I ordered the Club On A Sub (Smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, pepper bacon, and melted Monterey Jack) while he ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch (Smoked turkey breast, pepper bacon, melted sharp cheddar cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and creamy peppercorn ranch dressing.), both larges. By the way, "Large" is an understatement. That thing is huge (see the photo)! Being my first order through the app, I was rewarded a free large drink (saving $2.89). The ordering process is simple, but got to be a bit confusing when I tried to redeem the coupon for the drink. Turns out, you have to select the reward item, then go back to the order and cash out. The problem is/was, I couldn't find definitive information that the order was completed and that the bonus item was approved. Thanfully it was. We got to the restaurant for pickup a little after the indicated completion time, but they were very kind with their greeting and the checkout process was quick and efficient. The subs themselves were tasty, but not phenomenal. In their defense, I got normal sandwiches that don't deviate too far from the traditional recipe. Still, the bread was fresh and tasty and the ingredients were as good as I expected, so they don't lose any points with me. I could easily return there, particularly to try some of the other items, but to be honest, I won't go out of my way to visit. Not talking bad about them, just saying that nothing stood out in grand fashion. But you might love them, so give them a shot!

They charged me an extra 4$ for each combo. Then they charged me another $3.40 for each cup of soup! When I brought the fact that they charged me an extra for the soup which was supposed to be part of the combo they just shrugged their shoulders and blamed the register. They couldn't even explain why I would be charged for a combo and then charged again for the side. I asked if maybe the side came with chips and the soup was extra and they said, no you dont get chips. The only solution they offered was to call corporate. With all the other options in the area, I will not be coming back. I strongly suggest that you double check what your being charged before you pay!

Hey there yelpers, so this review is for sure a total drag to this establishment. Not only does the food suck, the amount of time to receive said trash, is absolutely, positively, nothing less than disrespectfully slow. The workers are always rude and constantly using inappropriate language. I even witnessed a possible fight outside, and our waitress said quote, "go kick some ass Shayla, because I can't" whilst she was taking our order. This waitress already had a boot, could it be from the last ass kicking? We may never know. In all, this place should be shut down, or atleast gutted of its workers and nasty appliances. My husband then noticed the manager discard the remaining fries after filling my order and prepare a fresh batch for the customer behind us, whom she then joined in the dining room. That was frustrating to see. Overall, the food was decent, but when a fast-food meal for two costs more than $30, I expect everyone to receive fresh food--not the leftovers from the fry station while the next customer gets a fresh batch. I hope Arby's can be more consistent in serving the same quality to every customer.
