I'm so glad she did. My son has a speech delay and will be the youngest in his class when he starts kindergarten so we were concerned that it would be a very difficult transition for him. My son has grown and progressed so quickly since starting here. He had some behavioral issues that the school helped us work through and I couldn't be more grateful for the staff, especially Miss Heather and Mrs. Debbie, for guiding my son patiently through the difficult moments. They were the first teachers to really give my son the patience and structure he really needed to thrive. I truly appreciate all of the staff and the owners for being so kind and understanding. The best choice we have ever made for our toddlers! Our first little one started here at the age of 3. Extremely timid and clingy. Ms. Espereanza made the transition so easy for my child and has developed a special bond with my kiddo. My second child started at the young age of 2. Lots of tantrums and generally not an easy age. My daughter has been at TLE and with Ms. Yoshimy for a year and a half now. She absolutely loves going to school and is excited to see Ms. Yoshimy every time. She also loves her new co-teacher Ms. Lizbeth. I love seeing all the things she has learned (right now she is into rhyming). We did not need TLE for childcare purposes, but wanted to take her to preschool so she could socialize with other kids since she was our only child. We cannot recommend TLE enough. Our son had a difficult time being away from home and TLE was always so patient and nurturing toward him. The facility is clean and well maintained. My twins have been attending TLE for a few months now. I have to admit at first, things were a bit chaotic because they had not hired a teacher to teach our kid's class so the director (Ms Elena) was subbing in. I didn't like the idea of my kids having to adjust again when a new teacher came. However, my kids loved Ms Elena and Ms Cindy (their new teacher) is also pretty great. She joined maybe a month or two after my kids started. I only do drop offs and she doesn't get in until 9:15 so at first I never got to see her but once I had the opportunity to talk to her, I felt assured that she'd be a good teacher for my kids. She initiated potty training for my kids. I was SO overwhelmed at having to potty train twins that I kept delaying it. This gave me the final push and despite a few days of absolute chaos, my kids were potty trained (day trained) in about a week or so. My son still has accidents at home here and there but no more accidents at school. My daughter has been doing even better with it so I'm very pleased with the progress. I can't imagine having to deal with accidents while watching a class full of 2.5 year olds so I'm very grateful to Ms Cindy for helping us do this. Also, I asked my son who his best friend was at school and he said Ms Cindy so I think that speaks for itself. The other teacher I see during drop off, Ms Zoila, seems pretty great based on the interactions I've witnessed and my mom really likes Ms Tina, one of the helpers. Overall, we plan to keep sending our kids here and when our youngest is old enough, we'll likely enroll her as well. read more

There's a lot to love about The Learning Experience (TLE). The facility, staff, and curriculum are all fantastic! They have a generous 2 hour drop off window each morning that's so convenient for parents with busy schedules. Their lunches cater to a variety of dietary restrictions, and are well balanced with fruits and veggies each day. The structured mealtimes also help with the transition to Kindergarten. Facility access is restricted by key fob with admin staff always at the entrance, so you feel safe leaving your child behind. And the teaching staff are amazing!! My 3 year old started at TLE in July 2024 (At the time she was 2). She started out in Mrs. Zoila's class who was amazing , helped her get adjusted quickly And potty trained her within a week. Within 2 months, my daughter was moved up to the general preschool class based on her readiness, and since has been with Mrs. Jesseca. I cannot tell you how amazing she is with my daughter and how nurturing she has been to help her transition smoothly. She makes my daughter feel so comfortable. She is super patient & really pays attention to her needs & genuinely cares about her well being & growth. I can tell because it shows in my daughter's behavior. The curriculum is so impressive. The material they provide, their teaching methods are top tier & my daughter literally gets so excited to be in her class. She has learned so much, sometimes I can't believe the things she shares with me when I pick her up. Aside from Jesseca, every staff member has been so welcoming, warming and helpful with my daughter and they all adore her And make her feel comfortable when Jesseca is out. The Leading Staff are amazing as well & Run this preschool so professionally. Mrs. Lana, Mrs. Elena, Mr. Rob & Mrs. Kristen are literally everything & are so helpful & welcoming to my family daily. They are always there for my daughter when she is having a rough day/ morning & are so accommodating to make her feel comfortable. It's really hard to trust ppl with your children, but I truly feel content having them care for my daughter. Aside from the care for my daughter. They answer all of my questions, their communication is on point between our TLE app & emails with several reminders so I never miss an important date or event & are super friendly and kind to me. We are so happy with our decision to enroll her at TLE and I wouldn't send her anywhere else. -The Bragg Family loves TLE!!! read more

My son started his first day at TLE with Miss Jessica. At drop off there were no tears. He was so excited that he ran straight into his classroom without saying bye to mom and dad. Unfortunately at pick up my son was in tears and his face and clothes were covered in snot. To make matters worse he had a huge scratch on his face, but none of the staff knew what happened. I didn't question this at the time as I understand that these things can happen amongst kids. At his second day my son was in tears again saying "no Miss Jessica". My son is a very social and happy kid and he developed a huge fear for Miss Jessica. Even until this day, my husband and I can't say her name without my son breaking into tears. It should be noted that Miss Jessica got moved up to a different classroom on his second day of school which I found very suspicious. All and all, I do not recommend this school. In the 10 days my son was there he was not nurtured, comforted, clothes and face always covered with snot at pick up, or given the love and patience to be transitioned into school. They definitely have a short staffing problem and to be honest I was not impressed with TLE staff. My son began a new school shortly after leaving TLE. His new school is exceptional and has been such a huge blessing to my family and I. His new teachers are passionate and truly love working with kids. Sadly, I did not see this with TLE staff.
