My concern is specifically with the director, not the teachers or entire staff. I understand that dealing with conflicts between children and families is not easy, but that is also why someone in a director position needs to remain neutral and consistent and not make decisions based on personal relationships with the families. There is a difference between enforcing school policies and personally involving yourself in a conflict based on emotions or assumptions. This became especially concerning in an incident involving a child who was repeatedly being bitten and hit by another student, resulting in bruises and eventually a fear of going to school at all. While I understand there are procedures the school must follow when addressing incidents between students, my concern is with how the director handled the situation beyond those procedures. From what I witnessed, she became personally involved and appeared to let her own emotions and assumptions influence her response rather than remaining neutral. All in all, my takeaway is that if your child ever has an issue involving another family at this school, I would hope that family does not have a close relationship with the director. Based on what I witnessed, I would have serious concerns about whether both sides would be treated equally and without favoritism. read more

UPDATE RESPONSE TO THE DIRECTOR: Hi Linda, I need to correct what you said because that is not what happened. I did NOT verbally confront another parent. I saw the family in a parking lot, and my daughter was actually afraid of their child. I told her it was okay and encouraged her to go say hi. I introduced myself, and I had my daughter say hi to their child. & Said we should do play dates etc. since there's been a behavioral concern between them and a play date would help etc. & You know this because I specifically told you this when you called me yelling saying I confronted her. Then you said sorry she must have just been embarrassed about it cus she was crying to you. She didn't even say I confronted her, you just assumed and later acknowledged that wasn't the case after I explained what happened, so please don't misrepresent what happened. What also bothered me was what happened during our conversation. You told me that the family's other son was very ill (I won't mention the exact condition you told me out of respect for the other family's privacy) and that the mother had been crying to you about the situation. I have empathy for what their family is going through, but then you told me that I should apologize to them when I see them, even though I did not confront them or do anything to them. That was the part that really left me questioning the situation. And frankly, given how close you are with this family, your response makes me question how neutral this situation is actually being handled. I understand that you have a responsibility to remain neutral, but that same standard needs to apply to how my actions are being represented. And our issue was from day 1 I came to you about another child hitting mine. I had prior 2 meetings with you before I spoke with the parent. So please don't misrepresent what happened. It's not even about the incident itself, it's how you painted us as the bad person and tried to cover for the other family making excuses saying "they are great family, he's a boy and boys are wild, he's the youngest" those reasons don't matter. if a child hits bites another child you should believe the parent coming forward and try to help instead of taking other family's side. And it's funny you didn't try to believe me at first because you didn't know I had incident reports and teachers telling me about the hitting incidents at first. Your attitude towards it all was extremely disappointing. You are the reason why we left, not because of the incident itself. -------------------------------------------- Stay away from this preschool. We left this preschool, mainly because the director's rude attitude when we raised concerns after repeated incidents of our child coming home hurt, reporting being hit and bitten. When we brought these issues up, DIRECTOR seemed to side with the other family who appeared to have a close relationship with them, consistently sided with them and made us feel like maybe our concerns weren't believed making us feel unheard. Those experiences, and the discourteous way our concerns were handled led us to leave. read more

I dont recommend this preschool. Our family felt there was favoritism, & we were treated unfairly. Based on our experience, we would not choose this school again. My child is now thriving and so happy at another school. read more

Our little one just graduated pre-K last Friday it was such a bittersweet moment leaving CPCC after two years, and we'd all miss the wonderful teachers and staff who made him who he is today. When he first started he did have to adjust -- I'm assuming it's because of how big the class is in comparison to his previous daycare. But it didn't take long for him to blossom, all thanks to Ms. Tonja & Ms. Lorraine's class! Then he moved to Mrs. Jennifer & Mrs. Cassie's class the following year, and he absolutely loved it. When we had to travel during my husband's paternity leave to visit my parents in Asia, he kept asking when we'd go back because he'd missed his friends and teachers. We clearly see the genuine love that's poured towards the kids not only from the teachers, but also the staffs. Not only they remember each of the kids' names, they also give hugs (and stickers, ha) on the daily basis. The principal is also very involved, which we appreciated. Would highly recommend anyone to put their kids at CPCC-- it's worth the wait and every penny. Can't wait for the baby brother to join in a couple of years! read more

