I always felt completely safe dropping her off each morning and never had to worry about her throughout the day. One thing I especially appreciated was that the entire school is nut-free. My daughter has a peanut allergy, so knowing that the school took this seriously gave me so much peace of mind. There was even one occasion when a parent brought peanut butter cupcakes for a birthday celebration, and I'm guessing they weren't aware of the nut-free policy. Her teacher immediately made sure the cupcakes were not opened or consumed by any of the students and returned them to the parent. I was so grateful that she was so attentive and proactive about my daughter's safety. Over the three years, we had the pleasure of having Ms. Ericka, Ms. Esperanza, Ms. Yoshimy, and Ms. Ariana as teachers, and I can honestly say that every one of them was wonderful, caring, and skilled. We also loved seeing Ms Elena, Ms Kristen, and Mr Rob every day as they I really felt they cared about each and every one of the kiddos there. Our most recent teacher, Ms. Yoshimy, did an especially amazing job preparing my daughter for kindergarten. By the time she graduated, she could confidently write all of her uppercase and lowercase letters and had even learned how to read! I believe she had made her way through around 20 books. My daughter started kindergarten this month, and she is already ahead in many areas because of what she learned at TLE. She is not even learning some of the things yet that she had already mastered with Ms. Yoshimy! I have recommended TLE to friends and family many times and will continue to do so without hesitation. We are so grateful for the wonderful teachers and staff who cared for our daughter and helped give her such a strong start.

My kids absolutely love being here and can hardly get them to leave when I pick them up. Communication is always clear and respectful. Mrs. Amanda always gives advance notice of anything that is upcoming on the calendar. I appreciate that so much as a working parent. She is flexible and considerate when it comes to the kids. The education and what is taught is also advanced. For example, my 2 year old knows how to count to 10, knows his ABC's and knows his colors! At 2 years old!! Ms. Tammy is also very helpful with the kiddos. My kids absolutely love their time at Bright Beginnings. When he first started he did have to adjust -- I'm assuming it's because of how big the class is in comparison to his previous daycare. But it didn't take long for him to blossom, all thanks to Ms. Tonja & Ms. Lorraine's class! Then he moved to Mrs. Jennifer & Mrs. Cassie's class the following year, and he absolutely loved it. When we had to travel during my husband's paternity leave to visit my parents in Asia, he kept asking when we'd go back because he'd missed his friends and teachers. We clearly see the genuine love that's poured towards the kids not only from the teachers, but also the staffs. Not only they remember each of the kids' names, they also give hugs (and stickers, ha) on the daily basis. The principal is also very involved, which we appreciated. Would highly recommend anyone to put their kids at CPCC-- it's worth the wait and every penny. Can't wait for the baby brother to join in a couple of years!

It was very obvious that both of the directors really loved children and were passionate about what they do, as they should be. My son's preschool teachers were also super sweet and kind. The facility itself is very clean and very child friendly. They have safety measures put in place to ensure that the children are well cared for and protected. I always felt that my son was in good hands when he was there. The curriculum is advanced and really good to help children learn and progress in their Preschool skills. They do chapel every week, it was so adorable to see all the little children in their matching T-shirts walk together. We ended up taking our son out of the program because it wasn't a good fit for him. I don't believe that it was any fault of the teachers, just rather the class size being a little bit too big for him at the time. The ratio for the three-year-olds was 11 kids to one teacher, with his class size being comprised of 22 students and two teachers. Once we moved to a smaller class size, our son did so much better. For the price of tuition (only slightly less than the mortgage on our home), I do feel that the class size is a little bit big, there are many other programs out there that are a lot less expensive and class sizes are significantly smaller. The public school system is now offering free preschool education and transitional kindergarten to all eligible 3 and 4 year old children in Chino and Ontario. Overall, it's a great program and for many kids and parents, it will be a wonderful experience.

During our entire time at the school, I have never heard of my son being involved in any physical fights or serious conflicts with other children. Like many young children, he experienced separation anxiety and had a very difficult time being away from me. His teacher held him, comforted him, and patiently stayed with him while he worked through his emotions. She gave him so much reassurance and care. In less than a week, my son was able to comfortably stay at school for the entire day. I am still incredibly grateful to the teachers for the patience and love they showed him during that transition. We believed we had done enough vetting to feel confident she would be in good hands, but that ultimately fell short. We knew our child struggled with anxiety and nervousness when entering new environments, and we communicated this clearly to both the teachers and the director. We were assured that her behavior was normal and that the staff was familiar with situations like hers. However, after one month of attending daycare two days a week, our daughter became genuinely petrified of the school and its teachers. We later learned that one of the teachers had been berating toward her. Instead of offering comfort and support, the teacher appeared annoyed and unwilling to tolerate her anxiety. Some examples included showing her the infant rooms while she was crying and telling her "babies cry here" as well as pointing and demanding she follow directions in a tone and demeanor that even we, as her parents, would never use. When I brought these concerns to the director, Ms. Tammy, her response felt dismissive and, truthfully, disingenuous. Her comments included, "I'm sorry you feel that way," and "She's the only child that's been this way here." These responses were surprising, especially considering the warm welcome and assurances we initially received. We understand that our child is not the only one they need to tend to, but a little grace and comfort would go a long way for a three‑year‑old experiencing daycare for the first time. I'm hopeful our experience was an isolated case. For parents whose children struggle with separation anxiety or timidness, I strongly encourage having thorough conversations with the teachers before deciding to enroll at this daycare.

