Would not recommend this place if you want proper care for your children. The teachers are negligent and do not seem to have the children's safety in mind. Any concerns I had brought up to the director were often brushed off and seemed unimportant to her, so I can only imagine how the rest of the teachers are. Take your kids somewhere else!!!! EDIT: After leaving this review I was contacted by the staff BLAMING ME for not doing enough for the classroom to care for the kids. I would hope the staff is competent enough to care for the children enough without needing the parents to be supervising. read more

my kids have been going there to Kingston ACADEMY for about almost 3 years. I took my smallest baby since she was 3months and will be 3 years old next month. My kids love going there and I'm at ease knowing that my child is being taken care of while I am at school/work. Ms. Karen is great and on top of everything following at the guidelines/regulations that a daycare should have. I love this daycare/mini school! I have been here since my oldest was 3 he is 10 now and now I have my toddler and my infant here too. They make me feel secure about leaving my kids here while I go to work. They are constantly evolving and keeping up with technology so we are able to keep track of our kids. They take very good care of my kids and teach them things that will prepare them for school. I am grateful for them! read more

Good place for kids, safe, fun, and educational. Since we started attending, in January 2022, there was a change in directorship. The change was kind of difficult for my 3yo, but everything has been great since! The place has been cleaned up, organized, and gotten in order. New teachers have been vetted and hired, code regulations and licensing are being followed properly. Mrs. Karen, the new director, is great and has cleaned up the facility from how it was being mismanaged from the former director. Good place for kids, safe, fun, and educational. read more

All that's gotta be said is make sure you look everywhere about this facility. Look at all websites (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, all yelp reviews and Google reviews, even child care licensing website etc..) before being involved in anyway, shape, or form when it comes to yourself and your child. Teachers don't last here. Question why that is! Call child care licensing ask questions. There are bad reviews on this child care facility for a reason. Staff members don't last here for more the 8 months. Question why that is! Question the director her self why there is always new staff. Children need stability. This facility has a low rating for a reason don't put your child here this is a big warning! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH! There are so many red flags in this childcare facility. The director herself has no professionalism, or confidentiality when it comes parents and teachers. I am going to repeat it again please do your research. My kids been attending this daycare for 10yrs. We've been through like 4 different directors and so many teachers throughout the years. But this new management, director and teachers are by far the BEST!!!! I cannot say enough good things about this daycare!! They take amazing care of our child, and truly put the health and wellness of the children at the forefront. I'm sooooooo glad Mrs Karen (director) took over. This is what we needed years ago. When my kids first started kingston back in 2021 it was a complete disater.the last directer did absolutly nothing the place was a mess, she did not care about the school or the children, if there was any issues or concerns she would listen and do nothing about it. My son, now 5, started at Kingston Academy when he was 3. My child is very high maintenance. But the staff & owners at Kingston have always been patient & understanding & worked with him tirelessly. I've told the front office that if they provided Kindergarten we'd stay & take it there! My son is happy at this school & knows everyone & likes all his friends. I am deeply grateful to have the support of a great team that focuses in providing quality child care and distance learning support. Ms. Allison, the day care director is very supportive and motivates her team to strive toward meeting the various needs of the children and families they serve. My boys (school age) love their daycare teachers, especially Mr. Dylan. COVID-19 forced me to look for daycare outside of the comfort of family, but Kingston Academy made this transition easy for us all and we have found a new family there. They consistently follow COVID-19 safety measures! It is I wonder they have been able to stay open thru this pandemic. If you need help to cover cost, contact the Director and inquire about subsidies thru Riverside Dept of Ed. Contact Riverside Dept of Ed for subsidized child care options. My son has been attending Kingston academy for almost 2 years now and we love the daycare he always come home excited talking about he got to play with his friends. He has so much fun and the teachers are really caring and sweet. We moved from eastvale to corona by the 91 and we still rather drive 20 mins to get him to daycare then look for Something else we love it here. read more

