I didn't think any one would see the request until Monday when they opened again. I little bit later I was amazed to see that I had a missed call and a voice mail message from Anna at Best Storage calling to ask if I really needed the unit that night. If so, they would have someone come and meet me at the office! Wow! i never expected that. Since I had missed the call, she left me a number to call back. THAT is customer service. I would recommend Best Storage in Tipp City to anyone. Thank you, Anna, and Best Storage for providing superior service to your customers!!

It was mainly because of Mary who was an icon at that facility, but also a gentleman named Tim who kept everything running there despite the cheapness of the owners who raked over their customers. I not only had the misfortunate to personally experience the lack of integrity on the part of the owners when I cleared out my Dad's unit after he passed, but also witnessed the unscroupolous treatment in the way they dealt with an older employee which led to his immediate resignation. I would give any other like venue my business before I gave one single dollar more to this business that shows a complete lack of respect for their employees and customers.
