I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I regrettably paid for an indoor unit thinking it would be temperature controlled for this season but was sadly mistaken. I was fine with that even though i was told the opposite, it is what it is. But THEN, Public Storage breached our contract and raised my Unit rate with no explanation until AFTER it already came out of my bank account. Once your code works, the place is ok except for two things inside there: 1. Restroom is locked and there is no one to open it. 2. There is no ventilation i the storage area. I stopped today and it was very hot and humid in there. I wonder what happens to the goods inside! 3. The truck got there two hours before closing but the code did not work. I was lagging behind fir one hour. I made about twelve calls and it did ot work nor could it be changed by any company help desk emoloyee to open the place. Finally, on call 13, an employee told me that the code is not working be ause I still owed the company money (16 some $)! I was never informed of this befire. The code worked after I paid. All these calls were made when I was still in the highway. Moreover, the unit number did not exist in any of the buildings. After more calls, i was tokd to wait for next day! Luckily, the guardian there got out of her office and showed us where our unit is through a small side door! I had to pay the movers for three extra hours because of the storage company grave error and stuoid system which did not inform me that I owed money and even the 29 people I talked to did not know that. Only the last person knew it! So thank yiu Public Storage for making my moving day a very rough, exhausting, dangerous and costly one! read more

I have never done business that made me feel like family on the first call. I had a storage box paying$300 a month was able to get all my belongings in a $106 unit that included $15 for insurance. They went above and beyond to accommodate my pod putting it close to my unit and meeting the people dropping of the pod. Rachel was very helpful in getting me setup with my storage facility although they are a little steep compared to Colorado and don't offer military discounts (I don't fault her for that at all). Also, the buttons to get into the gate are situated very awkwardly so that you have to exit your vehicle entering and exiting the gate to put your code in. This does not have to be this way, in my last storage facility in Colorado the code boxes were situated where you could just drive up and roll your window down put your code in, gate opens and it was far enough away the person behind you couldn't get in without putting in their code. Plus it's easier for disabled people!!!!! Just a thought, but the main part that bothered me I had a huge 16'truck to unload and kept having to jump out to open that gate, and I'm 5'1 107lbs 60yrs old with a torn rotator cuff. I caught hell with that. 4 Stars for the two young ladies that helped me though, took one star off for everything else. read more

I gave a 3 star rating because of the cost. I have rented a unit here since 2016 and my rent has increased about 3 times. I checked into other Public Storage properties and as far as I can tell, this is the only one that has increased prices this many times. My rating has nothing to do with the current manager. read more