While attending Kingston Academy for over two years my son has had a few teachers, but during his last month at Kingston Academy i noticed a change. He did not seem happy about going and during his last two months had multiple biting incidents while in Karen's care. At the end of the day your child is just a money sign to Karen and the owner. I also believe there were more incidents that i had not been told about due to my child coming home and stating that they had been bit. Unfortunately I would never recommend this school to anyone and suggest you find other care who will treat your child with respect and dignity. The director constantly calls kids the wrong names and does not seem to want to build any relationships with family. If your child is a "troublemaker" or seems to have any type of disability she will do anything in her power to have them removed. And I noticed kids are running around unsupervised.Please strongly consider other childcare if you must or be prepared for disappointment upon enrollment. read more

When deciding on a daycare, we visited several in the area. I immediately liked what I saw in the infant room and felt comfortable. I love how large and spacious the room is. They constantly update their toys. My LO loves new toys:-) They are flexible with my LO's needs and schedule (feeding, sleep). I love their curriculum for the infants: music, art, story time, etc. Teacher Adriana and Teacher Sara are the best, my LO loves them. They constantly have activities planned for the families, gives you an opportunity to get to know other staff as well as other families. My husband and I dont have set schedules and we like to spend our days off with our LO, Kingston Academy has been very flexible and understanding. Cristina has been great. As heartbreaking as it is for me to leave my LO, I always feel comfortable leaving him at Kingston Academy. read more

I started taking my toddler in July 2022. When Ms Angelina and Ms. Ximena were there everything was perfect. They got a new teacher on September 6th and the problems started with them not doing what I ask them to do. My little one has a Dr. Note for his PediaSure to be give with all instructions and failed to give to him. They would get mad because they didn't like to be told specially because theres a lot of stuff going on there that is not legal. Ms. Brooklin the the teacher from the two's did not give my son his lunch. Yes he did NOT EAT THE ENTIRE DAY. A little one can not go with out eating and DEPRIVED from drinking his juice. They neglected and violated my child's rights. Another incident they took the kids outside and mine had his sweater on with this horrible heat. Another incident I get there one day and my little one was asleep on one of the beds with NO BEDDING and there was also other kids but since there parents didn't see they got away with it. Per licensing beds have to have bedding sheet, blanket and pillow. My some was cold as they had the A/C full blast. Very unprofessional daycare, and careless PLEASE DON'T PUT YOUR KIDS HERE Director first would say oh no it's not a problem you can send us messages that's why we're here for. But of course a lie. Excuse me this is my child you guys are getting paid to take care of him not to violate and neglect. These are 2 year olds that need your help and if you guys can't do it this is not you place to be. Don't do it for the money I told the director and the new teacher. Bottom line I would not take my son back there !! Oh and because they don't like to be told because I know about what and what cannot be done they didn't like it and terminated my son from going there. Mrs. Karen was very rude unprofessional on her behalf and her staff. There was no notice in advance. They were just mad because I was on top of them. Making sure my little one was being taken care of. There just horrible Please parents do your research... Approximately two months ago the Learning center made a change with director from one day to another notifying parents via paper. I totally understand changes happen for better. At this time The New director KAREN does not have any ethic on how to approach or communicate with parents. My grandson is 3 years old an had a incident with restroom and they didn't call me to inform me of the incident. I didn't say nothing to them at all. The school decide to change operating hours and notified parents once again from one day not allowing parents to make arrangements if needed. My kids were picked up 13 mins late. Unexpected incident happen and not at any minute I have declined to pay. I wanted to discuss the issue first and today I walked in and once again KAREN HAS NO Ethic, morals of any type to approach or speak to Parents. I definitely asked to speak to CEO until now she has declined gave me an email that she manage to reply herself. Nor at anytime we spoke about the late fees and her replies to the emails is mentioning the late arrival. To top it off she said good bye walked away from the desk went to the class room and I heard her saying loud that I was there to pick up the kids and starting talking to an assistant. I was so upset that I was trying to send an email while in the front office when my grandson comes running from the room to the front office I ask him who gave him permission to run from the room he went back to the room when I walked in the room I was speaking to the assistant and KAREN decides to approach me once again that I told her It was very unpleasant that she let my grandson walk out her reply was you was coming and he passed by you and you could of hold him and you didn't. Very Unpleasant speaking to this Karen person. I am in the process of speaking to my childcare coordinator to assist with another childcare. I would never recommend this school to anyone. My step daughter was going here because, one they were able to take her to and from school, two she is old enough to talk and tell us about daycare, everyone on the first day seemed extremely nice, and discount on two kids. Lets just say you get what you pay for. August of 2016 I started my infant there with her sister (which had already been going there for awhile). Worst decision i ever made. The morning teacher was amazing and always made me feel good about leaving my girls. In the afternoon its like everyone just does whatever. I walked in early one day to pick up my infant and a skinny blonde lady with a ponytail was feeding my child with the wrong bottle. Clear as day that the bottle didn't have my child's name on it. i honestly don't even know if they gave her formula or my breast milk. I was so mad i couldn't even talk to her. Kristina was just making up excuse after excuse. i did end up letting her go back... i don't know why. They then had a fire drill and had all the babies in a play pin (10 babies/ toddlers) and my daughter was bit buy another child. She stopped going there after only a month. oh to my 5 year old... Kristina told me one day that she wasn't listening and she had to walk her to the corner and sit with her there. The next day i made her apologize to the teacher she wasn't listening too and she asked my why and i explained what Kristina told me. The teacher told me that it never happened. To top all of this off they have left my step daughter twice at school. Today will be my child's last day and i will never take her back. Seriously!!! Shame on me for letting my kids go here. I feel like a bad mom/step mom. She better not charge me for the next two weeks either, after leaving my child at school today!!! read more