We had our oldest son at CrossPoint Children's Center for about four months. The staff were all really nice. It was very obvious that both of the directors really loved children and were passionate about what they do, as they should be. My son's preschool teachers were also super sweet and kind. The facility itself is very clean and very child friendly. They have safety measures put in place to ensure that the children are well cared for and protected. I always felt that my son was in good hands when he was there. The curriculum is advanced and really good to help children learn and progress in their Preschool skills. They do chapel every week, it was so adorable to see all the little children in their matching T-shirts walk together. We ended up taking our son out of the program because it wasn't a good fit for him. I don't believe that it was any fault of the teachers, just rather the class size being a little bit too big for him at the time. The ratio for the three-year-olds was 11 kids to one teacher, with his class size being comprised of 22 students and two teachers. Once we moved to a smaller class size, our son did so much better. For the price of tuition (only slightly less than the mortgage on our home), I do feel that the class size is a little bit big, there are many other programs out there that are a lot less expensive and class sizes are significantly smaller. The public school system is now offering free preschool education and transitional kindergarten to all eligible 3 and 4 year old children in Chino and Ontario. Overall, it's a great program and for many kids and parents, it will be a wonderful experience. read more

Wow. I know why no one reviews this school because everyone wants to keep it a secret. My nephew was on the last on the waitlist and could only attend Mondays and Fridays. Of course I wanted him to attend more days but this school was in such high demand that we were willing to take anything we could get. This is the most clean preschool I have ever visited in my whole entire life. They have a high tech fingerprint sign in system and wonderful, Professional looking staff. If you dont believe me, just pay a visit. We do not attend their church but theres really no bias about that. I love it when he comes home and tells me what he had learned from class. New skills and new manners! I definitely recommend this place over a ghetto asian "montessori school." (Im asian) read more

I understand the school has a wait list because it is probably a nice establishment, but after my recent experience with them, I think otherwise. I put my daughter on the wait list in April 2016. I was told in May, she was #8 on the wait list. when I called mid-June, she was #3, and told to call back at the end of next month to check-in. I questioned "but how would you already know there wouldn't be spots, and I would need to call to follow up?" but I waited and called to check-in last week, was told by the director that no moves have been made...yet, she was now #7 on the wait list. #7??! I questioned this, and was told that one family disenrolled and would return, so got put at the top of the wait list. for the others who were now on the wait list ahead of me, she could not give me an answer for...she even stated that. now, I'm no mathematician, but that doesn't add up to me. if they run their business based on favorites, people they know who get priority, etc. this is definitely NOT a place I would want my child to be placed in. very disappointed with their wait list process, but I have already found another high quality Christian preschool for her in the area, and the process was smooth! no run-around!! probably a blessing in disguise!! read more

Henry has been in Crosspoint preschool for two years since he was three. He will go to the new school for kindergarten this August, 2022! Further, he loves to go to school everyday and is happy all the time to share with me about his learning experience at school. I really appreciate the service that this crosspoint children care has provided! This school makes my life easier with its flexible schedule especially the after school care system. Overall, I will recommend this school to all my friends due to thé excellent services that the school provided and awesome teachers! Love this Crosspoint children care center!!! read more

My son started there last fall and it has been the greatest experience for him. His cousins have gone through the school prior to him so we already had a feel for the school. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are spotless. Every kid I've seen there is happy and elated to go to school, which is surprising. I highly recommend it if you are in the area. The prices are reasonable as well. read more

My son and daughter have both attended Crosspoint Children's Center. I am so glad that we were able to get them into the school. It was worth all the time waiting in line, lol. They have both thrived in the environment created by the teachers and staff at Crosspoint. It is a great balance of academics and fun, in a safe Christian based environment. They make every child feel loved and encourage creativity, independence, and caring for one another. We will truly miss the teachers and staff when my youngest graduates and moves onto kindergarten. read more

