During the move floors were unprotected and gouged and scratched and walls were also scratched and gouged. A 3 piece wall unit was ripped apart without the connecting bolts removed. In addition, 2 of the 6 glass doors were broken. A dryer and freezer were both damaged and the freezer stopped working. Parts were left anywhere. For example, 2 futons were taken apart. At the new house futon parts were found in the garage, some in the kitchen and others in the basement. Shelves to a bookcase were not found. Trash was left behind in our yard after they left. This is not a comprehensive list, just the major highlights. I filed a claim, and almost 4 months later here are the results. The damages to floors and walls cost over $1600 to fix. They offer $0 to repair. The bookcase cost $1100 30 years ago, and $7000 to replicate. They offer $850. The freezer reimbursement offer was $60. I elected $10,000 insurance, but you see the results of my claim submission. Lost several customers because you don't have customer service! You would think you would work with someone on pricing that just rented for a whole year plus and many others rented before that who recommended them. New customers will get a deal but I hope this unit and others sit unrented because of their poor decision.

Told him want I needed and answered my questions. He sent out TraShawn and Miguel the very next day to move four pieces of furniture plus glass tops and transport to St. Vincent de Paul for donation. They moved a dresser, mirror and glass top from the second floor. The other pieces of furniture were on the main floor. They spread out tarps on top of our wood floors so they wouldn't scratch the floors. They did an excellent job, no damage of any kind. It was the only company who answered my call, Frank was very helpful. Got the rates, and booked it for today (Easter Sunday). Zack and Milton showed up promptly at 9am as scheduled. They loaded the truck efficiently and with care for certain items, my main concern being a grandfather clock. Was wrapped and taped up and tightly secured to the side. Everything was nestled in snug as a bug in a rug. Was a two hour drive to where we live. Once there, the truck was the exact same as when loaded. Nothing moved or shifted at all. Professionally done, from start to finish. I can't say anything good or bad on the rates since I didn't have time to compare, but simply not having to do anything ourselves made it worthy. Load, drive to and unload was just at approx 4 hours, plus their 2h drive back. Definitely recommend!