First of all my son was potty trained in 1 week!!! I couldn't believe it. 2nd and most of all, ms Elsie is amazing!! She is very Montessori knowledgeable and passionate about its philosophy, so you get the whole Montessori experience. I had looked at many preschools around the area and even chino hills but they were not truly Montessori. She is very kind and patient and that's how she teaches patience to the children, because she models it first. I saw with my own eyes how she resolved conflict among children and I was amazed. I had to take notes quickly! I would sometimes ask ms Elsie advise on how to handle situations and she would gladly advise me so I think I also learned alot... she was like our north star guiding us ... My son learned to write, read sight words, logical sequence, simple math, express his emotions and voice out what bothers him. He also learned to navigate group settings and follow rules. We waited 6 months to get in and only got 3 days half days, but we were happy with that because he was able to learn everything he needed for kinder, and was so ready for it he was not nervous nor cried on his first day. I see preschool mainly as a place to prepare children for big school, academically and socially and he achieved both here. My son was super attached to me and wouldn't even go out with daddy without me. But after a couple of months with ms Elsie he was saying he wanted to go to school 7 days a week. Now he tells me he misses everyone and everything about it, going there, learning, helping, the food... everything . He discovered a slab leak and listed several options. He is probably one of the most "real one's" there are out there. He does not just come to do a job, but genuinely cares about each of his customers. He tries to establish a relationship with his customers by making it feel like he is taking care of a family member. He tries to get to know you and is willing to hold a conversation with you and hear you out. Plumbing issues can be very expensive and Stephen is sensitive to that. It is never a great time to get plumbing work done, but Stephen is there to talk with you, hear you out, and just be someone who genuinely cares about the customer. I will be using Jim and Son's for any plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone. I wish I remembered the name of the other plumber that helped him out during the job, but he was awesome as well. Again, he understood the importance of customer service and making sure that customers are left with a great experience in addition to getting the work done. 6/5 stars if I could.

He showed me proof and explained it to me. It was under the cement slab in our garage. I was not happy about the possibility of tearing out concrete. He suggested running the pipe above ground where it would be accessible. He rerouted the line and used materials that saved me money. Instead of taking several days, it was done by lunch. I cant say enough good things about these guys. They really helped me out of a scarey spot. I highly reccomend them. They are ethical, honest and don't waste time. I owe them my thanks.

WORTH TO READ KIDS ARE NOT SAFE HERE These responses are from a call with the Director this morning that's her number by the way that she provided to me because she's never around the phone that has the phone number provided online and is everywhere for this daycare if that's what you wanna call this place. The reason why im not blocking her number is because I wanna make sure if she has a hire up or friends/coworkers that have ever had an issue with this person and needed confirmation of the nasty person she is her number is there for proof because her attitude just screams misery and I can tell she speaks to people like this ALOT. I don't know this person never had an issue with her I actually liked her and the fake "happy" place they run & I say it in quotes because thats what is seemed like the day of the tour...thats why today I called her to pick up some enrollment paper that I had left weeks back with her for my son to attend school there, she kept prolonging for me to pick up the papers for a whole week after I had the tour that I got tired of calling her and plus the last time we had an appointment set for me to do so she called me to let me know she was backed up on interviews and it wasn't ready so when it was she would then CALL ME or check in with her at the number shown on pictures. Now with her responses, you guys judge if she is mentally competent and worthy enough to be around kids who can't defend themselves from her. Like I said, I literally did nothing to her. She even asked for my information today during call saying she would call me back when she found the packet and minutes later that's the message she sent asking me to go elsewhere well OF COURSE i am now because there is NO WAY kids need to be in a place thats being run by her !!! As a single mom with young children, I have found that Kingston Academy has been extremely supportive of my daughters and I. We have been there for some time and went through the change of directors and I must say it is a huge positive difference. I most definitely disagree with other posts and say that now I find it to be more professional and organized. Ms. Karen is more knowledgeable, detail oriented, and friendly. Ms. Lata is a great role model to my daughters. She is patient and very loving. We do drive a bit of a distance so my daughters can continue to attend Kingston and will continue to do so. I recently visited this preschool and was really impressed. The environment was clean, welcoming, and very well organized. All of the kids looked happy, engaged, and comfortable, which says a lot about the staff and the atmosphere. The director, Ms. Homes, was absolutely awesome--so friendly, warm, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can tell she truly cares about the children and the families. If you're looking for a preschool, I would definitely recommend checking this place out--especially their infant care class. It feels like a safe, positive place for little ones to learn and grow. read more

