Now there's a missing payment Funny how they can call and harass us about a smell that isn't there but they can't let us know about a missing payment? They can cause police to be called but can't find a missing payment? The missing payment is just more bs from his highly unprofessional wife. We take pics of each money order we get. Pics at walmart,in the car,with the name and unit,at their mailbox and inside their mailbox. We wouldn't have to have a money order if his wife would stop locking us out of our account online the second their payment processor doesn't process the payment day it's due. So much for the grace period with that. Which is a violation of the contract. We have had to have our lawyers reach out to them twice last year to inform them to pull their heads from their asses about violating the contract. Clearly they need a 3rd conversation. A cease and demand is already written and ready to go out. It's up to these geniuses if it comes to that. I'Il edit to add what they decide. If you're on the waiting list or thinking about t...RUN. Apparently Both like to lie out their ass. Katy just called and he's claiming they never got the money order. How convenient. Pictures with time stamps trump your lack of any evidence whatsoever. Also Katy gave expressed permission for them to talk to me about this account numerous times they refuse. So don't hold your breath on them being adults. If you ever give them a money order keep records of it. There's a number on the back you can call and give them the check number to see if it's been cashed. Which is what we're doing now. Sucks to suck. Always record your phone calls with these people. They are conniving smchucks that you can't trust.

It was mainly because of Mary who was an icon at that facility, but also a gentleman named Tim who kept everything running there despite the cheapness of the owners who raked over their customers. I not only had the misfortunate to personally experience the lack of integrity on the part of the owners when I cleared out my Dad's unit after he passed, but also witnessed the unscroupolous treatment in the way they dealt with an older employee which led to his immediate resignation. I would give any other like venue my business before I gave one single dollar more to this business that shows a complete lack of respect for their employees and customers.

This time, I thought to try ABF because they're a trustworthy freight mover Their containers come in a smaller size than those of PODS. (I'm thinking right now that two of these containers will not hold a 3 bedroom house's contents, per the quote. You can start the quote online, make changes, and even contract for help on either end. After I finished making changes, I called the company with some questions, and as well, to get the process moving. Mark picked up the phone and was friendly and answered the questions reassuringly. It went smoothly, even though I don't have an address at the other end yet. They sent some forms, including one for Gypsy Moths since I'm moving to California. I was told that they charge after they pick up the containers. They asked me to call them when I'm ready to have them picked up. This was confirmed today. There is no early, automatic pick up. However, they have a three day loading period that doesn't cost extra. If you go beyond that, they charge you a storage fee. Since I'm already going to be charged for storage, I think it doesn't matter. Last Friday, they called to set a drop-off time for Monday, and they were closer to the late end of that window, but that's fine. It's better than the Cable company arriving after you return to work, and then, complaining that *you* blew the appointment, right? The driver was friendly and asked where to put the containers. They use a large forklift to move them from the trailer to your selected location, and they have the ability to position them at any of four angles (facing garage, facing away, facing right, facing left). The documentation says to use a flat surface, but a slanted driveway is fine.

I sent my mom and boyfriend and they wouldn't release my things unless I gave an email consent. This would be a 5 star rating if my relo cube was on time for unloading. I got a courtesy call the day of arrival letting me know about the Covid procedure and to call 1 hour before arriving to give time for my cube to be brought to the unloading space. I called 2 hours ahead and after they did the Covid paper and "checked in" they had to wait another 25-30 minutes for them to bring up the cube. The cube was supposed to already be to the front. Other than that, great company and service.

My experience here has been terrible…read morewhen I first rented here it was under different management and it was great then but the people who are there now are terrible the security is not what they claim there is not onsite security around the clock they have someone who lives there but that lot is not monitored my unit was one of 7 units at least that was recently broken into the management never notified me about the theft they claimed they didn't know it had been burglarized and the manager there admitted she had not checked the lot after the thefts were reported to her and she wasn't required to check the units until the first of every month. Then after I moved what I was left with out of the unit they tried to charge me another months rent on the unit. I can't get anyone to return calls and I tried multiple times to contact the customer service line but the reps there are no help and I have tried to contact the district manager Fred Leonow and cannot get a response from him either. Then one call I did receive from public storage they called at 845 pm held the line and never responded when I answered the phone I am out thousands of dollars in property this company never even offered an apology and they have been no help in trying to resolve the problem and the insurance they force you to take is a waste of money as well. Don't waste you time money and energy on this place it's not worth it I definitely will never use any public storage again
