I was fine with that even though i was told the opposite, it is what it is. Once your code works, the place is ok except for two things inside there:…read more1. Restroom is locked and there is no one to open it. 2. There is no ventilation i the storage area. I stopped today and it was very hot and humid in there. I wonder what happens to the goods inside! 3. The truck got there two hours before closing but the code did not work. I was lagging behind fir one hour. I made about twelve calls and it did ot work nor could it be changed by any company help desk emoloyee to open the place. Finally, on call 13, an employee told me that the code is not working be ause I still owed the company money (16 some $)! I was never informed of this befire. The code worked after I paid. All these calls were made when I was still in the highway. Moreover, the unit number did not exist in any of the buildings. After more calls, i was tokd to wait for next day! Luckily, the guardian there got out of her office and showed us where our unit is through a small side door! I had to pay the movers for three extra hours because of the storage company grave error and stuoid system which did not inform me that I owed money and even the 29 people I talked to did not know that. Only the last person knew it! So thank yiu Public Storage for making my moving day a very rough, exhausting, dangerous and costly one!

I've been battling with these 2 for months His wife clearly…read morehas issues and likes to lie and start problems. Ended up having to call the police to my unit due to her neurotic behavior. Now there's a missing payment Funny how they can call and harass us about a smell that isn't there but they can't let us know about a missing payment? They can cause police to be called but can't find a missing payment? The missing payment is just more bs from his highly unprofessional wife. We take pics of each money order we get. Pics at walmart,in the car, with the name and unit,at their mailbox and inside their mailbox. We wouldn't have to have a money order if his wife would stop locking us out of our account online the second their payment processor doesn't process the payment day it's due. So much for the grace period with that. Which is a violation of the contract. We have had to have our lawyers reach out to them twice last year to inform them to pull their heads from their asses about violating the contract. Clearly they need a 3rd conversation. A cease and demand is already written and ready to go out. It's up to these geniuses if it comes to that. I'Il edit to add what they decide. If you're on the waiting list or thinking about t...RUN. His wife is a nightmare and he just let's her do whatever. Highly unprofessional. I'lI also post the Police incident report case number so anyone can find it via a free public records request. Apparently Both like to lie out their ass. Katy just called and he's claiming they never got the money order. How convenient. Pictures with time stamps trump your lack of any evidence whatsoever. Also Katy gave expressed permission for them to talk to me about this account numerous times they refuse. So don't hold your breath on them being adults. If you ever give them a money order keep records of it. There's a number on the back you can call and give them the check number to see if it's been cashed. Which is what we're doing now. Sucks to suck. Always record your phone calls with these people. They are conniving smchucks that you can't trust.

The facility was plowed three days after the storm, but all of the snow was piled directly against the unit doors, making it impossible to get anything in or out. The snow was above my knees. I have been a customer for over five years and currently rent two storage units. Until this year, I…read morehad no major complaints, but my experience since April has been incredibly frustrating. In April, I was unable to open one of my storage unit doors. An employee came out immediately, confirmed the door was stuck, and told me they would contact a door company and that the repair would take "a few weeks." It is now July 23, and I still cannot access my unit. Since April, I have contacted both the local facility and the corporate office multiple times. I have requested updates, asked for a refund or credit for the unusable unit, and have repeatedly been told that someone else has to handle it. I was referred to the Ohio representative several times, but my calls were not returned. When I finally spoke with her, she said she would look into it after returning to the office, but she didn't even take my account information. When I spoke with the local facility again, I felt like I was getting the runaround. I had to explain the situation all over again, received conflicting information, and was once again told it would be "a few more weeks." I was even asked to provide a copy of my key, which I declined because I want to be present if anyone accesses my unit. The most frustrating part is that I use this unit to store inventory for my resale business. I have been paying rent on time every month for over five years, yet I have been unable to access my own belongings for nearly four months. I also cannot move to another unit because I can't get into this one to remove my inventory. At this point, I'm simply asking for someone with the authority to resolve this to contact me, repair or replace the door immediately, and issue an appropriate credit or refund for the months I've been paying for a unit I cannot use. I have tried to resolve this privately for months. I'm posting this review in hopes that someone in management will finally take ownership of the situation and make it right.
