I want to take a moment to give thanks to the teachers: Melody, Miriam, Jessica, and Yadira. My 1 year old went to this center in the 1 y/o room but I had to move her due to moving too far. They cared for my daughter so well. My daughter liked being there. They constantly sent me updates and pictures of their activities. I also noticed that they went the extra mile, they would do my daughter's hair when I wasn't able to, they would nurture her and other kids when they needed extra attention, they were patient and kind when letting me know about incidents my daughter did. I never felt judged. I am going to miss this center, the teachers, the Asst Director, Reyna, and the Director, Ivamae. God bless them. read more

I highly recommend this Hidden Valley KinderCare location. My children attended for nearly 3 years, ages 2-5, and I found the facility to be well-maintained, the curriculum provided by corporate helped prepare the children for school and the staff were well-equipped and educated to provide accommodations for my child, and others', with special needs. Most importantly though is the staff, those in leadership at the school, Michelle (Director) and Ivamae are amazing. They care deeply about their students and teachers. Michelle is patient and quick to communicate with parents. Ivamae is an absolute hero in my book- she taught both of my boys through pre-k and they love her. She is clear and kind, stern but gentle, she gives grace and gets to know the children, customizes her approach and truly helps each child succeed as an individual and within a group. Miss Lydia is also wonderful, she teaches cooking class in addition to her role in the toddler room and the boys love their time with her. They have had other staff come and go, but they train and develop the teachers well so it doesn't feel disruptive. Overall the teachers keep them safe and are attentive/engaged. Other positives- the app for daily pictures, updates and communication. Their extended hours are great for working parents. They stayed open throughout the pandemic, with very attentive and thoughtful pod protocols, understanding they were serving a community of front-line parents/families that needed to go to work- this was huge for us! Bus transportation to/from school for older kids. Healthy meals provided. My son participated in SoccerShots (soccer skills program hosted on site) and cooking classes which they loved. There will always be things any school or business can work on, but they are open to the feedback and are responsive, and genuinely try to do the right thing. We love KinderCare and will quickly return if there's ever a need again. read more

