It was pretty hefty piece too and plenty of meat for the dish. The flavors were good but I didn't really like the taste of Madeira wine (personal preference). The parmesan risotto was really delicious, creamy, and had a strong cheesy taste! Reminded me of elevated mac and cheese and it went so well with the braised short rib. Picanha Rustica (steak served with fried rice with bacon, eggs, onion, and potato stick, chimichurri sauce, and fried yuca - 8.7/10 - my husband had this and he enjoyed it very much. I had a bite of his steak and it was cooked perfectly, medium rare. The fried yuca was hot, crispy, light, and airy. The chimichurri sauce was so fresh and went well with the well seasoned steak. I tried the fried rice and it was delightful as well. We would definitely get this dish again. Overall, it was a pleasant evening and the food was delicious. A bit pricey but the quality was great.
