They raised the rent price by 50% and I have only had the unit for 4 months. It went from $82 to…read more$132 a month for a 10 x 10. When I asked why they said that it is month to month agreement and they can raise the rent whenever they want. I will be finding another storage unit. According to them the rate increase is still an incredible deal. I have looked at numerous other places and this price is a horrible deal.

Was told I would get a call back on Monday after the weekend from the lady that handles the Fairborn location. Never got a call. Called them back and the guy on the phone had to walk around and talk to everyone there just to find out any information. Then was told "No, you were supposed to call us" Then they told me the person that rents is not in again today, so you will need to call back tomorrow. i said fine, but told them again, i was supposed to get the call as i didn't even have the number of the person that rents. They then said "heres whats going to happen, we are not renting to you."