Used to have our kids here for over a year. We appreciated their friendly staff and clean environment. Our kids seemed to do pretty well here and didn't mind coming too much (some days were harder than others for them). They have good hours that provide flexibility for working parents. Only issues we had were common illnesses that seemed to come home with the kids. Also, a couple kids with behavior issues seemed to be overly tolerated despite them having multiple occasions of harmful behavior towards others. My daughter's main center closed due to low enrollment during the Covid-19 pandemic and was transferred to this location. I was apprehensive at first because my daughter has been at her home center for over 8 years but I was pleasantly surprised!!! Ms. Michelle, Director, and Ms. Emily, Asst Director, were absolutely amazing as we're their teachers Mr. Brian, Ms. Sandra, and Ms. Toni!!! Ms. Michelle and Ms. Emily patiently answered all my questions sincerely and professional and I could tell by their demeanors that they genuinely care about the kids and the staff there. Ms. Alicia also helped out at the front desk and she was also very pleasant to work with. The teachers - wow! Mr. Bryan and Ms. Sandra put 150% percent into the time they spent with the kids. They really encouraged creativity and freedom of expression. They relate to and interact with the kids on a different level that inspired the kids. My daughter's home center has reopened and we have transferred back but I cannot recommend this center high enough for anyone in their area for elementary school. I would definitely recommended this place (Hidden Valley location) My 2 kids Elijah and Riley had a great experience and great memories at Kindercare. I loved how they emailed me every day on how their doing, they sent me pictures, videos, the activities and what they eat every day. My son whose picky eater, improved his taste buds because they serve a variety of healthy foods each time. Way way better than they get from the school. Their staff/teachers help them with their homework especially during their online class. My kids were so attached with their teachers. They were so sad when Ms Sandra left. And their favorite is Mr. Bryan! He's super so cool, my kids adored him, they've always mentioned his name all the time when they get home. All the Staff, The Director Ms Michelle and Asst Dir. Ms.Emily is very approachable and super nice. I did not mentioned to my kids their last day at Kindercare as I know they'll be sad and cry. I was a very nervous and overwhelmed to send my baby to daycare, but Ms.Ivamae and her staff made the transition very smooth. The search for a good, trustworthy daycare is a challenge. After narrowing the choices down to a view places in the Corona area we met with Ms. Emily,the Asst Director. She answered all our questions and explained the different classrooms and the activities for each age group. The center is clean, organized, & well kept everyday. The staff is always professional and welcoming when I drop off and pick up my little one. My daughter started here when she was 10 months. She's gone from the Infant Room, to the Toddler Room, and just recently moved into the Discovery Preschool program. I'm always encouraged to drop in or call whenever I want to check in on her. I'm given daily reports (sometimes with photos) when she's picked up to keep me informed with how her day went. The learning activities in the classroom have proven to be effective as she just turned 2 this month and comes home saying her colors, attempting her ABCs, and is talking sooo much more now. Don't let the bad reviews discourage you. From our personal experience, I recommend giving this KinderCare center a chance. Ms. Michelle (the director) & Ms Emily (Asst Director) are extremely helpful and easy to work with. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. I would not bring my children here ever. My son started off at the age of 1on the infant side. Though there were some sweet teachers he started to get bit often. The teachers would call me and let me know. After the first 3 times of getting bit, I started to question them. In response they tried to tell me that the child who was biting my son would be removed. A few more instances happened where my son was "injured." Now I understand accidents happen but as someone who is suppose to be watching other peoples children they failed my son. My son was moved to the 2 year old side in august of 2023, this is where the problems really began. I immediately noticed the lack of care, just by drop off the morning teacher would never greet my son. She was unwelcoming. Resulting in my son screaming for me and clinging to my legs. When I pick my son up he would cry and run to me. This is not normal behavior my son son who is normally very happy and loving. While on the two year old side my son was bit, scratched, "Fell," and even had random red marks under his eyes. All in which I was told "we're so sorry.." Most of the time the facility would try to give me a bs explanation. After speaking with one of his teachers who's name is Fiance, she told me she is understaffed and she needs help. I agreed with her and was patient to hear her side, I said I've told the Director Ivamae the same thing. But it was ignored and neglected. After every incident that has ever happened to my son the teachers would write me an "incident report" basically stating what happened. I would sign this and so would whoever was in charge of my son that day. I can count 10 times alone of my son just being bit. Not to mention the scratches on his face and the bruising to his eyes and face. When I asked Ivamae to kindly print up every single incident that occurred in there care she only printed me up 10 and 2 of which included my son being bit ( but this is false because I have picture proof showing how many times he was actually bit) . So its very clear what's going on here. I understand kids are kids and things can happen. But after 10 times even 5 its a matter of neglect. My son is traumatized. I removed my son after the last bite incident where he was bit and NO ONE called me to inform me, I noticed the bit when I got home. I called and left a message on their Kindercare app all in which I had to call again and bring it to their attention. Ivamae apologized and pretty much had nothing to say. So my son did not return to Kindercare. This place is not a good place. Pay attention to your children and always assess their body when you pick them up. Kindercare off hidden valley is trying to hide what happen to my son and as my sons mother and advocate, I will be the one to hold people accountable and to make sure this doesn't happen to any other children. read more

And we did not send him anymore. But still he is talking about There badly. I hope it will not affect him in the future. I am not recommende this place. read more

Both my kids went here. The pricing was ok and value was slightly above average. Now both my children go to the local elementary school where these folks send a bus and driver daily. The driver parks in the handicapped parking everyday. I have seen special needs kids have to sit in the heat waiting for their parents to get to them because if this. I have called the faculty and the corporate office to no avail. It is beyond offensive that this lazy woman driving this bus parks where she blocks people and their kids for conducting safe pick up. I saw a woman today who needed handicapped parking have to drive across the street and since her child regularly waits curbside, this poor woman had to unload everything to get herself wheeled across the street. Next time I am calling the police to cute her. Outrageous. read more