Kingston Academy has caring and committed STAFF. They focus on puppetry, art, and the development of every child. I especially like that my child can play musical instruments and plan and complete meaningful daily activities. As a family we enjoy the school sponsored family events. They are not a "Daycare center". They are a child-focused FAMILY center. Kingston's curriculum is the best program for the very young! We are very pleased with our experience at Kingston Academy. They truly care about the children and infants that they care for and teach. read more

I would to start off by say that the teachers at this daycare are the best!!!! But the person that runs the place is terrible. I dont understand how is that the owners of this place let a person like her run that place. this daycare has lost so many kids and so many teacher in the past months and I honestly can say its because of her. This person is mostly seen at the end of each month when parent have to pay. This person is not there for the children she only there are the money, the prices are constantly raising. While looking for daycares in the area, I reached out to several parents and heard horror stories. Kids being left treated unfairly, being denied food. Was even told licensing is out there almost weekly because of different parents calling. Staff turn over rate is beyond reasonable. Even was told if you ask to speak to the owner he will not talk to you. Who would trust their kids with people like this. read more

My oldest child attended until about 7 years old but then I have a 2 yr old and an 1 year old. I love Ms. Lucero with my child she's so sweet and attentive and ms. Denise is so good to my 2 yr old too. All the teachers are very communicative. read more

The teachers are all very attentive and care about the kids. They're super communicative about my kiddos. I have two kids that attend and have no complaints. The long hours are also a plus for our families fluctuating work schedules. My kids are learning academically and socially. They're also being potty trained and super consistent as I can tell from how my kids go at home. My kids were transfer students mid year last school year and I wasn't sure how they would adjust but they thrived. She saw my husband and I sitting in a parked car watching our daughter play. It was her first week and we just wanted to check in on her. Ms. Tanisha called us over and we immediately told her we were new parents. We appreciated her making sure we weren't strangers just watching the kids. She's no longer there but was an awesome teacher. Ms. Claudia is a sweetheart. She held our daughter every time she cried for the first 2 weeks. We appreciated that so much. Ms. Andrea is currently the 4 and older kids teacher. She has a lot of knowledge about kindergarten as her daughter teaches it. She applies kindergarten teachings to this class to help get them ready. Although they don't have a curriculum for pre-k Ms. Andrea is a great asset to help with that. Lastly Ms. Kristie the director is super friendly. Her father was the one with the vision to open up this daycare/Preschool. I like how they separate the kids in classes by age and try to treat it look a preschool. Ms. Danielle saw that my daughter could benefit from being in the older kids class so had her moved. I really appreciated that. They try to do cute events for Mother's Day, Father's Day, harvest fest and Xmas. Always fun and cute. They also hold a graduation ceremony when the older kids will be leaving to kinder.

I took time from work to go to the tour and when they met with me the manager said that they don't have any spots available but she could give me the tour anyway. I let her know that I was confused because the day before you said that there's availability and now there's not. So was there spots filled within 14 hours? I also had mentioned her that she told me that there was a spot available and that's the whole reason that I scheduled the tour and took time from work to go check it out before enrolling my child. I hope with future people they are more organized because people have to take time from their day or time from finding a daycare for their child from other places just for them to try to get me in to put me on a waiting list. I found a different daycare that was super friendly and close to home but they really should do a better job at informing people that they do or don't have spots available because there's no reason that I would tour if they don't have any availability. It just doesn't make any sense and it's a waste of time

The 2nd main thing is thay Mrs. Ariana is by far the best teacher I have ever met and she is absolutely amazing. Ok now for a few more details...I originally started looking for a daycare about 2 years ago for my son who was a little over 1 year old at the time. I did a lot of research and looked at over 6 different ones. I eventually went with Tutor Time in Eastvale but Monty's was my 2nd choice. I 110% regret going with Tutor Time. If you want details as to why that school was so bad, look at my review on their page or private message me. Anywho, after taking my son out of Tutor Time, I revisited all the daycares I originally looked at and ended up enrolling my son at Montys. Not only was Montys way cheaper (almost half the price) than Tutor Time but within a few days my son was going to school smiling and no longer crying and clinging to my legs or his father's legs. My son is now in the 2 year old class and like I already said, his main teacher, Mrs. Ariana, is absolutely wonderful. You can tell she loves her job and really knows how to deal with all the kiddos. She is also really sweet and puts up with me texting her and asking about how my son is doing on a daily basis. The rest of the teachers also seem to be very nice and most importantly, my son is beyond happy there. The school is definitely a bit dated, and they don't offer a parent app like some school do but they offer a safe and happy environment for my son and that's all I care about. I would highly recommend this school and I the only regret I have is not going with them from the beginning.

Kids have that pressure free environment to engage in learning, playtime and also take a nap peacefully. They have designated spaces for circle time, free play, lunch/snacking and outdoor play. Curriculum here is structured to help our kid learn everything needed before she goes to a public school. Ms Daxa's teaching techniques and engaging practices helped my kid. The projects the kids do at the school are very well designed by Ms Daxa. Ms Daxa's projects cater to holidays, seasons, solar system etc which has learning too intertwined with fun. Ms Daxa provides well balanced meals and snacks to ensure that kids get the right nutrition along with proper hydration. She is the best with kids.