I loooove this school! So much I'm willing to drive an hour away. I had my first child attend here and OMG, curriculum is amazing, so good my daughter is ahead and can read even before she stared kindergarten. They give the upmost care emotionally, physically and academically. It's clean, my daughter hardly got sick, the facility is set up very professional as well. Management there is amazing, open door policy where can talk to them at all times. I love the fact it's not crazy busy in the parking lot, they have a lot of extra curricular activities all year long and can't get over how adorable the spring and Christmas recitals are. I also have another 2.5 that just started as well. She was my tough cookie but the staff, and teachers are super patient and very good at making her feel welcome. So if your looking for a Preeschool that is well rounded, focus on academics and treats your child with upmost care look no further. :) I highly recommend. read more

Crosspoint Children Center is by leaps and bounds the cleanest and most advanced children facility I've visited so far among many of the schools I visited prior to enrolling my preschooler there. There is much to say about this place but I'll keep it simple. This facility is nothing short of perfect in terms of its facilities and staff. read more

My son attended here for 2 years of preschool and also for kindergarten. My daughter attended for two years of preschool and now is in their transitional kindergarten. I love this school. I just wish they had elementary grades as well! I love how secure the front door is, so I know random people can't just walk in during the day. I have also been pleased with all the teachers my kids have had as well as the education they have gotten. The prices are pretty affordable too for a private, quality Christian preschool. read more

Our son LOVES Crosspoint. We visited many schools in the area and this was the best out of all of them. The teachers are great and so is the curriculum. read more

I don't give 5 stars very often but this place deserves it. My eldest went to this school for a full year now (including the summer) and now my almost 3 year old is also attending. There is a Public TK school closer to me for my older son but I'd rather pay for him to come here because I've seen so much growth in him this year. The curriculum is vigorous and yet there is still ample time for the kids to be kids. The teachers are excellent and I can pretty much say that for all the teachers. During the summer, the schedule is more lax and the students get moved to other classrooms- normally that is a bad thing but in this school all the teachers know my son by name, they still review the letters, and my son enjoys being in different classrooms (new toys!)- plus it's summer so I say let the kids play. During the year though, my son has learned to recognize the alphabet and numbers, AND can do some phonics. The teachers are also so very helpful in working with the parent for any emotional/behavioral concerns (my eldest is sweet but can be difficult sometimes-smart alec he is). The bible teachings are a definite plus for me. My husband is Catholic and I'm more from a Christian background and we both find the questions about God and heaven from my almost 5 yr old wondrous. For those that need a catch, the one unfortunate thing is that there is no vacation freebies so if you're kid is out sick or you don't want to do the summer, you have to pay to keep your spot. To me, this is totally understandable and for the price we pay, I'm okay with it. My eldest has been to other preschools and this one definitely is GOLD. I cannot sing enough praise for this school. Now if only they would open up for kids younger than 2, I'd enroll my littlest one in a heartbeat. read more

My daughter was looking for a school that was both education and faith based. She was lead to this wonderful school. Everyone here is amazing, from the director all the way down to the guy the we see every morning on his little cart. I usually do not like to name drop, because I will forget to name some people who have made an impact in our granddaughter's life. Ms Yolanda is the first person we see in the morning. Always with a smile on her face working hard behind the front desk. Starting the day with a huge "Good Morning!!" That just makes our day! Teachers Ms. Michelle and Ms. Jennifer are amazing. Our Granddaughter J. The fashionista Loves them so much. When we drop off our granddaughter in the morning the teachers that are there greet us with a warm welcome. Ms. Estela makes sure to say good morning and acknowledge the students and the parents. Always with a smile. This place is a great place to entrust your children. Our grand daughter is better prepared for the future thanks to the environment at this school. God calls us to impact the lives of many. The faculty here has made such an impact in our lives. Thanks to all who work there. Your hard work does pay off and make a difference in the lives of so many. read more