My daughter went there for 3 years. I really liked it at first, Mrs Kari was the Director, Mrs Cassandra the Assistant Director and they were amazing at addressing all my questions and concerns. They would always make sure you had peace of mind leaving your child in their care. Later came the change in staff and they were horrible. Yelling at children, not wiping them on time, it was atrocious. I complained multiple times, luckily my kid still had a great teacher (the only one left). But it was just to much and when I asked why they were yelling at that kid the excuse was that child was very difficult because he was special needs. That broke my heart so I decided it was time for change. They suck up to parents but mistreat the children. read more

I would give this business a zero if I could. I started bringing my kids to Kindercare 6 years ago but the last 2 years have been horrible. The directors are dishonest and lack professionalism. They refused to work with me regarding payment. My ex husband and I were supposed to split the payment but he refused to pay his half so I asked the director to not let him drop off because he wasn't paying and I couldn't pay for the whole month by myself but they continuously let him drop off. Then, when it was my days to drop off my kids, they told me I couldn't because the account was delinquent - ugh! I quit taking my kids there because of the directors but my husband continued to take the kids there and of course, didn't pay them and they sent ME to collections!! I called the directors and they proceeded to lie to me about the debt. Finally, the directors have ran off all the good teachers and now have a bunch of young and inexperienced kids watching the kids. I have witnessed yelling and verbal abuse from the teachers to the students. I have reported these incidences and they continued. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! read more

I have to say some of the reviews I just read were shocking. My son has been going this location for almost a year. I can only share my experience and it's been a good one. Ms. Michelle and Ms. Emily are amazing. The teachers are friendly and keep the parents updated about any new milestones or challenges my son had. The online portal is helpful also. Everyone has to remember, they are the individuals that protect, teach and guide our kids daily. It's not always an easy task to take care of kids all day but they do a good job at it. Additionally, I've been in some centers that were just disgusting but not this center. I was impressed by the level on cleanliness. I see this daily when I pick up my son. So let's recap...great leadership, great teachers, my child learns, he is protected and encouraged to try during participation activities, I have a portal to track his daily activities. My children love going to school here. The new director has been making so many positive changes and the teachers seem to have a new enthusiasm about them. What I really like as a parent is that I am never discouraged from popping in to see what my girls are doing in class. The director makes it a point to let me know she is always available to talk about any questions or concerns I have. My daughter has been enrolled since she was 8 months old. She is almost 2 now. She started in the infant class and is now in the toddler class. I can't say enough about how fantastic our experience has been since day 1. Our daughter has learned so much, is very social with other kids, and loves going to "school" each day. It's a blessing to know she is in good hands while I'm stuck at work each day. Extra props to Miss Christine in the infant class. This place is very rude to welfare parents. I've had actual doctor notes clearing her to go to class and the director say,"doctors aren't always right." Apparently the kindercare workers are more educated than doctors when it comes to children health. The first day, they didn't even feed her (gave her a bottle so basically people should go a whole day with no food but water bottles) because they didn't even want to tell me they needed a form or else she wouldn't eat. They are never on the same page. Kids are always screaming in the baby room and their noses are always running which is funny considering my daughter has been rejected on days due to a light nose run. I recommend no one use this place especially welfare parents. They find ways to make it harder using them for care and try to find ways to over charge. BEWARE if I could I'd do no stars read more

The Director Kari Sanders and her Assistants Cassandra and Emily are dishonest with me and others and have exhibited terrible business pratices when it comes to consistency and professionalism. The facility appears clean until you notice your child is consistanly sick for weeks, every time you visit the facility there are sick babies with sticky yellow mucous running down their faces, staff is constantly eating at the front desk, and it like dirty diapers, garbage and air freshener. This place needs a complete overhaul of management staff and an upgrade on sanitation. Yuck! By the way if you are paying by 3rd party, or county assistance, expect to be treated poorly. Don't trust this faculty. The directors allow sickness and diseases to run rampant. read more