This review is for the infant room. The big pro for us here was they open at 6am. I signed my then 3 month old to be in the infant room. We really had no other options in the eastvale area so I felt I had no other choice but to sign up here. There was just a bad feeling I couldn't shake about this daycare. The lady who helped us was nice, but the other teachers weren't friendly and didn't interact with us/ greet us when we came in for tours. They seemed unhappy, didn't even smile when I smiled at them. I thought maybe it was just a one time thing, but I got this vibe multiple times on separate occasions. Each time I came in, I also didn't see much interacting between teacher and baby. One time, they were just watching tv. There were a lot of red flags for us and we decided to go with another daycare last minute. The new daycare I chose doesn't even have a tv, the teachers are really friendly, and it's a completely different environment. I just couldn't bring myself to leave my newborn here for 9 hours a day. read more

My daughter has been attending KA for 3 1/2 years now. Under their tutelage she has flourished and become a well-spoken, confident 4 year old. Precocious, would be a good word for it. She believes she knows everything because they teach her so much, even in the non-academic classes. She has a fantastic sense of self because the teachers give her the right amount of attention without creating a sense of entitlement. I love Kingston and wish I could take them with me when we move! read more

My daughter has been coming here for over a year and all four of my kids came over the summer. It's more like family than day care. The teachers are really good and the curriculum is challenging and complete. My preK begs me to take her in the morning, even if it is a day I hadn't planned in taking her. read more

I have big trust issues when it comes to caring for my children. My 4 year old attends here and his able to let me know if somethings going on. So far everything has been good. After a while I gave in and took my now 6 month old baby, when I drop him off some teachers make me feel comfortable and I leave at ease. read more

I took my 3 year old here for about a year, and I'm not sure why I even lasted that long. Their staff has very little to no training with children. They are very unorganized and take in children that are clearly very sick. I understand parents need to work but my son always ended up getting sick, I would keep him home till he got better and then as soon as he went back he would catch something again. They clean the basics but not their toys. Also their staff is incredibly rude. On several occasions I would hear and see 2 specific teachers yell and be incredibly harsh with some of the children. My son, never wanted to go, and I always felt terrible for leaving him there, at first I thought he just needed to adjust but maybe it was certain teachers. Each teacher always had too many children, and I heard them complain about it to each other several times, and the when I brought it up to the woman at the front desk I always got the same excuse, "A teacher is on vacation". And to top things off the woman at the front desk will save any form of payment without your consent and as soon as you notify them that you child will no longer be attending they will charge you without your consent, and even more rude and short. The price is ok, but you get what you pay for, I guess. read more

My 5 year old daughter loves Kingston and we are happy with it as well. We love the holiday activities and in-house pictures throught the year. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The price is reasonable, which is a plus. Highly recommend it! read more
