No heating, second story , should've went with indoor storage. Price is cheap you get what you pay for.

IF something looks too good to be true; it is! Run in the opposite direction as fast as you can!I…read morehave had my unit since March of this year. The unit started out at $39 a month. It is now July, and I was notified that my unit is now $135 a month plus their insurance that I supposedly must have. This, my friend, is highway robbery. Storage Rentals of America is a joke. This is how they get your private, personal belongings auctioned off. I've had a rate increase of over $100 in 4 months. How this is legal, I really don't know. It's bad enough to lose your home to a landlord who was indicted on federal fraud charges, Antoine Draines & Agora Realty & The Franchise Guy, for ripping people off during the pandemic but now possibly losing my belongings to a greedy storage company who obviously doesn't care about their customers and are able to get away with actions like these; is truly ridiculous. Stay away from Storage Rentals of America. I'm so disappointed with myself for choosing this company. I obviously didn't do my research. Storage Rentals of America is a prime example of corporate greed at its finest. If you're giving this company a good review, good on you! You obviously have money! Us poor people are not going to give a company that's raised our rate by almost $100 in 4 months a good review. It's not happening. We might give an employee for that company a good review but not the company itself. Storage Rentals of America doesn't allow payment arrangements either. So, if you happen to become ill and miss a shift at your place of employment, you had better be prepared to take out a small loan to pay for your storage unit or it's auctioned off. As a matter of fact, they charge a $20 late fee and lock you out of your unit if you are even one day late on your monthly payment. I truly wish that I was in a position to take my business somewhere else, but that would entail renting a uhaul, and it would cost us even more money. Storage Rentals of America knows this, and that's also why they raise the rates so high and so quickly at their own discretion.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I regrettably paid for an indoor unit thinking it…read morewould be temperature controlled for this season but was sadly mistaken. I was fine with that even though i was told the opposite, it is what it is. But THEN, Public Storage breached our contract and raised my Unit rate with no explanation until AFTER it already came out of my bank account. I'm just astonished by their business practices and honestly disgusted. I would not trust them with my things. Thank you and God bless.

Once your code works, the place is ok except for two things inside there:…read more1. Restroom is locked and there is no one to open it. 2. There is no ventilation i the storage area. I stopped today and it was very hot and humid in there. I wonder what happens to the goods inside! 3. The truck got there two hours before closing but the code did not work. I was lagging behind fir one hour. I made about twelve calls and it did ot work nor could it be changed by any company help desk emoloyee to open the place. Finally, on call 13, an employee told me that the code is not working be ause I still owed the company money (16 some $)! I was never informed of this befire. The code worked after I paid. All these calls were made when I was still in the highway. Moreover, the unit number did not exist in any of the buildings. After more calls, i was tokd to wait for next day! Luckily, the guardian there got out of her office and showed us where our unit is through a small side door! I had to pay the movers for three extra hours because of the storage company grave error and stuoid system which did not inform me that I owed money and even the 29 people I talked to did not know that. Only the last person knew it! So thank yiu Public Storage for making my moving day a very rough, exhausting, dangerous and costly one!