AVOID!! This center is nice and well maintained in cleanliness and the teachers are great! However their biggest downfall is the management team with consist of 2 Assistant Director and 1 Main Director. These 3 ladies are very rude and have terrible follow up! I caution you to be prepared to deal with attitudes and terrible treatment should you question their accounting and your billing. Cassandra is extremely dishonest and will tell a parent one thing but will then lie when it comes to having to deal with Kari, the centers main director. I attempted to speak with Kari in regards to this matter along with Cassandra's inability to provide professional follow up and was not able to get the needed assistance. Kari believed everything that Cassandra said and did not consider my experience as a customer. They speak negatively about some parents behind their backs, do not follow up, and are snotty and unprofessional. Their prices are not worth their lack of professionalism and i URGE you to look elsewhere for childcare needs as there are many great centers in the area that will provide much better service. I am curious as to why I encountered this type of treatment with this staff when the entire time that I have dealt with them I have been courteous and have even paid over $700 in "reservation" fees just to hold my daughters spot in their facility. Take my warning, you will be sorry. Their smiling faces and nice tours do not prepare you for what you will deal with on the customer service side with these individuals. read more

Stopped by to sign up my little one. Blonde hair lady at front desk started helping a lady that walked in right before me, providing her information about pricing, and took her on a tour. The lady did not greet me at all, tell me she would be with me shortly, or anything - she probably could have combined showing us both around at the same time. So I sat down with my baby girl and just waited for my turn. After 25 min of sitting there waiting and witnessing 14 parents come and go into the facility to pick up their children I finally was done waiting to be helped. Even 2 mothers picking up their children asked me if I had been helped and went to the back to find someone to help me- despite their efforts the lady never came back. If this level of service, or lack thereof, is any indication about the service that would be provided to my baby, no thanks. I will find a facility that has better customer service and is more attentive - especially to a potential customer. read more

First off, my daughter LOVED it here. I lost my job in Feb. The director put a "hold" on my account and said that she is welcome back as soon as I get a job. I come back at the end of may ready to have her come back. She laughed and said "No you owe us $XXX" I asked how is that possible when my daughter hasn't even been attending. She pulled the attendance and said the county reversed two payments. I asked her why am I just now being told of this, because the county does NOT reimburse me after 120 days. She said it wasn't her problem. I asked if they still had my daughter's spare clothes, wipes and diapers in her cubby. She said that they probably donated them. I asked if she was ever taught what a courtesy phone call is. She told me she couldn't do anything. I left super upset. Not given a real answer, treated absolutely HORRIBLE, never offered any payment plan options. Well I decided to start paying what I could and now I'm getting collections notices for it. Nothing with the updated amount of what I already paid. I called the corporate this morning and she said they have no record because my account is closed. I asked for a copy of the attendance as I believe I was wrongly charged. I also asked about payment options and she said I have no record. So I was like well in that case I don't owe you anything right? She said take it up with collections. I received the notice this first week of October. The money I've been paying to help cover the bill was posted to my account, but she said she can't help me and it was not applied to my balance. I tried resolving this in May and they refused to help me. To make matters even better, my daughter cannot receive any daycare until kindercare debt is paid off fully and then I have to reapply to have help. For someone who used to highly recommend this daycare, I will NEVER recommend this daycare to anyone. In my opinion, this business is ran on horrible business ethics and lacks customer service. Collections is more help than they are. All it took was a courtesy phone call in March to avoid this headache and negative review. read more

My child has been coming to this center for about 2 years now and loves it. There's staff that has been here for years and I can see that they truly care for the children in attendance. Recently, there has been a change of directors and it seems like the new appointed staff is trying to be more detailed with events, display and in making all the families that come through the doors HAPPY.
