When we ordered the moist brisket a few weeks ago, it was a lot more marbled, looser and fattier than what we received in this order which was less marbled with leaner cuts. So it appears the staff may had gave the lean than the moist cut... Other than that, everything was good, but perhaps the staff could have additional guidance in brisket cut differences.

The brisket was moist, tender and flavorful. The ribs? To die for. Best I've had in Florida. The burnt ends are a combination of brisket and pork, which compliments one another nicely.
