Second, I paid June's rent at the end of May, even though we were moving. When I dropped off the check, I asked if they pro-rated the rent if you only needed a couple weeks of your last month. The woman at the front said they would work something out if it was just a few days, but not for a couple weeks. I made arrangements to have my stuff out on June 3rd. My deposit was sent on the 6th, but they refused to refund me any part of my rent- even though they said they would. They lied to me. Basically, I paid $64 for 3 days of storage and my stuff was covered in rodent feces. I strongly, strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

I stopped today and it was very hot and humid in there. I wonder what happens to the goods inside! 3. The truck got there two hours before closing but the code did not work. I was lagging behind fir one hour. I made about twelve calls and it did ot work nor could it be changed by any company help desk emoloyee to open the place. Finally, on call 13, an employee told me that the code is not working be ause I still owed the company money (16 some $)! I was never informed of this befire. The code worked after I paid. All these calls were made when I was still in the highway. Moreover, the unit number did not exist in any of the buildings. After more calls, i was tokd to wait for next day! Luckily, the guardian there got out of her office and showed us where our unit is through a small side door! I had to pay the movers for three extra hours because of the storage company grave error and stuoid system which did not inform me that I owed money and even the 29 people I talked to did not know that. Only the last person knew it! So thank yiu Public Storage for making my moving day a very rough, exhausting, dangerous and costly one!

I've had an account for 6 years with this place, not only have they never not been able to charge…read moremy card for payment, but I've never needed to contact them for anything. Upon trying to move out of my storage, and close my account, I had lost my key, and needed my lock drilled off, there is a charge of $10, which was fine with me. When I went there the day I was ready to move out, after waiting about 15 or 20 minutes, I was told that they couldn't cut the lock off because there was no electricity going to that building. I was kind of perturbed, because it was the only day I'd be able to get it done before my next billing cycle. So I'm told to let them contact the owner, and all of that, so that they can get a repair man and all of that. Cool, after about 2 days, I get a call saying that the lock was cut off, and that they had put one of their locks on the unit. I was ok with that, but by then there had been a huge snow storm, so of course, there was no way I could do what I had to do. So after a bout a week, I go back, to try and move my things out. When I get there, I go into the office so that they can remove the lock from my unit. Do you know that the lady had the nerve to still charge me the $10 lock removal fee, and in addition to that, inform me, that since it was the day after my billing date, that I would be charged for that month!!! I was floored that because the day I was trying to be out, they were not able to accommodate me. In addition to that, when I pulled around to my unit, the snow had not been plowed, and the walkway up to the unit was so packed in that I couldn't get the door open. The man informed me that his son took the shovel, so he'd try to find one, but of course he never did. After all of that, I still wasn't able to move out of storage that day either. This couple that are running this place have no business acumen whatsoever. And one of their mother owns the place, which I suppose is why they're running it. EITHER WAY, PAY A LITTLE MORE, AND FIND ANOTHER FACILITY!!!

I love that I was able to send a text on the weekend, along with some photos of the items I needed…read morepicked up, and was able to get an estimate and they came out THE NEXT DAY to pick everything up. We were given a 2 hr time window of when they would arrive, and they notified us approx 30 mins prior to their arrival letting us know they were on their way. The team was courteous and prompt. I love being able to support a veteran owned business and I would highly recommend! We will be calling them again the next time we need junk removed!
