They can cause police to be called but can't find a missing payment? The missing payment is just more bs from his highly unprofessional wife. We take pics of each money order we get. Pics at walmart,in the car,with the name and unit,at their mailbox and inside their mailbox. We wouldn't have to have a money order if his wife would stop locking us out of our account online the second their payment processor doesn't process the payment day it's due. So much for the grace period with that. Which is a violation of the contract. We have had to have our lawyers reach out to them twice last year to inform them to pull their heads from their asses about violating the contract. Clearly they need a 3rd conversation. If you ever give them a money order keep records of it. There's a number on the back you can call and give them the check number to see if it's been cashed. Which is what we're doing now. I stopped today and it was very hot and humid in there. I wonder what happens to the goods inside! 3. The truck got there two hours before closing but the code did not work. I was lagging behind fir one hour. I made about twelve calls and it did ot work nor could it be changed by any company help desk emoloyee to open the place. Finally, on call 13, an employee told me that the code is not working be ause I still owed the company money (16 some $)! I was never informed of this befire. The code worked after I paid. All these calls were made when I was still in the highway. Moreover, the unit number did not exist in any of the buildings. After more calls, i was tokd to wait for next day! Luckily, the guardian there got out of her office and showed us where our unit is through a small side door! I had to pay the movers for three extra hours because of the storage company grave error and stuoid system which did not inform me that I owed money and even the 29 people I talked to did not know that. Only the last person knew it! So thank yiu Public Storage for making my moving day a very rough, exhausting, dangerous and costly one!

Cora was professional and helpful - getting us in and out with our keys in less than 10 minutes. I have used the mobile pick-up in the past, but almost always run into issues, so I'm glad to know that checking in the "old-fashioned way" is still an easy option at this location.
